Joe and Nicholas came out to my house at 2:00am to set up dehumidifiers and fans after a hose burst in my home for hours while being away from home. They where very professional and helpful! Set up quick, and explained to me the next steps! Thank you for the professionalism!

Had a water leak in a condo unit that turned out to be much worse than expected. Stephanie & team were outstanding to work with on the demo and clean up. David & Brian came regularly to check on moisture & dehumidifiers, while Joe & Dave & Nik did an incredible amount of hard work tearing out tile and making sure the wood was dry and structurally sound. This was a tough, dirty job and these guys couldnt have been more polite, more upbeat and certainly couldnt have done it with any less mess. They were a fantastic crew and if ever we have water damage again (& I hope we never do!), we will call Servpro & request this same team. We are now working with Servpro on rebuild - so far, so good. I have called them for service no less than 5 times all to no avail. The three times they made an appointment with me they were 4 or more hours late and did NOT even bother to call me. One time they never showed. I call them and I get the run around. The boss does not even return my calls which goes a long way in explaining his staffs rude behavior.I understand thdy are busy due to all of the hurricane Sally damage in this area but this is not an excuse for their totally unprofessional attitude and actions.

Coming out quickly was probably the only good thing that came out of our call to Servpro. The workers originally on site stole a nice sum of money from our bedroom. They got another crew on the scene quickly but I cant deal with shady workers and the company not doing anything about it or returning calls.

My home sustained considerable water damage so I called Servpro of Largo and they sent a team and equipment out immediately. The crew was very professional and accommodating in helping me salvage what I could from my personal belongings. Used Serv Pro in 1993 after the No Name Storm pushed 3 feet of gulf water into the home. We had insurance coverage and it was restored beautifully. Flash forward to 2020, different house, no insurance coverage. A water supply line gave way under kitchen sink and had 4-6 inches of water throughout house. I immediately called Serv Pro, and the dispatchers were very kind and even forwarded an e mail with instructions to help remedy the flood. A crew arrived shortly after and began water extraction. The truck mounted extractor didnt work, but the crew went right to work squeegeeing out water until shop vacs arrived with more help. My furniture was elevated on pads, and my belongings were carefully moved to the drier garage. 28 fans and dehumidifiers were placed and I was given a price quote at day 3. Because of no insurance, I decided to stop services. Ryan, my point person was absolutely wonderful! He even continued to call and visit my home to check on the drying progress. Jason H was sent out to remove baseboards. He advised me to remove the pergo flooring first, as it took more time to pry off boards with flooring in. My friends removed the flooring, saving me money. Devon taught me a lot about my walls and offered help should restoration be needed. A fire or flood is never an easy time, but I was sent an angel in Ryan! He addressed me as maam and made me feel like I had a friend watching over me. Although devastated my policy didnt cover the plumbing leak, and living all alone, I am reassured that serv pro had competent, kind people to help me through this. Thank you to all who helped restore my home to dry again!

The city was cleaning the neighborhood sewage and we came home to find a huge mess in both our bathrooms. The city inspector called Servpro of Largo and within two hours, they were home ready to clean from top to bottom. We had two very professional and knowledgeable individuals, Tomasz and Bill. After the family home was hit by a tornado last week Servpro promptly arrived, got the water out, set up fans and dehumidifiers and air scrubbers. We recently had to redo an entire condo in the Largo Florida area. Servpro went above and beyond our needs and we were very happy with everything they did including their very positive customer service.

In our 21 years in our home, we had never had any reason to have to file a claim until, just a few months ago, our kitchen flooded. The damage ruined our laminate flooring in the kitchen. We had that same laminate flooring all throughout, except for in the bedrooms and bathrooms and therefor, it all had to be replaced. It ruined our kitchen cabinets and also flooded into our bedroom closet. There was also extensive damage to our ceiling in the garage. We had no idea what to do after we filed our insurance claim. And it did not matter, because our insurance company hooked us up with Buddy Greenway, of Servpro, who facilitated all of the repairs, as well as the relocation of our family while the repairs were being done. He was in touch with us on, almost, a daily basis to make sure we knew what was going on at all times. He was also available to us when we needed to reach out to him. We were only out of our home for five weeks and we were very thankful for that, especially after speaking with people who had similar things happen and told us they were going to be out of their home for six to eight months and that they never were really sure where the workers were with their repairs.Then -- wait for it - - this is the best (or worse) part - we moved back in to our home, everything was beautiful and the next day our washer, which is in our kitchen pantry, flooded our kitchen! And we knew just who to call! Buddy had his guys back out immediately and the repairs were completed in two weeks!! We are already talking about making future updates to our home and when we are ready to move forward with them, we will give Buddy a call! When my dishwasher malfunctioned I called Servpro of Largo to handle the water damage. They showed up promptly, were very courteous, and really did leave my home, like the damage never even happened. My technicians were Allen and Nelson, they were both very kind. The men explained every step of what they needed to do and, didnt even mind my nosy kiddo asking questions about their work. I always thought they were just an emergency restoration company so I was happy to hear they also handle normal carpet cleaning needs. Ive scheduled a cleaning in the next month and look forward to working with them time and time again.

We experienced flooding in our 2 bedrooms and bathroom on south side of our home on July 5th, 2018, due to sewer line backing up under the bathtub. SERVPRO who was highly recommended was called and machines were brought immediately to remove water and mildew from the air in the rooms by Allen Greenway. Afterwards two gentlemen named Joe and Devon came to do the clean up which included replacing walls, painting rooms, installing new vanity and baseboards, cleaning rooms, and returning everything back to normal. They even hung the paintings back on the walls in each room.I would like to compliment each person we dealt with as they were very polite and personable. I would especially like to compliment Joe and Devon for their continued hard work day after day until they completed the rooms until everything was in perfect shape as they are very hard workers. They made this a pleasurable experience.I would also like to thank Mike Wolfe for his kindness and his consistent phone calls to check on how the work was being completed. He made it easy to work through the whole experience.
