Computers were down so they couldnt pull up policy info. I had a cash payment that wasnt posted to my account as it was suppose to be so i got a phone call the next day saying my policy was going to be cancelled due to lack of payment. They have multiple policy numbers for me somehow and couldnt even explain a letter that the company sent me regarding my policy. I have been a long time customer here for many years and this was by far the worst experience i have ever had. The employee working didnt seem very knowledgeable of things. Used his personal cell phone for business related transactions which is not professional or even safe for the consumer. This was enough of a horrific experience to make me want to change insurance companies.

I have been with them for 15 years and have not had a ticket or made any claims. My policy was recently up for renewal and they jacked the price up for no reason at all. Did some shopping around and progressive was half the price

I recently renewed my auto insurance at this location. A bilingual lady named Migdalia (Mikey) was really helpful providing me with information about my different options and rates. I could not be happier with the final rate she got for me, saving me $400 from my previous company and offering me even more coverage That was awesome!!

I got the best service with them. Migdalia has a 5 star customer service. She did her best to give me the best price, with so many benefits as possible in my policy. Friendly and professional treatment. I recommend this place.

Dealt with these folks over the computer and phone. Got the bare minimum coverage to get a tag, so I could get a project truck back to the house. Honestly, found out they were more expensive than other bargain companies. I ended up cancelling the coverage, and transferring to a different provider. Direct was polite, but Ive found better.

Claim to be honest salesmen but as soon as I arrived I was given policy that was x2 of what I was going to buy online. Very misleading, and canceled my order on the phone for my real quote online in light of finding a cheaper and more Direct policy from another company. (Also offered more coverage!)
