The care he and his staff has provided has been amazing, especially under these stressful covid-19 conditions. I have been a patient of Dr. Prior’s for about 5 years or so and I love the work he’s done. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are willing to work with me on scheduling and financial flexibility. I actually moved away from them but still make the 40+ minute commute to remain a patient because I love them and the work they do so much!

I have a fear of dental work due to a bad experience in my younger years. Dr Prior spent time talking with me and putting me at ease. I had a temporary crown put on yesterday and he was gentle and caring. It all went well and I am pleased. I would like to also mention that I had my teeth cleaned by his hygienist Patty and she was also gentle and caring. Thank you Dr Prior and staff.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Prior since grade school and even now, in my thirties, Dr. Prior and his office team never fail to make me feel like family. Ive always had that really fun dentist-specific anxiety, but somehow they are able to put me at ease the second I get into the exam chair. I wouldnt trust my dental health with anyone else.

After many disappointing visits with other dentists, I finally found a competent and caring Doctor Prior and staff. Because of my past dental appointments I was hesitant to visit a dentist, however, now my stress level is much better. Ive never had such a thorough examination and plan on how to rectify my dental issues like I did with Dr. Prior. I strongly suggest making contact with Prior Family Dentistry.

I avoided going to the dentist for over 2 years because dentists give me the fear. Theres no need to fear this dentist office. I actually had fun on my visit. Everybody there is very warm and friendly. The dentist sat down with me and reviewed the pictures & x-rays that they took of my teeth. I could tell it was an honest assessment. I almost wish I had more problems with my teeth than I do so I could go back more often ;-) I was that comfortable there. Best dental experience I have EVER had. Ill be back.

Liz was amazing ❤ and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and nice.Doctor was nice, but kept misgendering me even after telling him.I guess they dont like combat infantry vets and/or trans there. Unfortunate because I still need a cleaning. **sighs**. On to another dentist to hopefully get a cleaning.I would not recommend if you are a vet or trans based on my experience today.

I am a 59 year old pediatric patient of Dr. Prior. (Im a coward.) My teeth are in best ever shape because they baby me. I have less anxiety than ever before. So I show up for the check ups and cleaning. I developed an autoimmune issue and its good to remove the silver fillings out of your head as part of the treatment going forward. No way the old me tolerates this elective dental work. Dr Prior takes his time, he is seriously aware of my cowardly lion act. This isnt your grandfathers dentist. My experience at Prior Family & Cosmetic Dentistry was absolutely wonderful! Liz Prior and Dr. Prior are so caring and kind! I feel so lucky I have found them!

Dr. Prior took over my other dentists practice and I have been going to him ever since. He has made dentures for me and takes time to make you look better than before. I have seen terrible problems with dentures and I am lucky to have him because I feel like my teeth have been there forever. If you need a partial or a denture this is definitely the place to go. The whole staff makes you feel important and liked. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a regular dentist also.

After 52 years of a crooked smile, I decided that Im was going to fix that smile of mine that made me feel insecure....Im estatic I did it! Just a subtle change to some people; others dont notice... but I do! Its one of best things Ive ever done for myself! I will never regret it.... just wish I did it years ago..., Dr. Prior and his staff, have been great! Very accommodating, kind, and efficient! Dr. Prior has fixed many a problem other dentists did not! The entire Staff is very friendly and makes the visit pleasurable. They truly care!

I initially came to dr prior for a dental guard for my top teeth. A plastic device. I grind my teeth. It turned out to be quite a disaster. The doc tried an nti on me. It never worked for me. I must have had 8-10 visits on this trying to get this right during this time sharing with him all patients arent alike. I have a neck injury my neck is positioned differently than most it affects my bite. He insisted it would work. I feel he just didnt listen blocked by his knowledge and being closed minded. I give him credit however trying to work it through.he tried another guard. It was too big. After having all these visits for a plastic device, having molds thrown in my mouth, having plastic shoved in my teeth for almost 2 months i finally decided enough is enough. I finally said i dont think this is working out. He still tried to get the 2nd guard to fit. I again give him credit he didnt want to give up. So i proceeded to say this isnt a root canal or surgery its a piece of plastic to guard my teeth. I couldnt imagine having actual work done on my teeth with him after this. Needless to say we are no longer doing business together and he agreed he cant help me. Dr prior i believe is a good dentist. Very knowledgeable and positively dedicated to his work. He does care about his patients. I think he may overthink things too much and because he is so knowledgeable cant be more open minded. All patients are not the same. Listening to his patients more may help. Personally hes a nice man and liz and the staff work hard to make everyone comfortable. Would i recommend dr prior to someone probably but not for simple things like i just went through. Everyone has different experiences with docs. And hopefully my experience can be a lesson for both dr prior and i. If something isnt working stop doing it. Itll save a lot of stress and frustration.

Man is great if you cant stand getting shots or are honestly just a little scared of going to the dentist then you should give Dr. Prior a shot I have a serious fear of shots and it blew my mind that I couldnt feel any of the shots he was giving me to numb my mouth for a filling even though I was watching him give me the shot. A++++
