Update from earlier post. My earlier post concerning my issue with roof damage in no way reflects negatively toward Stephen Medlin nor his staff. They are always friendly and helpful. My earlier post was made concerning dealing with the Allstate corporate claims department, not the local office or staff.

The staff at Allstate are amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. They exhibit genuine courtesy, professionalism and respect. What a blessed experience my family and I had and continue to have. Many times they have gone above and beyond their scope of employment and I pray their all recognized for it. My family and I are truly grateful and appreciative of them. Stephen and the team at Allstate; thank you so very much for all you do and God bless you all!
