Michael Decker is spot on! The words I would use to describe my recent experiences working with Michael are honest, knowledgeable and dependable. He has earned my respect by taking the time to understand my (multiple) situations and explain the options in a climate where I felt he always has my best interest as his focal point, always! I have been a customer for over 20 years with multiple policies. I can’t get a call back over 3 weeks and multiple follow ups inquiries.

Have home owners insurance and auto with them. Never had an issues making payments on time or in fact even earlier. For some apparent reason our auto insurance went up drastically. Called to see if any accommodations could be done, NOTHING. We been with them for 3yrs now but will be looking elsewhere. Adam Case is a nice man, he really was there for us in the beginning. Our credit should have nothing to do with if and when we can pay our auto policy. WE HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. Not so much anymore about the increase, more about how we were handled like a number. Use to feel like a family orientated company but not so much anymore. Disappointed in the least. UpDATE: Spoke with Adam Case this morning and he was able to make some adjustments to our auto policy to help with the financial need. He reached out and very much so wanted to offer his help. We appreciate that and will continue to stay with NCFB. Now thats good customer service !!

Like it never happened, after a tree fell on my husband’s new car. We are heading home from the dealership and life is back to normal. Seriously could not have resumed life this quickly if it hadn’t been for Michael Decker and his team. If you’re in the market for rates and outstanding customer service, he is who you want to do business with locally.Above and beyond.

Great company that is much cheaper when combining home and auto compared to other companies.. plus you can actually go see them in office when you need something taken care of vs other competitors where you are dealing with a 1-800 number. Its not just a insurance company.. its a family

We recommended Farm Bureau to our son after he purchased his home five years ago. After a severe hailstorm hit our area with several homes receiving siding damage, his home being among them, Farm Bureau refused to replace all my siding despite the contractors admonishment. The existing siding being 20 years old, they wanted to put new siding for the area that was severely damaged and leave the old siding on the other parts. We found this unsatisfactory customer service considering that he paid his policy faithfully for the last five years. All his other neighbor’s insurance company replaced all of the siding on their homes and covered the whole expense. Shame on you Farm Bureau.
