After about 30 years of being a loyal customeradded my 23 year old visually disabled son on to my policy without my knowledge. He did not live with me in the last 4 or 5 years as he was in Gainesville at U.F. and still is. I never looked at policy as my husband died 2 months before they did this. He has never had a drivers license due to vision problems. This seems so unfair but they dont care. Thats what customer loyalty gets you. This seems illegal to me but they say it isnt.

My insurance agency has been Graddy Insurance for more than 25 years. I have been more than satisfied with this agency. I have 2 cars and a motorcycle insured by them. Service has been great. They have been proactive in keeping my policies up to date. The rates are as good as any of the major companies, but I like the hometown touch they provide. My wife recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a minor accident in our church parking lot. Since this was her first accident since we moved to Florida 15 years ago our first call was to Graddy Insurance to file a claim. Becky, who usually handles our calls listened to my wife’s account of what and how the accident occurred? After carefully going over exactly what my wife related to her Becky determined that we would be much better off contacting the other parties insurance company because she felt that it would be in our better interest to deal with them directly since my wife’s account of the accident definitely told her that the other party was at fault. Becky explained that by dealing with the other company we could avoid having to deal with any deductible and any possible rate increase. Becky’s advice was right on because the other parties account of the accident was exactly as my wife reported it to them. They have since called my wife to tell her that they would send us a check for damages bringing this unfortunate incident to a happy ending.Thank you Becky for your excellent advice as usual!You are the best!!!

This type of customer service is rare these days and Ill happily pay a little more to have this type of service available to me.
