Recently, our trash cans were damaged during the pick-up process. We called our Route Supervisor, Brian Buck who was wonderful to deal with. He took the time to find out the MFG and model of our trash cans and then committed to replace them free of charge. Although the trash cans had to be ordered since they were not available at the local retailers, Brian did an excellent job of communicating status along the way. I was especially impressed with Brians professionalism and follow thru. I highly recommend this company!

I have used this company for trash pick up and for construction debris prior to my employment. I have been working now for the company 8 years and can see how we have improved. Our drivers are very courteous and the office has the best Team ever. Our Division manager with his Operation managers and routing supervisor are the BEST. We have a very professional office manager as well. After all these years I can enjoy going to work with the Clearwater team.

They get a 1 because eventually the garbage and recycle gets picked up. The following week. Never the yard waste however. Regardless of how neatly I bundle it. Heck one time I had one small palm branch. Nope. Nobodys going to get out of the truck just for that. Didnt even bother showing up last pick up day.

I signed up for Waste Pro 6 weeks ago. Since the service started, they have missed 1 of the 2 days they are scheduled to pick up my trash.The service personnel are nice every time I call (which is weekly) and they leave notes for the drivers, but I continue to be missed. Im paying for 2 pickups per week and receiving 1.Not to mention I have trash bags sitting by the street because the trashcan overflows throughout the week after the missed pickup.

They come when they are supposed to and do what you pay for. This is the only reliable company I have experienced throughout the pandemic. You cant virtually pick up trash or do a Tele trash visit. And they havent stopped working and blame it on the virus, nor do they say expect delays because of the virus. This is the only service I pay for that is worth the cost.Great job! AAAAAAA+

They did not have enough containers. I went 3 weeks waiting on the containers. The office told me to use old container for now, i did, they did not empty it. I am just now trying to register on line to pay them. The user name and pass words have very specific requirements, have been trying to register for an hour. If you get 1 item in the registration wrong it blanks what you filled out and you have to start over. I see they have an 1.8 star google rating!! It is very hard to get that low of a rating so i will end on a positive note. Good job on getting one of the lowest ratings i have seen. Seminole switched from waste management who did a great job for me. They switched and said the main overriding factor was money. I will gladly go back to WM and pay more.

Let me say that the old manger for the Clearwater region was terrible and ran a sinking ship. Now that Daric Huntt has taken over as manager and n my region the service has been consistent and if there is a problem I can reach out to Daric and it is addressed immediately via email and they even send a unscheduled truck to pick up trash that was not picked up for various reasons on the normal day. These guys are so good we even recommended our new neighbors too use them.I’m no employee and I don’t know anyone who works there, I just believe in giving credit where, credit is due.

Signed up for trash was told it was going to be picked up that week and here it is 2 weeks later and the trash is piling up out front. I called and was told they were going to be picking up today Thursday. I asked for the 2 weeks to be taken out of the bill because I paid for the 3 months of service and was given the run around. After not getting a solid answer I asked to cancel my service with full refund since I still have the same trash in my front yard. I also was given the run around about this and was told they were going to call me back.

I have been a customer since they started in my area. They offered a good price for their service and have provided good service. However now they have raised the rate so high out of the blue and I now know why. Just read they got the contract with the city of Seminole and gave them super good rate so now for me as a loyal customer that’s been with them and helped their company grow I get to get the shaft and pay the extra cost so they can give them the low rates. Really??? I am on the search now for a new company I won’t be supporting someone who just craps on their loyal customers when they expand!!!!

This company is garbage. Pickups are inconsistent. They throw recyclables in with regular trash. Everytime my trash is picked up my cans are literally left in the street. Ive tried to call my local Clearwater branch and can NEVER get a person. Ive called numerous times with no help.....

Ive received my refund and the cans were removed. Thank you.Older posting:canceled my service February 19, 2019. Since then your cans have been littering in my front yard because no one will come pick them up even after repeated calls to your local office and corporate office this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have two and half year old twins and we have some other kids on my street. The garbage men speed down our street and are not even mindful that we have children on our street. Its a neighborhood, you dont need to be speeding. Its careless and dangerous. Please be mindful you are in a neighborhood and slow down for children. Thank you.

I’ve have been dealing with waste pro for about 2 yrs now. It is almost impossible to get them to answer their phone, for Clearwater location. Also they continue to miss trash pickups, and claim my bill hasn’t been paid when it has been. They upped our rates by almost $33.00 so went from paying like $65 I think every 3 months to $98.00. So we paid our bill last quarter, now they are stating bill hasn’t been paid since April. I’m am feed up at this point with waste pro and their failure to properly perform a mundane task at best.

I have been charged double my bill from this company on top of an additional charge with no new bill or explanation as to why. There website is terrible and not user friendly. There bills dont show up or when they do they are months late. They show up at random times, or not at all. Very poor business practices, the city of Seminole should have never gotten a contract them.

In December 2020, I notified Waste Pro to cancel my services, and pick up the bins. I was told that they cannot cancel the service, and refused to pick up the bins. I physically returned the bins myself, and requested the account closed. To this day they continue to send invoices for services that have been cancelled from day one! Stay away from this company! I just canceled my service due to a bullying trash collector and an even worse customer service experience when calling to report him. I explained in detail to the customer service rep what happened and she initially agreed that his behavior was not right. She said I would get a call back that never happened, then when I called a second time I was told I would get a call back that, again, never happened. When I called back a third time, they told me they had talked to the trash collector (Amir/Emir?) and he lied about what happened, and they took his side, and would not listen to me when I tried to correct the misunderstanding of what happened. When I asked for the service to be canceled the response I got was Perfect! Perfect! - Wow. Way to treat your customers with a legitimate service complaint. I asked to speak to the supervisor/manager twice, and they were never available. When I asked for the address of the managers boss, they hung up on me. Clearly a toxic company from top to bottom.

They raise their rates way up, then when you tell them the competitor is cheaper, they will match their price for 1 year but make you sign a contract for 2 years with ability to raise their rate to anything they want and you are stuck. Been using them for 2 years, we signed up for autopay and every quarter they freeze our account our full trash bins are skipped and we have to call in and sign back up for autopay. We have not changed any billing or credit card details in these 2 years and every time they call they say were good to go for autopay. After skipping service day after Thanksgiving (fine give your workers a day off) and again on our next service day, our trash overflowing again, we e-mailed after trying to call and being on hold for 2 hours. Replied with the same your account is frozen due to non payment. Sigh. We cancelled and switched to Solar Pro which services our neighborhood, only downside is you have to provide your own trash cans. This minor headache of going to Home Depot and picking up a couple is the only thing that caused me to continue to do this dance every quarter but enough is enough. Do yourself a favor and sign up with Solar Pro if they are available in your area or try any other service besides Waste Pro.

Waistpro is a horribly run company. They miss pickup days. They have a 3 month bill cycle and send 0 bills and expect to get paid. They dont contact you in any way to inform of missing payment then they send threatening letters to send you to collections. Horrible way to treat customers and run a business. Waste Pro went out of their way to do something very special for my daughter. They threw her the BEST 4th birthday party ever! My daughter loves garbage day and the management team is always so friendly every Friday when she waves to them. I contacted Waste Pro asking them to give Addie a parade for her birthday. Horrible and do not even provide the service they are paid for. Have complained over 4x times and then contacted the Better Business Bureau to get them to pick up the trash. Both times this week, they have picked up the next door neighbors and left ours out at the curb. UPDATE 2/8 received bill last month that was correct. This month I suddenly owe another 143.00. Ive received no contact to resolve this from Waste Pro so now I am opening a complaint with the BBB. This company is corrupt. I wonder how many people they do this to that dont monitor their accounts!!Worst customer service Ive encountered in years. First I get a statement saying I owe 139.00 past due. I have my bills automatically paid every month so this is absolutely incorrect and when I called them they told me they would look into it but would require speaking to my bank????? Their customer service is amazing, Maricela R did a wonderful job at trying to help me.However, Ive had them for one month and Should have had 4 pickups, they’ve picked up my trash once. Took over a week after paying for the service to receive my trash cans and that was only after calling twice to get them. Missed multiple pick ups and even after calling to complain and have them reschedule the pickup my trash can sits at the end of my drive way not picked up for 3 days now. Their garbage trucks have come down my street as one of them almost hit me when I was turning onto my road. At this point I’ll be calling for a full refund and going with a different company. Getting frustrated. Several times, WastePro has skipped our street; and now for the 3rd time, theyve picked up the entire street and left mine. I can never get them on the phone. Today, I left a message after being on hold for 20 minutes. Well see if they send someone out, before my next scheduled pick up. Losing faith in them. Update: As expected: No return call. No pick up. My regular day is tomorrow. Another Update: They just missed me again. All you get is voicemail at the Clearwater & Corporate offices. I just filed a complaint with The BBB. Unfortunately I have to give a terrible review of this company... But my husband and I have given them SO many chances with it only leading to months of extreme frustration received on our end and no movements or help on their end. And CLEARLY our case is not isolated.The seemingly simple (compared to all other things your dealing with when selling/ buying a new house) act of switching our address with our solid waste company after moving was anything but. For the past 4 months we have dealt with issues getting our address updated, have had at least 10 calls with 10 different people- who in their defense were all extremely nice but unfortunately had no authority or ability to make ANY changes at all- (and our address STILL is incorrect)- we went at least 2 weeks without any cans or pick up at all and never received a credit for it, and we’ve been paying for recycling even though we still haven’t been given a can. Again we’ve had at least 10 calls and they always end with someone telling us: they are “adding notes” to your account and “immediately” putting this on the managers desk and we will “definitely receive a call tomorrow”. We have not received ONE call back and every time we call again we have to COMPLETELY start over and hear the same thing from the new person who has no idea why this is happening.It is so crazy that I am even taking the time to write this out and that this has been so many people’s unfortunate experience. The woman I spoke to yesterday was very nice and kept saying what a “mess” this was. Yes! But why can no one fix it?!Today we called for the 3rd time just this week and asked to speak to a manager but told they were at an appointment. So we asked them to please cancel our service and we credit our account for the payment we’ve already made. They couldn’t do any of those things and said we have to wait for a manager.A very frustrating and unfortunate experience with this group...

They have increased their rates 3 times in the last 18 months. Recent increase is up to $113. Half the time they dont pick up the yard waste so it sits there for weeks before their lazy bums decide to pick it up. Lady in the office is rude. I called their office this afternoon after reviewing a recent billing. I needed clarification of the amount. The woman I spoke with went over everything with me and advised that I will get a credit on my next bill as the amount was incorrect. She explained that due to my payment method it could not be adjusted now. She went on the explain they are going through changes and updates and was very apologetic. I appreciated the honesty about the prior issues and told her how much I appreciated the time she took with me to get my account corrected.

Signed up a year or 2 ago as they came around offering twice a week pick-up for significantly less than waste management...well got a note that because Pinellas increased dumping fees 6% and a need to increase wages I would notice a rate increase....lol yeah a FORTY percent increase...Im guessing the employees raise was probably 1/10th of that...

Great service. Great guys on the trucks. Ive never had a problem with them and they have always taken everything I put out. If I had a problem they would resolve it quickly. Wish they were at my new address.
