I would like to share my frustrating experience with DisposAll. They were purchased in May 2019 by Orion Waste Services. Over the past 5 months we were skipped for pick ups and there was always an excuse. We finally had enough and I called on June 10 to cancel my service effective Wednesday June 26 which was the last date of service that we had paid for. She told me that after that last pick up, we should leave their (Disposalls) empty containers next to the street and they would be picked up in 7-10 days. Today is July 15 and we still have their empty containers sitting next to the street, killing our grass. I have called July 8, July 10, July 11 and today July 15 to let them know that nobody picked them up. On July 8 I was told they would pick them up on July 10; On July 10 they told me it would be July 11. On July 11, I left a message and they called me back on Friday July 12 and promised for sure that they would be by tomorrow (Saturday) for pick up. Now Monday has come and gone with no pick up. I will be calling again tomorrow. We are very tempted to move the containers back behind our fence and send them a bill for storage fees on their containers. If you are going to tell someone that you will do something then very simply just do what you promised.

Ive actually had a great experience with this service. Friendly everytime I call and have with them for 5 years now and they are very flexible with helping when I need additional pickups

Great rates. Pick ups are regular. If the pick up falls on a holiday, you know they will be by within 1-2 days. They offer recycling with a large, standard size garbage can. Ive had them for years. Friendly. They will pick up extra on the occasion that you have too much (not in can)

Wish I could leave NO STARS. About 4 weeks out of 5, our recycle gets left to sit at the curb because their drivers didnt pick it up. The 1 out of 5 times that they actually do their job and pick it up gives us great hope - but then they fail again for the next several weeks. It takes a MINIMUM OF 2 CALLS PER WEEK to get them to come out and pick up the recycle, about 3 - 4 days later, with recycle stacking up at the house.This company has NO REASON to not figure out where the house is (been here since the 1980s). Currently looking for a new company.

We are a local company that installs water systems. We have been using Disposalls service, Leah who set us up for the service was very professional and helpful.The driver is always here on time every Friday. He is also careful to always empty the bin properly and is very polite. When I called the office to inquire about service on holidays the lady that answered the phone was also very helpful. It is a very well run company. Thank you.

This company is nothing but frauds. You pay them for a service that’s never rendered. You can bank on missing at least half of the scheduled pick ups. Customer service is extremely rude and will never help. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste time or money with them

If I could provide a lower rating I would. Between their inability to EVER be on schedule, the NUMEROUS times that our trash pickup was simply skipped for the week, the fact that (after cancelling services) their bins are still in our front yard MONTHS later, and their non-existent customer service skills this company should not be in business.

I would strongly suggest you do your research before you sign up with this company. They have been nothing but a problem since day one. We tried to work with them but they never seem to want to fix the problem. I will never recommend this company to anybody I know. when we canceled the account, I had to literally drop the garbage cans off to their office because they would not come to pick it up.

Thankfully I do not use this company but can’t tell you that I was driving along side them for about 15 minutes on route 19 and they had garbage flying out of their truck hitting different cars there was an empty crushed box that flew off and hit my car. Once stopped at a light I got the attention of the passenger in the truck and try to explain to him that his garbage is flying all over the road and hitting cars and a box hit my car and he waved me on as if he didn’t understand and kept driving.

This company doesn’t deserve any stars! They have missed my pick-up three times in the past two months. There is always an excuse: truck broke down, man in hospital and the most recent we are trying to catch up, even though there was no weekday holiday. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Will be dropping them.Dropped this trash company effective July 1, 2018. They promised their two cans would be picked up last week. I should have known better since the cans are still sitting curbside on July 2. When I called of course there was an excuse of a holiday which has not occurred yet. Now they have no idea when the cans will be picked up. What a joke of a company. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use this company.

Yes, just as the last review I read from Ms. Zimmer. I just moved it the information I received from the landlord was for this company to remove the trash. I called two weeks ago and set up service with them. I had to pay for three months in advance. They were quick to take the old trash cans. However, they don’t seem to be interested in dropping of the new cans they said they would provide. I’ve called them every day this week and was given the same response every day. The cans were scheduled to be dropped off every time I called. Well I called three times today only to get the the same response. The last time I called they told me the cans were on their way and would be there within the hour. Of course an hour past and no cans. They stopped answering the phone an hour before they were supposed to close. I’m not sure if there is another company I can use or if this neighborhood is contracted to this company. But tomorrow I will be delivering my trash from the last two weeks to their office building. 🤯🤬😡

How does this company stay in business I don’t know! They just decide to skip picking up my trash just because. When I call to find out why they give me no reason, they apologize but don’t do anything about it until next week at their regular schedule.

Started services 2 weeks ago in Seminole and still havent gotten my first pick up. Cancelled them and the lady that picks up was very nonchalant. Dont waste your money or time.

Ive used DisposAll for years and never had any issues but, the last 3 months theyve been terrible. They never seem to come on their schedule day and then when they do come they pick up only one of the containers. Several neighbors on my street use them and are block looks awful with the garbage out for days. I called and of course they are aware and working on it. I will give them until my account is paid and I will have to get a new company

This company is TERRIBLE. Trash supposed to be picked up on Wednesday and here it is Friday afternoon......and NO PICK UP again!!!!!!! I am paid until end of June. Why should I have to call them and tell them to pick up trash that they are already paid to do??? YES, they are cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

If was able to give this company 0 stars I would.. They will not pick lawn clippings even tho it is park of their policy. I call multiple times to ensure pick-up.. the day I cancelled their service and switched back to Waste Management the 2 bags were still on my driveway. STAY AWAY from this company!!

Absolutely the worlds worst woman handling the St. Pete office. She is rude, argumentative and just hangs up on you on every call. You cannot have a dialogue with her and as a result the company. My complaint was the that in the last 6 months the drivers of Disposal missed our pickup more than 9 times. We have two 8 yard dumpsters. That is 18 dumps. Our tenets would call complaining. When we tried to call it goes to a voice receptionist that screen calls and they forward you to someone in the office. Good luck having the office pick up. It would take us days for someone to pick up. We would have to say we would like to start a new service and then someone from the office would pick up. But then you get the nasty women as your reward for waiting so long to finally speak with someone. You cannot get past this dreadful woman. She even tried to say that we cannot cancel that we are under a permanent life long contract. Can you believe her? I told them we canceled our service and to get their dumpsters off my property immediacy. She does not know what service means. This is obviously a family own business where the woman run a terrible business. You cant post a zero. You have to give at least one star. They are not worthy of that.

The worst trash service you will ever experience. I paid for trash pick up twice a week Tuesday/Friday. It’s going on week 8 of no pick up on Friday and they’ve missed 3 weeks on Tuesday. I have called six Fridays in a row and spoke with the same manager who always gives excuses as to why my trash hasn’t been picked up. She keeps sending me to a voicemail and says to leave my complaint there, but no one ever returns my call or addresses the problem. She always ensures me that someone will be right out or the driver ran his route differently today. No one ever shows! So after speaking with someone for 6 times today they told me that I haven’t paid my bill and I will be sent to collections. The office manager who I spoke to several times is incompetent and doesn’t want to listen to the customer. She always has a line ready or an excuse waiting for you, and then she gets upset with you. My entire neighborhood is having the same problem with the same person. Manager of pinellas county is the problem!!!! Wake up dispose all!!!

If I could give no stars, I would! The most inconsistent and undependable service EVER!!! We’ve had some service, no service, service maybe on the day they’re supposed to. Or maybe NOT! Maybe pick up trash and not recycle? Maybe pick up recycle and not trash? But mostly not picking up ANYTHING!!! 🤬😡 they suck!!

Ordered service three weeks ago and they have never picked up the trash. I have called and talked to the manager about it and she continues to lie and give us the run around. I ended up taking it to the landfill myself. I can’t even get the company to pick up their cans. Worst service ever. Don’t waste your time and money.

Ive been with this company for several years. There was a period of time when they were changing the company structure and service fell behind. One of the site managers reached out and has been very proactive to resolve the situation. We have had dependable pickups ever since.I believe some of the past issues stemmed from the front desk. Concerns were not being routed/reported properly, and met with defense. Im glad to see that this company has followed through with their internal changes and that things are flowing properly now.

This has to be one of the worst services around. I think the flinstones had better service than this company.I have called and called, my wife has called as well, just Incase they are anti man, it’s been over a month for these lazy people to pick up their bins. But they have not. They kept promising to come each week. Never came. Still nothing. Do not use this company they never even come to take the trash out. One week they come next two weeks they do not.The people are untrustworthy and unless you enjoy to get angry every week and want to have a stroke or heart attack this place will make it happen. Just make sure you have your insurance up to date or a bottle of whiskey to drown the anger that will follow. You have been warned. Go with anyone else. It’s worth it.

Do not use this company for trash and recycling! They require you to pay three months service in advance, but will not provide the trash and recycling consistently. You will have to call every week to report that your trash wasnt picked up, but they will not return your call or fix the issue. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Dont use this service! I signed up for service in October 2014. I was told that my trash carts would be delivered later in that week. Didnt receive them, so I called. Apparently the truck broke down, but they promised to get the cart to me the following day. No cart. I finally had to cancel because my trash was piling up. Its now January and Im still waiting for my refund. This company performed ZERO service for me!!!! Every time I call, Im told that they are working on the refund and they dont know what went wrong. This has been the most frustrating experience.

Zero stars should be an option. Wednesdays are my pick up day. They didnt show up. So I called them Thursday morning and was told they added me to the schedule to be picked up that day. Every morning this has been the same BS story they say. On Friday when I called, I told them there was week and a half old poopy diapers and raw chicken and it cannot wait until Monday. They ASSURED me it would get picked up on that day or absolutely no later than the next day. Well, here it is, Wednesday again. Same smelly trash sitting by the road for the past week. In the hot Florida sun. Every day they say it is added to the schedule to be picked up ASAP. They are crooks and liars. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a different company.

Have had residential service for about a year. As with being human, there was an issue last year due to Irma, but since then, this company has proved to be the better company we have had in the Pinellas county area. The management has helped get everything running smooth and I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you for your hard work.

Horrible service! I am scheduled for two pickups a week. They are consistent at being inconsistent. Sometimes I get two pickups and other weeks only one. Customer service is kind and professional on phone but company is run poorly.

Just moved into my house 5 weeks ago... I have had to call 4 weeks in a row to have them come pick up my cans they missed! This week I called and they still have never came back!! Terrible service! There has been three time they have not picked up the trash> When you call it always goes to voice mail and good luck with a call back> The last time I called 6 times and still to all back. Then to the recycling. I watched the trash truck pick up our trash two different time and both the trash and the recycling that we pay extra goes in the same spot. Why am I paying extra

I recently moved to a new address. My brother called and told them, they said out cans would be delivered on Friday. At our old house there were a few bags that did not fit in the container, they did not pick them up, had to pay $18 because it was a special pickup. Cans were not delivered at our new house,I called back and was told they were running behind and would be delivered on Monday. I called on Monday just to make sure we were getting our cans, they said that they would be there. 7pm rolls around and no cans. Tuesday morning, cans show up. I called them and cancelled my service. First thing,oh is there anything we can do? Give you a month free? Told them no. If I could rate them 0 starts on here I would. Just horrible service and even customer service., stay away from them!

Updated on Mar 25, 2018.Their service was good but it went downhill a few months ago. I got tired of calling every 2 weeks to get my trash picked up. In the past 2 months, they missed about 7 pickups. First they said some workers caught the flu which I understand because of the outbreak. They later it was their trucks breaking down. But the missed pick ups still continued weeks later and I didnt brother asking why. I finally got feed up and switched company. Hopefully they will get their act together.Original Post: (I rated them 4 stars)They are mostly reliable. I have been using them for over 3 years now. During that time frame, they missed about 6 pickups. Each time I called (Largo office), they answered the phone and send someone to pick up the trash within 24 hours. Customer service will differ depending on the people at your local office. They will not pick up trash left outside the trash bins. I paid for a 2nd trash bin and it cost me an extra $5/month. They do not offer yard waste pickups. All yard waste must be inside the bins.

I moved to Florida about 7 months ago and hired DisposAll because they were a little less expensive than their competitors. You get what you pay for. They are very inconsistent with their trash and recycle pick-up. Some times they wouldnt show on my scheduled day and some times they picked up either the trash or recycle. My calls to the company with messages left were not returned. I cancelled my service and someone was supposed to call me to pick up the bins, but no one called. Very frustrating to work with.

How do they stay in business?! I have pick up once a week. I get home after 5 pm. They have no customer service after 5 pm and no voice mail and my pick up is Friday. So it all stinks all weekend. I will be dumping them like the bad trash they are.

Paid for two pickups weekly, sometimes they show up and sometimes they don’t. Have called and complained before and no difference. Unfortunately, unless you live in a city in Pinellas (Dunedin, Clearwater, Safety Harbor, etc.) all the other trash services suck also.

This company is absolute garbage. Pun intended. They charge the same as their competitors, BUT... BUT... BUT, they only pick up once a week versus two, They also miss a pick up at least once a month. Has even happened two weeks in a row. That means when they dont come, the following week there is trash that we cant even fit in our trash can. Try to call them and they dont even answer the phone.Avoud this worthless company. The owner should just go work at the dump as a sorter.

We paid for garbage and recycling service but noticed recycling being dumped into the same truck as garbage at same time. Also many times garbage was not picked up at all. The lady straw was when we saw a worker go to side of our house and use our hose to wash off the side of his truck. We thought it was last straw but unfortunately months after cancelling our service, Disposall has yet to pick up our cans. Numerous phone calls to no avail. They refuse to tell us when someone will pick them up and refuse to connect us to a manager or owner who can do that.

What a JOKE this company is! I paid for 3 months service in advance and was told I would have 2 cans brought to the house within 1 week. After 5 weeks and 6 phone calls all promising that day or next day, each time nothing happened. Dont walk away.....RUN!

Do not do business with these people! I just moved here, called ahead and gave my credit card info to make sure there were no issues. One week later I come home and my trash cans are gone. I called and they said they picked them up by mistake and would bring them back out to me. 10 days later, 6 phone calls and still no trash can! They suck!

I dont use their service but got cut off by one of them going down Curlew road. The idiot driver never even looked over at me when I pulled up beside him to express my thoughts. I called to notify and after finally getting an answer was redirected to more ringing and then was hung up on. Then I got online and started reading the reviews and figured this must be the owner that was driving so complaining wont do any good. These are some inbred slicktsters that will take your money and provide nothing in return.

Absolutely horrible the Tuesday driver refuses to pick up on that day and have called about it he claims he went down our street guess what we have cameras so we asked instead of a two/week pick up give us 2 cans ok well we havent received that and its going on 3 weeks they dont care at all and they dont care the tuesday driver doesnt do hisbl job. We cancelled its not worth fighting for months they dont care and we have had them for years this last year has been horrible

We have scheduled pick-up twice a week. For over 6 months, Wednesday pick-up was getting sketchy, with the pickups occurring on Thur. (Fri. is our second scheduled pick-up day. For the past 3 weeks we have had pick-ups only on Friday. They do not return phone calls, and even an attempt to send an email, using their website timed out.

Worst company EVER!!! I cancelled service because their customer service is nearly non-existent. Its awful! Its also been 3 wks & their cans are still sitting in front of my house waiting to be picked up. Ive made several calls & nothing...not even a call back! I highly DONT recommend this company!!

When we first hired this company two years ago to pick up our trash, they were fine. They missed a couple of days here and there, but they usually came the next day. The past 3-4 months the service has been horrendous. I have to call their office three times per month to let them know that the containers were not picked up. I get an excuse that either the driver was sick or the truck broke down. I spoke to their manager, Brian, and he apologized and told me the container would be picked up the next day. It wasn’t. I called again and he gave me another cock and bull story why the container(s) were not picked up. He had the audacity to blame Donald Trump for their blatant poor service. I asked him how could he blame Trump for their terrible service. He stoppped talking for a moment and probably decided not to go there. We pay for a service and they don’t fulfill their obligation to pick up our trash. DisposAll has to be the worst trash collection company in Florida. If you want to get rippped off, hire them. I you want a decent trash collection company, hire someone else. They earn 1/2 a star from me and I am being kind. Their management team gets a zero.

This company signed a one year contract with out HOA and then after 6 weeks of sporadic service they just stopped picking up. The HOA manager has been trying to get in contact with someone without luck. Less than poor service!

Missed our house ALL the time. Many added charges for this and that. You call and nobody answers. Husband called to say we missed a whole week and we wanted credit on our bill for no service that week and they LAUGHED at him. Neighbors had the same problem. Terrible service and customer service.

Lousy company, even worse service. Epitome of incompetence. Havent had their service in almost a year, but keep receiving bills - even after being told numerous times you have a zero balance, disregard that notice. Now I am told we need 2 weeks to learn our system and well get back to you. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple dollars more for a legitimate waste removal service.

Pick ups are Tuesday and Friday. Last week Wednesday only. No pick up on friday or sat. Called yesterday. They allegedly will give me a credit only to prolong agony. Calling every week or every other week since Hurricane IRMA. 34684 area...

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. They have missed my trash pick up days (Wednesday) for the last five weeks! I’ve had to call three to four times a day for three days straight only to get the run around and more excuses. I left a voicemail for the manager Mr. McQueen and of course no call back.I’m so frustrated with this company!

Horrible, unreliable, incmpetent and unprofessional. They continued to miss my trash pick up time after time after time, then promised they would return, but never did. My trash sat out for a week at a time. So happy I switched my business to Waste Management. And now, 4 months later theyre still trying to bill me for the time AFTER I cancelled my service. They called me trying to collect and didnt even know they picked my cans up last December! I highly recommended using any other company except this one.

I am on a two day a week pickup schedule Wed & Fri, and the service as I understand it, will pick up the trash on the day after the regularly scheduled service day after a holiday. So for the week of New Years Day, my trash was not picked up AT ALL, which was on a Monday, and now MLK Day which was a Monday there was no trash pick up AT ALL. I just called the office on Automobile Blvd in Clearwater and no one answer the phone, and it rang about 10 times, until an answering machine picked up and stated that they were either closed or helping another customer. I think they are just avoiding their customers. Newsflash to Disposall, I will be disposing of you shortly, unless I am either credited for two weeks of service, or you call me back. At this point I would not contract you to pick up trash in third world shitholes...

This is the worst garbage collection company I have *EVER* seen in my life. Signed up for twice a week pickup and they have not picked up both time in a week consistently since I had service in 6 months. Dont waste your time unless you want to smell your trash constantly in the Florida heat.When I told them I wanted to cancel, they were rude and ended the call abruptly without apology.

They have been great the ladt 5 years but for some reason last friday my trash my neighbors trash and next door to my neibors trash was not picked up and still has not been pjcked up weve been calling everyday since friday and are being told theyll send out a truck and every day we waite and our trash can gets fuller! Now we have trash blowing all over the road as well as my neibors and nobody has come to pick it up!! WHATS THE DEAL DISPOSALL?? CAN WE GET OUR TRASH PICKED UP TODAY! SMH

Just signed up and customer service was excellent. It took less than 5 minutes to sign up. I called Waste Management also, I was on the phone for over a half hour with the rep. She asked for my info at least 5 times and they said it would be 19.** a month. By the end of this horrible customer service they asked for my billing info and then quickly said there is a $25.00 dollar fee to deliver the trash can and it would take 2 weeks to deliver. I told them I was going to go with Disposal unless they could wave the fee and they said they could not per the supervisor. So disposal it is, $20.50 per month no other fees. They said the can would be here within 2 days. I cannot comment on the service yet, but I will update this if needed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Always missed our house. Canceled in spring and they are still saying we owed them for a quarter we didnt even have service!! My boyfriend has literally called SIXTEEN times (we are taking notes) and they still have not refunded our account. WATCH YOUR BILLS. Better yet, save time and money and DO NOT SIGN UP WITH DISPOSALL. The people there are complete idiots, a scam, rude, liars, and have zero respect. What a joke!!

At least the 5th time recently of no pick-up. If I didnt just pay the bill, I would cancel.Wastepro, who used to be equally as bad, is now under new management and I will shift to them. I see Waistepro in my neighborhood and they never miss, even on holidays.

If I could give negative star review, I would. This company is unreliable! Its hit or miss if they even come to pick up our trash, and this problem has been happening for months. I will be doing business elsewhere.

Stay Away from this company inconsistent service with missed pickups. Our community has trash pickup 2x per week and we have not had a pickup in a week. Over the past few months the service has dramatically gone down hill with missed pickups becoming somewhat of a regularity. The customer service is also dismal with multiple calls going into the call center and being told repeatedly that they will be picking up trash today only leading to multiple days of no shows and no explanation as to what is going on.

This company has the worst service in the industry. The people in the office could not care less!!! They are Horrible!!!! Dont use them if you can help it!!! Your lucky if you can get someone to pick up your trash! The people in the office are total morons and idiots!!! they sound like they are 12 years old!!! they never return your calls, and their web site will not take your complaint!!! they are all rigged!!!! I cant even get them to come and pick up there garbage cans after canceling my service. They have been out in my front yard for 2 weeks!!! Like the other person that wrote in. TOTAL MORONS!!!! Now I have even tried to call the branch manager Brian Wilson, and as usual he is not available. I have the garbage cans out in front of my house for 2 weeks now!!!

TERRIBLE service. Do not use! Consistently missed pick-ups during the 6 months we had service with them. Calling the office doesnt help, they just dont care to correct the problems. UPDATE: cancelled my service in Dec 2015, switched to Waste Mgmt (not a single problem with them). In April 2016 (4 months after cancelling service) DisposAll sends a bill for 2 quarters of service. Theyre buffoons, no other explanation.

I had major problems with Progressive Waste Solutions, and was given the run around for a week while my trash piled up outside of my house, which happens to be right next to a public park. I called Caylee at Disposall, and within literally two hours had all of my trash removed and a brand new can from a company that actually knows something about customer service. Big thank you to Caylee and disposall for removing one of the many headaches in my life! Highly recommended!

It is Christmas week and my cans are full, they forgot me again. I will be canceling I have tried to work with this company but this is the last time. They forget my pick up all the time and then the battle begins to try and get them to come back out and get it. 😡😡😡

Thank you for all the reviews! I was going to switch to this company BUT being 95% of these reviews are bad i will stay with mine!!! I cant believe all these stories!!! Get your company together and pick up these peoples trash!!! Do what your getting PAID TO DO!!!

In the last 10 weeks I’ve had 5 pickups and 2 were 2 days late. Yet they are sure to bill me for weekly service and not credit me on the weeks they don’t pick up. I’m seriously dicussing with my neighbors getting a class action lawsuit in suing them for stealing our money and not providing the service needed.

I dont ask for much in a trash company. All you have to do is pick up my trash. You have one job. Disposall is absolutely worthless at picking up garbage. In the past year they have forgotten to pick up 8 or 9 times. When we finally cancelled, they cant even pick up their cans, which are still sitting on our curb after 10 days. Disposall is an absolute joke, and more expensive than their competitors (i.e. wastepro). Avoid them like the plague.

My company had TERRIBLE issues getting paid by this company. A new manager did, finally correct the problem, for which I am thankful.

Still sending invoices for service that was cancelled over six months ago. Horrible customer service.

Horrible, I was with them for 10 months I had a twice a week Pick-up and they would miss my house, and several others in my neighborhood , every other week. I called in and numerous times Sheri would transfer my call while I was still talking, or just hang up. The guys in the office were rude I got the feeling this is a real small time organization maybe 4 people in the office but never more than 2.I finally had enough canceled my service scheduled for my can to be picked u - Prior to my Waste Management can to get here, I called them a couple days prior to verify, The office lady said, hmm thats not in my computer, so she rescheduled me, and guess what they didnt show, I had the can out there for 5 days, and I live in an HOA neighborhood too, So now I have the Waste management cans and the Disposall can ,, It took then 10 days and 5 calls to get the cans picked up.. TERRIBLE HORRIFIC NO-CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.wait not over yet, that was in June, So this is the end of Aug,, I get a bill owing $76.50 Hmm, my account is paid off in full.. I go over my bank statements, all checks were cashed and paid early too.Plus it states my account is 90 days late,,. Wow,, So, I call again, guess what Sheri transfers my call someone else transfers me again and now im on the phone with MR Rude him self, looks up my account, Hmm your account is closed, you dont owe anything., ok , I said, then please send an invoice stating I have a Zero balance,. NO- cant do that,, , why I ask.. then I ask to talk to some one that can help me, He said there is no one else that can help.. I said, You have time to generate and invoice for a bill that doesnt exist but you can send me an invoice showing a Zero balance???He said,, I will have to get with Corporate,, that will take a while too. I thank the jerk and hang up.. I will be contacting Corp,, if there really is one myself..DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY,,, HEAD ACHES AND BS...

This company will deny, deny, deny all responsibility for everything. They spill oil from the trucks and garbage from the back and then say prove it. Do not use them.

This company does not even deserve one star. The male office staff are chauvinistic, disrespectful jerks, who are only concerned with how much they can cut corners. They do not possess one ounce of professionalism, and provide a hostile work environment for their female employees. Stay far away from this company, as a service provider and as an employer.

I have no idea how this company still services residents. I had disposall for over 5 years and recently got fed up and switched to Waste Pro. Constantly having issues after holidays getting my trash picked up (even though I follow the special holiday schedule) this company does not accommodate you if you have yard waste.. If it isnt in the trash bin, youre out of luck unless you want to pay $20 per bag or something rediculous, on several occasions I have come home to my trash being tipped over and in the road. Mailbox had to be replaced because the driver dented my mailbox with the truck equipment. And since Ive cancelled its been over a month since my trash can has been picked up. Ive called 3x and spoke with Kailey to have it picked up. She says they are behind 3 weeks picking up cans.. Probably because everyone has cancelled and gone with Waste pro!! Do not hire this company unless you enjoy maggots in the summer (from lack of trash pick up) and dragging your cans out of the street on a weekly basis.

How is this company still in business. No one wants to work! Your job is to pick up trash and you cant even do it. I dont think this is your calling.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was calling because my trash WAS NOT picked up today AGAIN. My recycles were, but my trash WAS NOT. Im done with their RUDE customer service AND service in general. I will be leaving and going back to waste management.

Office manager is professional, but not helpful. They refuse to let you speak with a manager if you have a complaint. Its like sorry for your luck

Can’t give zero stars so they get one that they don’t deserve. Worst customer service ever. Canceled service months ago and they still haven’t picked up their cans despite multiple calls per week. They should be investigated.

You have to call them 2-3 times a week and BEG them to get them to come pick up the trash which you already prepaid for the service months in advance
