If you are looking for expert service, you cant go wrong working with Dalton and World Class Wildlife Removal. I called on the recommendation of my neighbors who had an opossum removed from their attic. Arrangements were made to send a technician the very next morning. I had no idea how the critter gained access to my attic and rat traps were not working. Dalton arrived and identified the access point in no time and get this, I had a hawk living in the attic. This service came highly recommended to me and I am more than happy to pass the recommendation on.

Ive used this company twice and they have provided STELLAR customer service both times. My first experience was last summer when Tyler came out to help figure out what was running around in my attic. Although it took a while from start to finish, during all of the visits to my home (there were several), Tyler was professional, courteous, personable and did everything necessary to get the job done. I also felt like the price was reasonable. Most recently I had another issue and worked with two other gentlemen- both were also professional, courteous, and personable. Again, I felt like the price for the work was reasonable. In addition to the people who come out to your home to perform the work, the office personnel who take your calls/schedule the work are also top notch. They understood my concerns and desire to get someone to assist me asap with creepy critters. When I called and introduced myself, it was like speaking with a friend- you can tell they know their customers. It is very refreshing to work with such a professional and caring company.

World Class Wildlife Removal & Rodent Remediation deserves its almost perfect rating. In December 2020 this company eliminated the destructive and annoying rodent problems inside our house and in our garage and outbuilding. The operational crew is young but very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. They closed all entry points for our house and outbuilding, trapped on a frequent basis over a two-week period, and sanitized the areas affected. There has been no evidence of any rodent activity in either place since World Class Wildlife completed its contract. The field crew and office staff are responsive and engaging. They made the experience more bearable than it would otherwise have been. On top of that--World Class did both of our buildings for considerably less money than another firm estimated for our house alone. Hiring World Class Wildlife was money well spent for peace of mind and protection of property. I dont make recommendations easily, but I can wholeheartedly recommend World Class Wildlife and Rodent Remediation.

Very pleased with World Class Wildlife Removal. I called them on a Saturday about repairing damaged soffit and making sure I didnt have any animals in my attic. They promptly called me back (on a Saturday!) and scheduled an inspection and estimate when I was available next week. Alex, the operations manager, arrived on time and wearing a face covering. He checked the attic and the rest of the house. He then provided an estimate to: (1) secure the crawl space and the attic; (2) repair the soffit with improved material; (3) place a trap in the attic and monitor for a few days to make sure there werent any animals still up there; (4) secure the sewer drain pipe; and (5) upon completion, use a non-toxic disinfectant in the attic and crawl space. I was expecting an estimate in the thousands. Instead, their price was very reasonable and affordable. I also appreciated that the estimate was to secure the entire property. Not just a piece meal approach which only addressed the attic. The two employees who completed the exclusionary work today were excellent. Their repairs had an attention detail and high level of workmanship. They even added a few screws that were needed on my fence. I highly recommend this company.

This guy was a pro and they handle the animals humanely

We saw a snake in our house last week, and we did everything that we could do to catch it. We placed glue traps where we saw it, and luckily, 3 days later, we were able to catch it in a glue trap. We were not sure what to do with it. We wanted to identify it so that we knew what we were dealing with. We contacted several local government offices, but they were little help. We contacted. World Class Wildlife removal, and they sent Trenton within 2 hours. He identified the snake, and also did a thorough review of the house to look for other possible snakes. Trenton was fearless looking in all the places that they thought a snake would hide. He also did a complete inspection of the house looking at how it got in, and why it got in.Our first impression of World Class Wildlife removal was positive. We also contracted to have them do a 3 step process to prevent any future problems. It comes with a 1 year guarantee. I hope that our experience with this 3 step process is as positive as the initial visit.

Extremely disappointed in their service. After paying them $$$$, they came out several times, and although they provided a temporary fix, they could never eradicate the problem completely. The problem would resurface every few months, and it was always a struggle to get them back out. Now, a year later, with still unresolved problem, I gave them the benefit of doubt and was willing to pay them again to come out. They made an appointment to come out. However, when Jim found out that it was us, he cancelled the appointment and simply said –we will call you when we have an appointment available. That was over three weeks ago. Bottom line is we have the same rodent issue we had when we hired them over a year ago; and while Jim makes promises of outstanding services, they CANNOT get the job done!!!

He did an excellent job addressing our issue and rescuing the animals involved. I called World Class Wildlife after hearing loud chirping from my grandmothers fireplace. Tyler found a nest with three baby birds, removed them carefully, and captured the mother safely. He then closed off the chimney with wire mesh -- all for a very reasonable price. We had been hearing noises in our attic for a while. We decided to reach out to a professional company to help us figure out what was going on. Everyone at World class Wildlife was wonderful. They didn’t do their job to get rid of the animal and it was expensive. I wanted to review again the company, I had this service last year 2020. And I called again the company caused the problem with the raccoons are keep coming back to and ripping off my roof since 2019, paying the handymen to fix the roof like 4-5x. I’ve told them the company I will not pay extra money for the trapping, they said I have warranty for a year. So they agreed that I will not pay. The guy came and fixed the problem, and caught the raccoon.

I had this service done back in October 2020 and have come back here to write an honest review after waiting to see how well their services kept the rats away. I live in the Greenbriar neighborhood and there is a serious rat problem here. We have a neighbor who has a squirrel feeder outside and it attracted rats to our house next door. We could hear the rats scampering across inside our attic and it was very upsetting because we knew they were causing serious damage to our home. This was an ongoing issue with the rat infestation since we moved into the home. First, we called a bug company that offers rat removal service. They came to the home and set up boxes around the house with bait to trap the rats. It didnt work. Finally. I found an honest and reliable company with World Class Wildlife. They removed the rats 6 months ago and the rats are STILL gone. They are truly educated in the way the rats enter the home and how to stop them from coming in. They took the time to patch holes in the roof, set up wire mesh near attic vents, cemented areas near our HVAC that had accessibility from the outside to the attic. They set up traps and removed them the proper way and continuously checked on our attic until they felt confident they were all removed. The rats chewed through our attic insulation and chewed through our HVAC insulation connected to our duct work. They are an absolute nightmare when you have them in your home and this company gave us peace of mind in the way they helped us that they wont come back. They are the most honest and trustworthy people from the guys who visit your home to the ladies that answer when you call. They will truly solve your wildlife problems so that you no longer have to deal with them AND they give you a 6 month warranty after their services if you have any issues. I am so happy we chose this company and recommend them to anyone we know. If you are having pest issues, seriously hire these guys. I hope NOT to have any serious issues in the future, but it is wildlife and you never know. If I do have any concerns again, I will definitely be using their services. We had heard something in our attic/ walls a few times, and I finally ventured to stick my head up there. Found rat droppings near the attic hatch. It was either a weekend, or holiday, not sure which and I was having trouble getting anyone to answer. Worldclass wildlife answered, and was able to get a technician out that day. Tyler showed up with Adam to take a look. They did a great job of explaining to me what my situation was and what they could offer to fix the problem. Tyler in particular, as he was the senior employee. I had intended to shop around for the best price, but the deal they offered me to seal my home, get rid of all the rats, and then sanitize the attic was too good to pass up, and they were able to start and set traps immediately. I couldnt be happier with the job they did and the courtesy that was shown as they worked at my property. It was a lot of work to perform the exclusion process on my 80 year old wood frame house. Tyler continued to come back, checking his traps, and I was very impressed with the always prompt responses to any calls, and professionalism on the job. We have a baby due any day, and I really appreciated that he kept saying it was important to him to make sure this problem was taken care of for us before she comes. All rats are now gone, house is sealed off from any intruders, and attic is sanitized and deodorized. And I have a one year warranty on all work performed. I highly recommend using this company, and ask for Tyler if possible. The problem was solved much faster for much less money than I expected. They did great work, and I felt very safe having them in my house.

When I started hearing things in the walls I knew we had a problem.. I searched through different companies and decided to call World Class Wildlife Removal & Rodent Remediation because they are veteran owned and they used non-poisonous, organic, and eco-friendly pest control methods. Since we have dogs, it was important they didnt get put at risk. Our pest control expert was Alex; I cant say enough great things about him! Alex was efficient, patient, easy to get along with, knowledgeable about critters and how to catch them and most importantly for me as a nurse who works night shift, he was very accommodating to my sleep schedule. When My wife could not be home and I had to work, he came in quickly checked the traps, replaced traps and left so I can rest. There was quite a bit of exclusion work he had to do and he completed it without waking me. The crawl space had a bunch of loose wires and other crud that wasnt removed from when we bought the house, he cleaned all of that up for us! The prices of World Class Wildlife Removal were fair and we were able to receive military discount. When they were removing all the old insulation they found babies! Although the baby rats were cute, they would have caused a bigger problem for an even longer amount of time and they were hidden. Thankfully the meticulous and efficient work Alex provided ensured that we successfully were rat free! Thank you again a million times over. Thought we might have something living in the attic, did some research and chose World Class Wildlife to come out and take a look. Reason for choosing was the excellent reviews, family owned, and veteran owned. They sent out Sebastian to take a look and provide a quote for services. I was extremely impressed with this young man. Very friendly, very professional. He knew what he was doing. After looking he found that some rats had taken up residence. He also had a good idea on how they were getting into the attic. Our vents, the metal screening had rusted away allowing entry. Its something you dont think about until it happens and is pointed out to you. The price was great and I received a discount for my military service, a really decent discount I might add. Heartfelt thanks to a brother who provides this discount. Sebastian fixed all the vents and set traps in the attic. The first two day period he caught two. After that initial catch no more were caught over a 2 week period where Sebastian would come out three times in a week to check them. World Class Wildlife Removal was fantastic. They came out quickly when we called and did a great in depth inspection for free. Chad found lots of things even my home inspector missed and had them fixed right away and was always available if we needed him to come check a trap. They were well versed in using animal behavior to trap our problem critters and prevent them from returning.

I had a great experience. After my initial call, Jim was very quick to get to my house to inspect the situation. We decided on a plan that fit my budget. Jim’s crew came out every couple days to inspect traps, access areas, etc. Chad was incredible and great at communicating. He would always call ahead by about an hour that he was coming. I did have to call in between visits thinking that one had ended up in another room and Chad was there within the hour! They even planned ahead and came out the day before the holiday just to make sure all was buttoned up. They were extremely discreet when working and disposing of any rodents. The exclusion work completed was extremely thorough using top materials to fill areas where they were gaining entry or had damaged for a permanent solution. I have no doubt I am completely free of intruders and none will be getting back in. Overall, for superior first rate service with complete professionals, I couldn’t recommend a company more highly!

What a wonderful company!!! I called for help and could hardly believe that within half an hour a crew was here! I don’t know if that is the norm but it sure impressed me!The company owner came with crew and they did an extensive check under and around mobile home. He set up a dat and time to begin the extermation.Every time someone came to check traps or begin repairs I received a phone call and those men were so kind, so friendly and always professional! World Class Wildlife was contracted by my landlord to rid our home of some pesky rodents. Chad was the technician assigned for the task. He arrived to perform services which included crawling around the attic and setting traps for the little vermin, going around the outside of the house and sealing up and potential entrance points, and even pulled out my oven whenever I claimed a foul smell was emanating from behind it every time I cooked. Chad was friendly and flexible, always calling in advance and always willing to accommodate my crazy work schedule. If you need someone to fix your vermin problem, 10/10 call these guys and ask for Chad.

All i can say is ... WOW! we had a 340 lb black bear in our garage that just wouldnt leave . we called world class wildlife removal and Jim came out on a Sunday morning all the way to Jacksonville and wrestled this bear by himself into a holding cage and made arrangements with fish and wildlife to relocate the fuzzy little guy to a place where he could go on living the life he was intended to live. Every other company wanted to trap the bear and take it away to do god knows what. LONG story short.... kind , caring ,compassionate professional in every sense of the word! if youre an animal lover and actually care about what happens to the wildlife that gets removed form your property call WORLD CLASS WILDLIFE REMOVAL!!

We called this company for help with rodents in our attic. We figured we would need to spend a couple hundred dollars on some rat traps and be done with it. 7,397.87 dollars later ,, I can honestly say that was money well spent. We spent 45 minutes talking about all of the things that needed to be done here at our home and after 2 hours of research and a few phone calls , we found that we were about 2,200.00 lower in cost than industry standard. OBVIOUSLY after speaking with Jim , and doing our homework we went with the service plan that was recommended. Now we can all breath easier and the smell of rats is gone from the attic and all is well. Lesson learned! IF YOU TRY TO CUT CORNERS AND USE CHEAP COMPANIES YOU WILL END UP PAYING MONEY TO FIX THE PROBLEM THE CHEAP COMPANY CREATED AND THEN YOU WILL PAY EVEN MORE TO HAVE THE PROBLEM SOLVED PROPERLY.. Jim , the owner of the company , - did all of the repair work himself and I have never seen someone work so efficiently and surgically on a task. To sum it all up...... IF YOU HAVE A NICE HOME AND YOU WANT RATS GONE, USE THIS COMPANY!!

I contacted WCWR in November of 2019 after finding evidence of a very unwelcome intruder in my house. Alex arrived, assessed the situation, came up with a plan of action and immediately got to work. He was very easy to deal with and very personable and friendly. He did checks to my property frequently, and was able to catch and remove said intruder. We live in a mobile home park and called World Class Wildlife regarding some scratching we heard under the mobile. Jim came out the same day to see what was going on. He saw evidence of rats and discovered we also had termites. He arrived early the next day (Saturday) and set out traps and spent time explaining the service process and answered our questions. He rearranged other smaller jobs to take on our job and checked traps on Monday. He and his helper spent all day on Tuesday to complete the repairs and secure our home. Jim is genuinely kind and very knowledgeable of his job. He left us with a feeling of confidence that we have worked with the right company. Thank you!

It was hard to decide how many stars. I honestly didn’t catch any names, besides 1 but I guess that doesn’t really matter... because hopefully you don’t experience the same issues.It wasn’t really anything major that I have to complain about. They did a great job installing fencing around my house so that rodents can not crawl underneath my home anymore. But what they didn’t do good was, cleaning up after themselves when they left. Several times I had to dust rat droppings and old insulation off of my clothes and then wash them. I had to sweep rat droppings up off my floor that were getting kicked around (and I have children 1 & 2 yrs old) So I wasn’t happy about that. And there was once or twice where they left my side gate to my backyard completely wide open after leaving. My husband ended up having to remove a rat himself because our house stunk so bad and the person we contacted said they’d text someone for them to come the next day, after I explained my entire house smell like dead rodent. It was disturbing to eat my dinner and try and sleep when the access in my room is where the traps were. I also didn’t like that I had to leave a key to my house for them to get into because no one could come after 5pm apparently. Alex is the only name I caught because he helped make my situation better by the end honestly. I was getting ready to tell them not to even bother with the one year warranty. I do remember good punctual professionalism by the owner as well. I would recommend them if you need some work done to your house to keep rodents out. But as far as coming in and cleaning and sanitizing, etc... don’t bother.

I called multiple companies about my rat problem in my garage. It was a nightmare, not only the rats but the prices and the sales tactics of the other companies I called. However that was not the case with worldclass wildlife removal. From day one they were attentive to our needs and the pricing was fair. Our tech Billy was absolutely excellent as well. Great sense of humor and got the job done right. They kept in contact through the whole process and quickly answered any questions I had throughout. Glad to say I am now rat free!

Andrew did a great job, sealed up all entry points ,rats cannot get back in.The company as a whole was very attentive, nice people to work with.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. We discovered we had a squirrel in our attic. I called and they came out the same day and were able to show me some entry areas that needed to be taken care of and a plan to get rid of our unwanted guest. I also had another company come out to get be a 2nd option (my 1st time needing to hire for such a service). World classes quote was considerably less with what I felt was more service. So we hired them. They came out and set up several traps and exits for the squirrel. they came back a few times and closed the entry points and got the pest out. They answered ALL of my crazy questions with a smile. I appreciated the friendly service and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I know. World Class was a great choice in name for this company.

As a first time homeowner I was unprepared to deal with an animal in my attic (lol). Jim and Alex did a great job at my house. Weve had a problem with rats eating all of our mangos from our mango tree and then they decided to move into our attic. Got the holes all patched up and rats trapped. I tried to DYI but could never get all of them. Happy to be rat free.

Best rat company around. The owner is ridiculous! He grabbed a rat that was hiding in our garage bare handed and dropped it in a bucket while we ran horrified into the street. Absolutely fearless and definately knows what hes doing. These guys should be on television for sure.
