Very good at what they do

Been with this office for 30 years. I didnt know how bad they were until a drunk driver hit me with no ins. My truck is heavy duty and only require 1700 in damages,, not only did I have to pay the 500.00 deductible, they are charging me for the damage tire, plus its taken them a week and a half just to agree with the estimate. Do not use this office.

Been with this office/agent for many years. I moved from Clearwater to St.Pete but stayed with Pam Leonard Williams. Everyone in this office is helpful and friendly and works hard to provide positive experiences, so I did not want to switch to an agent in St. Pete. 100% recommend!

Started out very nice and friendly. Then they made a series of big mistakes that not only did they not have the humility to acknowledge, but commenced to lie and try to bully me to pay for. I can imagine they bully seniors in this way all the time, and that disgusts me. I promptly took my business elsewhere and detailed my experience in a letter to State Farms CEO. I do not recommend them.

This State Farm agency saved me money on my car insurance, in addition to reviewing my homeowners insurance coverage. I found Pam and her staff to be extremely friendly and interested in helping me and answered any questions I had without hesitation. I am very satisfied with this agency. I had the same agent, from age 16- 34. When I moved to Florida, that office recommended Pams office. Very friendly and dedicated staff. When I had questions about my renters insurance, just before Irma, I called and left a message. By that evening, I assumed they had forgot about me. They had not. 😊 They were working late, while everyone else was having dinner. When they called, later that evening, they apologized for calling so late. You were working late, for your clients, dont apologize for that! Thank you for all you do!

As a first time home owner looking for a house,I had lots of questions and Pam Leonard-Williams took the time to not only answer all my questions, she went above and beyond to help me secure a mortgage with State Farm. She is a true professional and was always ready to help me! I have my car insurance and home insurance through State Farm and while I hope I never need it, I know that if something were to happen, Pam would be there to help me thru the whole process.

This insurance agency is very friendly and helpful. They offer so many different products not only auto insurance, but life, health and even banking. Now I can just go to one place for everything.

I do not recommend this agency. I inherited a home where this agency carried the homeowners policy, so thought it would be easy to continue with them, especially since they are in the area. Wrong! This is a poor agency who never returns phone calls, promises to get back to you, then never does. I finally gave up on them. First, I contacted them for landlord insurance - no call back so went with someone else. In August, Made an appt to see an agent about changing the name on the policy and shopping for new policy. The agent was young and seemed to know nothing - but we gave him the information and he promised to get back to us. By December - still no word. Called the agency in December, they apologized and said they would email a quote by noon. Never came. Called again the next day - got a different person who said there was no record of our case. We were on the clock needing a new policy - and still have never heard back from them. We gave up and shopped elsewhere. Do not use this agency!

Terrible service, Nice people but they do not know what they are doing. Bernadette tell me that Pam would like to speak to me about my frustrations and then I get a call 22 min after schedule and she doesnt even know why she is calling and the proceeds to tell me that Bernadette is going to call me back. AWEFUL!

I have been with this office for years, for car insurance, homeowners, renters. I have always been overly pleased with the fast return calls from the staff, and the way they handle everything for me with very little hoops for me to jump through. I was especially pleased that her office found several homeowners policies for me when State Farm quit writing policies in FL. I have had nothing but positive experiences, which is a rare thing to say.

It was an awful experience. The agent that answer my phone call did not identify herself but she was out right rude and hang up on me after 10 mins of bs answers. I will stay away from that office and the lack of professionalism.
