First they tell u one price to lure u in then u pay triple the amount . Then she has and an attitude. Took my papers back and didn’t find my 2018 mortgage property tax. 2 wk of my wasted time.

The lady that I worked with did not keep her mask on the whole time she worked with me. Her name is Adele Lofton. I thought that was very unprofessional and unsanitary.

Its not too busy. but everything worked out fine for me.

Had Taxes prepared here and it was courteous , professional, and reasonable. However Jackson Hewitt could stand to have additional Staff during the end of the Tax season to lesson wait times for Customers and easy stress on employees attempting to serve. After all tax preparation takes concentration and it’s difficult todo so when your waiting room is full of busy children and inattentive Parents. But all things considered I would consider going back.
