They lie about your coverage, then dont cover incidents. Even after overcharging. Seriously the worst office around! Please go elsewhere and save yourself some headaches. They mislead me severely, end of story. They should be sorry for treating me this way. They are scrupulous, with no code of ethics, they seriously need to take a look at customer service.

Just moved to FL from MA, I dealt with Progressive for a year at most before switching to State Farm.I had a claim that was disputed and fixed while living in MA and then was reset when I moved to FL and had to once again deal with it. I had enough.I got in touch with this local office and had the pleasure to speak with Chris Page. I’ve had Craig Duncan State Farm Insurance since I was 15 years old with a permit. I will have them for the rest of my life. My entire family has them as well. Sandie Collins is the best agent I could have ever asked for. I contact her for everything and try to get just her but the rest of the staff is just as great! Everyone there is sweet and are willing to help with everything I’ve ever needed help with. In 2016 I purchased my first vehicle and they sent me to State Farm Bank for an auto loan. I now bank with them as well. It’s also all on one convenient app where you can pay through there and see your insurance cards if you misplace the paper ones. 10/10 will always recommend them and I do every time I’m given the chance.

Looking for quotes, we gave Craig Duncan agency a call for homeowners policy. Not only was Claire quick, but was able to show us how we could achieve some great discounts.While the auto was the same amount, the benefits increased.The homeowners policy was a homerun. Claire referred an inspector for both wind and 4 point inspection. When the reports came in, we immediately received the reports as well as updated policy quotes. Claire went over several scenarios explaining everything. Had the policies for years, but a few months ago they became important, as my wife had a bad auto accident and totaled her SUV. First claim weve had in over 15 years, so didnt know what to expect. Craigs office handle it smoothly and we had a check in our hands quickly. It took us nearly a month to find the SUV we wanted and Craigs office called us in the 3rd week to remind us about a 30-day License Plate expiration from the state, which would have cost us a few hundred dollars to renew.Thanks, very helpful !

Jackie (sales agent) blatantly lied about the need for uninsured motorist, (which is not needed if you have health insurance, little did I know), but she said everyone must have it, so over the years it cost me thousands of dollars. Whats more, they hit loyal customers with rate hikes for no apparent reason, so, Im thinking the owner must need braces for his kids. Im sick & tired of being lied to. DONE WIT YA!
