Stephenson insurance and Erie have been great. In 2019 Johnston County NC had an awful hailstorm. Baseball size hail destoyed 1 car,1truck and alot of our house siding and roofing. Uponsubmitting claim we had the estimates and and check in hand for repair in less than 3 weeks. Amazing.My son hit a deer with his truck Saturday a week ago. We filed the claim last Monday and one week later truck is fully repaired and paid for. 1 week turn around. What an outstanding job Stephenson and Erie have done for me and my family. Marty G

Quite impressed with the adjuster experience after Miss Florence. Received a 10 page, 2 sides, copy o the adjusters final analysis. Heres a small example. Item- window stool, 28 inches, labor to remove and install, and lastly in that item, 5% extra to cover a longer board because you cant buy a 28 piece of moulding. I was flabergasted at how thorough the adjuster was. He called to let me know when he sent the report and again to make sure I had red the check and was happy. Bottom line, makes paying premiums a whole lot easier.
