Totally upfront about everything from absolute needs to what can wait which helps with planning. Small discount offered for prepay which is nice for budgeting. The office staff are nice and professional without being over the top. Carly, dental hygienist, is an absolute pleasure and eased the fear of my tween who had a previous bad experience. 100% would recommend. Dental work is expensive, they make it a palatable expense by treating you like a human.

I recently made an almost 2 hour drive to get a cleaning and full panel of X Rays at Creating Smiles. Carly made the entire cleaning and x ray process a BREEZE and the other girls in the office were extremely friendly and accommodating. A very family oriented practice with your best interest at mind. I couldn’t love this place more! The front staff is kind and friendly. The dental assisting staff are wonderful! I personally had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shoopak (I’m sorry If misspelled). Great experience on my first visit. When I looked at my billing a month later I realized I was over charged for my out of pocket. I called and the lady was very rude and told me they billed me for thing that are not on my coat breakdown when I look at my Aetna claim. Really so I secretly charged me for things that I found out about once I called! I was over charged $60 I will never come back

Update: gave this dentist . second chance to fix the mistake. NOPE! I had to come in for teeth maintenance cleaning, I send them a text to cancel the appointment. ZERO reply from them to confirm or anything. I came in the office, this woman gave ne major attitude, “I thought you cancel appointment with disgust look” excuse YOU! I haven’t heard anything so I had to pay 159 for cleaning. Just do your job and be happy you took 159 from me.. god. Not pleasant visit ever in my lifeI had to miss several hours from work because no reply from the office!Let me startoff by saying the receptionists there are very nice and Dr. Brayers is OKAY , I only see her once. Not sure why... I was already apprehensive on returning in the future due to knowing on my 3-4 appointment this year.I didnt like the openness and lack of privacy they have inside the operating area. Definitely something Ive never experienced before and its not pleasant Since my first appointment with them, My teeth got worsen and worsen due to lack communicate and not enough information by the staff. Ive spend over thousands of dollars for deep cleaning and amoung others with ZERO result! I regret going and spend lot of money there. Im looking for other options to save my teeth.

I cant begin to say how thankful I am for this place.My hygienist Carly was amazing, friendly, helpful, and thoughtful while cleaning my teeth, and I STRONGLY recommend her for a cleaning.Dr Brayer is so nice, caring, and easy to work with. Shes not pushy, yet will make sure you know what should/shouldnt be done with any dental procedures. I love how easy she is to talk with as well.During my visits, my procedures have been painless, and very easy to get through. It started with the pleasant and to the point discussion after my first phone call and appointment setup. I didnt have my insurance card at the moment so Dana did all the legwork and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Jennifer xrayed me (all modern equipment, instant results no wait) and did the initial checkup and cleaning. Then they took actual photographs (also instant) that were used to show me what needed to be done. Dr Brayer was very attentive to detail and discussed things with the hygienist in my presence so I could participate. When it came time to discuss treatment they were very professional and broke down the work by priority and helped me plan it. I thought that was very unusual and I appreciated that. I think not going to the normal chain office of a big dental conglomerate resulted in a considerably more pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

When I moved to the area, I was very nervous going to a new dentist. However, the family at Creating Smiles made me feel right at home! The receptionist team, Dana and Christine are very welcoming and do an great job working with your schedule and insurance. Jessica and Carly are both extremely caring and provide excellent, comprehensive cleanings. And of course, Dr. Brayer is amazing! My fiancé and I both go here and can’t begin to express how wonderful the entire staff and service is. I was as your office for 1 hour. Your entire staff seemed confused and disorganized on the reason for my visit. I had all my paperwork filled out and copies premade of my id/insurance. I arrived exactly at 2:00pm and was in the waiting are for 30 minutes. After if was established that the email x – ray was not received my current dental physician was contacted and the panoramic x-ray was immediately sent over. I was brought back to an examination room at 2:35 and 3 different staff members floated in and out and asked me why I was there????? There was absolutely no communication on if the x-ray was received , I invited a new x-ray to be done of the area that was bothering me , I was told there was not time for that . With the current technology and years of getting x-rayed at dental offices it takes 90 seconds to take a spot x-ray. At 3pm I walked to the front office – AGAIN NO STAFF there either I had to wait 4 minutes for a person to emerge from a closed door to tell them I could not wait any longer as this was my lunch break and I was responsible of closing the office where I worked from. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I want my paperwork shredded and even there was opportunity for me to refer other staff to your office that was lost in the treatment I received as a NEW PATIENT. I am very disappointed a lost valuable work time and drive time in my workday. I hope your other patients don’t have to go through this.Signed SA ---

I went to clear white dental in extreme pain. They were very professional and eager to help me. I left feeling great and I would recommend them to anyone. The staff is friendly and made me feel comfortable right away, the dentist was very professional and put me at ease, which is hard as I am a big chicken when it comes to dentist. I am now going to change from my previous dentist, to this office full-time.

Lets say its been a while since Ive had a visit to the dentist. The one before this one (years back) was a night mare. I finally decided to visit Creating Smiles Dentistry on a recommendation from my wife. Since she regularly visits dentist, I trusted her judgment. Im happy I did. Kelly and Niki were my first contacts and what an impression they left. Both smart and friendly, I felt at ease immediately. Dr Brayers examination was thorough and professional. She told me what needed to happen for me to try to extend my original teeth. After filling two cavities, Lori performed my deep cleaning for this visit. The before and after results left me in awe. When we reviewed my possible dental work, I never got the impression that he was just trying to sell me something like other dentists but was providing me with information from which I would decide.Highly recommend him.

Ive been very unhappy over the years with dentists in Florida, after spending alot of money. My crown fell off and it just so happened I got a flyer in the mail advertising Dr Brayers office . Not only did she squeeze me in the day before she left for vacation, she did an amazing repair. Her office staff was welcoming, office meticulous, her beautiful smile, gentleness and professionalism has me as a permanent customer. I would like the world to know that there is a highly skilled, caring, dentist, who is able to make dentures fit correctly, and is affordable. I have spent thousands of dollars since 2003 on improper fitting dentures and posts. I have bought OTC products to do temporary soft relines to avoid dentists in recent years, as once I paid for inferior fitting dentures I knew I had to search again for a new dentist. Prior to 2003 was 30 years of crowns, permanent bridgework, root canals,etc. until one honest dentist told me my horrible case of bruxism was probably costing me much in repairs, which I hadnt known about. Dr. Bao V. Nguyen immediately took aim at my improper, fitting, dentures, over needing a reline. His life long dedication and conscience for his patients showed immediately. He took a great deal of time in his lab to make my bite fitbetter than I have ever experienced!!! My dentures need to be remade down the road, but he helped me to chew with what I have which I consider an answer to years of prayer!!! You will be so very thankful to experience the care I received if you too have a basket of old dentures!!!

Consistently Awesome!Great Dentist-very easy manner, never pushy, great technique, he has never hurt me - and I’ve had him pull a few broken and painful teeth. I could fill three pages about how much I appreciate how well he cares for me-especially, ESPECIALLY the fact that he DOES NOT ABUSE MY SITUATION BY OVERCHARGING…The staff is very caring AND responsive. I called with an emergency DURING lunch, dental hygienist picks up and tells me to come in NOW, that they will find a slot for me.When he treats me ( I have no insurance ), I am offered the list of what needs to get done-always reasonable. I appreciate not being pressured to do 4 other add-ons that I can’t always afford.I cracked my upper right pre-molar on Saturday night, I left a message and miserably settled in for the suffering next two or three days… He personally called me the next morning (Sunday) to recommend ways to alleviate the pain-and asked me to call in next morning to get me in. I can’t remember the last time a doctor did that for me. Golden!A shout out to the awesome staff too! They always greet me warmly.If you are looking for a Dentist, you found him.

I had two fillings that needed to be replaced. After hearing about Dr. Jergins from a couple friends, I decided to give him a try, and I wasnt disappointed! I can honestly say that he is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. I received the greatest dental care that I have had in years!

WOW! I am very nervous when I go to the dentist due to horrible past experiences, Dr Brayer is so kind and gentle. She didnt make me feel bad for having so many issues. I am only half way through all the treatments I need, but I was able to smile for Christmas thanks to Dr Brayer. The staff is great ,very kind and extremely helpful. Sometimes dealing with the billing can be more painful than the dental work but not here. They walk you through it all and are so patient and helpful. I cant say enough. Im in healthcare and have been in Florida for almost two years now. Ive been looking for a Dentist and Ive finally found one. The experience was amazing. It was a beautiful office that was very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly and treated me like I was a VIP. The cleaning was great and the dental hygienist was so knowledgeable, intelligent, and very nice too. Finally, Dr. Jergins was nice too. His main focus was me, he wasnt in a rush, and it was a great visit. Already gave his business cards out to family, friends, and coworkers.Im coming back in a few weeks for more work and will be making him my permanent Dentist.

My treatment plan started with another dentist, whom retired. Dr. Jergins has taken over my care. I had a lot of work done on a tooth that ended up needing to be removed. I was totally maxed out with my insurance and my banking account. Dr. Jergins knowing the pain and discomfort I was in...removed the tooth and added a new tooth to the partial I wear. He was totally understanding and very compassionate. (Not to mention gentle!)It warms my heart, that he cared so much for my well being. I am so thankful and blessed to have a dentist with such compassion. I cant thank him enough. I would recommend him to anyone. Hes gentle, caring, understanding and compassionate.

My 2nd visit in 7 months. Dr. Jergins and his staff are awesome! I called for this most recent appointment, told them the problem and I got in the next morning. Once the problem was diagnosed & triaged, I had the procedure done the following day. Dr. Jergins talked me through it, told me what to expect and made sure I was comfortable and at ease the whole time. His assistant clearly knows her stuff and anticipated almost every move. Afterwards, they both made sure I knew what to expect in the hours, days & weeks to follow. True professionals, all. Highly recommended.P.S.
