I highly recommend Florida Grown. Weve tried other lawn care services before without success but, since we started using Florida Grown, our lawn is coming back to life. We especially like working with Corey. He does a great job and takes time to explain how he is treating our lawn. And, he has given us tips about how to care for our lawn, such as how to properly mow the grass without scalping it and how to set up our sprinkler system for ideal watering. We love supporting LOCAL businesses like this one.

I have had ABC and Massey over the last 2 years 🙄 I have since had Florida Grown and I’m absolutely blown away they have done in 2 months what the others couldn’t in 2 years. They have even turned my dads dirt and weeds into a yard that is really starting to shape up! Customer service 10 stars! My only concern is if my grass keeps up this way Corey will have to come mow on Monday’s and I will mow on Thursday’s 🤣 love these guys. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!

Several people in my neighborhood use Florida Grown Lawn to treat their lawns and they look incredible! We approached Cory one day when he was at a neighbors house, as our lawn was a mess!!! He came right over, inspected our whole property & was able to tell us exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the problems and get our lawn to look like our neighbors! Cory is knowledgeable, personable and it is obvious he is proud of his work !!!

Corey is amazing.He pulled up as I was mowing the lawn. He took care of our neighbors yard so I could finish up super quick. I edged the front and moved the mower to the backyard quickly to avoid being in his way any longer. Corey proceeds to do our yard and finished. As Im taking a break, I noticed Corey had the blower out making sure all the granules are where they need to be (I assume) next thing I know he quickly blew off our drive way for me. I couldnt believe it. Its truly the little things.Those little things are a huge deal for me. I am forever grateful for all of you. By the way, our yard looks amazing!

Russ and Jen are two of the kindest, most responsive people Ive ever worked with. Id come home and see a lawn report card from Russ and always feel like he cares as much about my lawn as I do (maybe more). I recently put in a pool and called Russ and Jen when we replaced the grass that the pool company removed. They came out the next day and treated the areas. Great business. I had enough of the big guys after they charged me for a service that I literally told them a week before I did NOT want. I called Florida Grown Lawn and Ornamental and wish I had done it sooner. The price was actually $10 a month cheaper for the same service and all the staff are amazing!I spoke to my tech one day because we had purchased a fruit tree and it had been 10 months and it hadnt done anything. Leaves had black soot on them and it wasnt growing. He said, no problem, I can put something on that to help. Not even a week later new growth started. That was about 2 months ago and it has never been fuller or greener!Great service and great company! Thanks for everything. If you have the big guys stop now and call Florida Grown!

The owners are great and tell it like it is, having them take over my yard care was the best decision I have made sense buying my house. When we first moved into our new home, I was convinced that I could take care of our family’s lawn just fine on my own. I mean, it was just some fertilizer and pest control, right? Well, about a year later I was replacing most of our front lawn thanks to repeated attacks by sod webworms, chinch bugs, and fungus. While venting about the pests to a neighbor, they recommended this company.The owner came out and did a walk through of the lawn with me. While I had been reactive to my lawn pests, this company was going to be proactive. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and confident that he could bring the rest of my lawn back from the brink. Each month, our tech has arrived in a timely and courteous manner. Between the tech, owner, and Jenni in the office, they have been great about answering any questions I have about watering or care, and respond immediately to any issues or concerns. They are a smaller local company, and it shows in their dedicated commitment and pleasant service. We have only been with them for a few months (and most of those months have been dormant winter months) and already our lawn looks infinitely better. Our newer sod is thriving, patches are filling in, weeds are dying off, our older grass is that beautiful deep green, and they saved a large section of our back lawn that we thought we would have to re-sod. Their monthly rate is competitive as well. I have been so impressed with this company from the very start, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to save and/or maintain their lawn!

I hired Russ to take care of my lawn in a prior house and didn’t retain him when I moved. I thought I was smart enough to do this on my own. Russ was was graceful and even offered to give me advice for no charge (who does that??). It wasn’t long that I realized I have no idea how to maintain St Augustine and my lawn went downhill quickly. Russ came back...lawn looks amazing now. His prices are fair and he treats your property with sincere care. I’d never consider going with the bigger companies given how good Russ treats us. We had sod put in in June and the landscapers who did our lawn recommended Florida Grown when I asked if they knew of a company to spray the lawn. We have been more than pleased with their service. Not only does our front lawn (the freshly soded lawn) but also our side and back yard which was spotty and filled with weeds looks great after a couple months of service. They are excellent all around including communication and customer service.

I have been with Florida Grown Lawn and Ornamental for about a year! I am so glad that I switched to them when I did! Massey made my yard look worse then when I moved into it!! I was about to lay new sod all through my side and backyard and Russ came out and said “hold off and give me some time, I really think I can make most of this, if not all of this come back! He knew his stuff and so I gave him time and he was right!! He truely cares about doing a good job and making the yard look great! He takes pride in his company and his work! As I live in a HOA, I need to make sure my yard is superb. I had some very dry looking areas in my St Augustine, assuming I had a fungus or cinch bugs I called Florida Grown out to give me a estimate. The owner (Russ) came out and walked my yard with me. Russ is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing. After the first treatment my yard looked 1,000% better. Every month the grass has gotten healthier and even through these last hard freezes (I live in Pasco) I still have the greenest, healthiest yard in the neighborhood! I couldnt ask for a better company to treat my yard!

Grass is thicker and stronger than ever.What I appreciate is Russ personally takes an interest and acts as a coach.
