They were good until the last time I had to renew my insurance. Went in to try and get a new quote and see if I could save some money, got sent back and they told me they would contact me during the week but never did. A month later, after no one contacted me, I decided to research on my own, got a better and cheaper quote with more coverage switching to Geico.

I am new to Florida and especially Florida insurance requirements.Bay Area Insurance was a lucky find. Florida has different requirements for insurance than I was familiar. In purchasing a home, Bay Areas response has been prompt and informative. Knowing why and what for, informs my decision. I appreciated that they worked in advance of deadlines! It seems we were always ahead of the bank.When everything was done I shared with a friend my experience and asked how it compared to his insurance. His first words were, Thats a great deal! In fact he was going to get a quote for his needs.When my car is due for re-insuring Ill knock on their door, again.

All these other reviews are great and im not sure why I didnt have the same experience, especially when my dad is one of their biggest customers. Anyways I called got a quote from Michelle, (who was very nice)...I was happy! It was priced cheap, but needed some adjustments. After weeks of phone/email tag with her and the office for a new quote, i had clearly been forgotten about and gave up trying. Judging by the reviews it seems my experience is not typical but still disappointed none the less

The team at Bay Area worked closely with us to provide insurance on our 1993 Corvette. There were some challenges due to our unique situation but they hung in there with us and found solutions to all of the challenges. First off I met Michelle at several car shows and when I got my 1st quote from her for my 1966 impala 427 SS, and my 1969 gto Judge, I was very impressed, and not just with her friendliness, and bubbling personality, but at how great the quotes were, I would of switched that day but ended up selling both cars right after we met. But since I have purchased 3 policies from her and Kim (love her voice and slight twang), lol. Anyway I strongly urge everyone, and I do brag them up myself to see or call that office only fro awesome, fast and personal service asap....
