Recently my boyfriend went through this company and at first we thought that they were helpful. That did not last long at all. Any and everytime that we had a question or concern we were never able to get anything accomplished. If we called we were put on hold for several minutes or we were told that we would receive a call back which never came.When we asked for a copy of our policy they werent even able to find our policy in the computer. When our payment was due it was always a different price then previous months. When asked why their response was that is how your payment schedule will be. When the next month came once again the payment due was more than previous month. I am not talking a couple of dollars I am talking a difference of $20-$30.We finally decided that we should find another company. Well when we called about cancelling our policy with them and guarantee that the payment will not be taken out of our account we were given the run around for 2 days.It got to the point where they we unable to find our policy (supposedly), I was hung up on several times after letting the agent know that I did not appreciate the way she was talking to me and handling our situation. I told by one of the agents that by law she could not give me her name after I asked so I could make a formal complaint.After 3 days of all the troubles our policy was cancelled and a couple days later they still took the money out of our account. Now we are dealing with getting a refund.One of the agents was a blessing but she only worked part time and her name was Miami. Everyone else seemed like they had no clue what was going on. So with this company I was very dissatisfied.
