Easy to use their service. Never a hassle! I get a text for a heads up. Ladies in the Office are super nice and everyone always answers my questions. Best part only bugs are dead bugs! but if I see some they will come out. Reminds me of the small businesses from my childhood.

Only once did we have an in-between maintenance issue for ants and Coby was there the same day! Coby has been treating our house, as well as our sons house, daughters house, and brothers house for many years. Hes always done an excellent job and his son does a great job, too. Coby came out to my rental property when my tenants reported some flying carpenter ants (thought they were termites) in the house. He was on time, called my tenants before coming over, took care of the issue and inspected the house for other pest control issues. He called me to let me know that everything was taken care of. I would only use Cobys again, and will always refer him. He literally saved me when I moved into a bug infested rental home. He took care of the inside of the home, then when needed took care of the lawn so my kids would stop getting eaten alive by ants, and the dogs by fleas. Coby was great when he came out to check out my termite situation. I just bought a house that had obvious termite damage and was terrified of what the cost was going to be to treat it. I had subterranean termites, but when Coby got here and I told him about the flying termites we saw in the attic his initial reaction was that I had dry wood termites as well. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed.After he checked the attic out he gave me some good news! No dry wood termites, turns out they were just ants. (apparently ants get wings once a year??)Anyway Im so grateful for how honest he was. I know nothing about this stuff and he couldve taken me to the cleaners. Instead he was so professional, courteous, and quoted me an AMAZING price for the treatment. I highly recommend this company!

I found this place on GOOGLE and see the good review so my husband and I give it a shot. This guy came into our 3 floors house...lead him to our kitchen where we had drywood termites dropping a few spots. He know exact where to treat and how to treat but rushing into the price estimate to get it done just the kitchen area only is $4,300. I thought I heard wrong, I asked him again you said fourty three hundreds or? He said Yes, that the cost $4,300.00 to get it done I was like but you know exact spots to treat them. No need to treat the whole kitchen. He said No, you have to take everything out of there and I have to treat every single cabinets by drool the holes and inject into the cabinets I thinking wait this doesnt sounds right to me If other spot doesnt effected by termites why he has to treat it and how he injected into the wood if nothing eaten up and they all solid? and Plus, I had called several companies to look into this and asking for a quote, the TERMINIX quote was only $550 after they looked into it by the size of the kitcken. So how in the world the TENTLESS PEST CONTROL come up with such a BIG HUGE price on my kitchen? Are you kidding me? $4,300 for just couple spots to treat? NO WAY! So my husband and I went to Home Depot and get the products to treat termites ourselves by injected into the effected areas and it turned out perfectly fine. We never see termites dropping ever again and cost us like $30. GREEEDY people!!! Dont listen to what they say. They looking into your house to see how rich you are to spend that kind of money. NOPE!

He gave the rest of the home a very thorough inspection and came back a few days later and took care of our termite problem. We couldnt be happier!

We discovered a possible issue at our house. As we are not originally from Florida we had no idea what kind of pest we were facing or how much it would cost for treatment. We found Cobys name on the internet and called to set up an appointment. Coby came the same morning and reviewed our damage. He indicated there was no sign of termites, but some prior signs of carpenter ants in the piece of wood we showed him. We advised him we were planning to replace the roof in the spring and he said under these circumstances there was no need for a current treatment. We appreciate the honesty from Coby, he could have claimed just about anything and we would have had to get a second opinion before having the home treated. Coby did not charge us a penny and indicated if we needed assistance in the future to give him a call. We will gladly use his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a free assessment and honest company.

Coby is the absolute best! He treats my home four (4) times a year, and it is rare to never that I have to ask him to come back and treat my home again. Our home backs up to a conservation area. Wow, what a fantastic service! My beautiful bungalow home was invaded by many colonies of termites. They were swarming throughout my kitchen and living spaces. We had just purchased the home, (3 months prior) and had been told it had been treated for termites 2 times prior to us taken ownership, (couldnt find evidence that it was even treated). We contacted Cobys Tentless Termite and Pest Control and they came out to evaluate, Coby confirmed about the termites and also explained that the kitchen cabinets where most likely built with wood that was infested. He also explained in detail all that they would do and we booked the date for them to treat the house. That was yesterday, Coby and his Son followed their plan to the letter, drilled holes, crawled under the house, spent a great portion of their time in the attic, pretty much saturated my home with their magic. They did all this without us having to move or take down anything in the house. Wow-Tentless is the way to go. Absolutely no chemical scent or thing out of place, they even hosed off the porches and steps. Only thing I did was vacuum up each window sill of the last of the termite wings and a bit of drill dust, (I had been sweeping up bugs sometimes x2 daily due to the amount of the termites and their mess), Woke up this morning to a wingless house, not a termite in site. Fantastic professional outfit, I would highly recommend. The cost of doing this with a tent would have been just been too overwhelming with the cost of service, hotels, upset family and our pets, and then having to come home after 4 days in a hotel, then have clean everything in my house, too much efforts and time, - just doesnt compare to the wonderful Service that Coby and his Son gave us. Coby and his son came out to our home to do our termite treatment...they were very courteous and knowledgeable and took me step by step in detail what they would be doing...they removed our curtains to drill and covered each hole in the wall and replaced the curtains when they were done...they did a very good job in their profession and I would recommend Coby and son to anyone who has a termite problem...P.S. and I like his business logo he set up for his company...Thank you Coby and son for a job well done...
