This is my go to place and definitely worth the extra drive time from home. The staff is very friendly and they use clean practices. They have a variety of colors and services to choose from. Not to mention the staff is very knowledgeable, Ive been to other places that left my nails feeling bruised after removing gel nails. Thats never been the case here, Ive always had a wonderful experience

Wax-Nails Spa does a great job! Not only on your nails, but with customer service, too. I love the glass of wine with my pedicure. My Nail Technician, Kimberly did an amazing job. She was patient and helped me pick the right colors and design for my pedicure. Her artwork was clean and just what I wanted. Im heading out for a beach vacation and I will be very happy showing off my fabulous toes!!

I had came in about a Week ago and got gel nails with a tip, I had to get them redone today because of lifting and they were misshaped, and dull .I gave them one star because they were nice. But quality of work was not good !! Don’t go here!!!

Toni and V are awesome, they talk with you, laugh with you, and make you feel apart of the family! They really take their time with you to make your experience feel worth it . This is the only nail salon I go to in clarksville.

I have been going to Wax-Nail Spa for a few months, they are always very kind and professional. I have always been satisfied with how my nails look when I leave.

Have had the best experience after going to other salons for powder dip nails. No UV lighting to dry, over 200 choices of dip colors, attention to detail is awesome, clean facility and bathrooms. New manager is super friendly and courteous. So glad I found them!

This is the BEST place in Clarksville to get your nails done. The entire staff is amazing. They want you to feel welcome and comfortable. The work is better than all of the other places Ive visited. Great big thank you to Mimi. Shes the best!

Best nail salon in clarksville hands down!

My nail were rushed ! Very prejudice (will explain ) And the nail tech got an attitude when I asked them to be shaped correctly because they looked bulky ! .the prices online are different from what they advertise then on the paper it said 28 she charged me more ! Horrible attitude! BUT THE MAIN REASON I WILL NOT BE COMING IS THE PEOPLE THAT WERE THERE WITH ME LETS SAY “ didn’t not look like me” paid after and even went outside and came back in to pay . But I WAS ASKED TO PAY BEFORE MY NAILS WHERE EVEN DONE . Totally not worth it !

Really disappointed in the quality of work. I had gotten a gel manicure. The next day, the sides of a couple of fingers started to peel up. Less than a week later I’m peeling the gel off and will just have to remove them all completely. I won’t be going back.

Went to this place because my nail tech has been overseas with her family and I needed a fill bad. Im simple. Gel fill w/color and nails cut down a bit. Thats it. Went in on a Saturday and two of my nails were chipping the following Tuesday. My nails have lost their shape and everything. Paid and tipped for my nails to look a week old only three days later. Before my fill, my nails still had their shape at and the color hadnt chipped at all.

The place was nice and clean. I was satisfied with the service I received. That is the actual treatment I received. The person who provided the service wasnt friendly at all. Probably didnt speak 10 words to me. He left me in the chair to let my nails dry and never came back to check on me. When I got ready to leave their card machine wasnt working. Fortunately I had a check. I asked the lady how to make out the check and couldnt understand her as how to make out the check. Not my favorite place.

This location is very convieny for me. Nice staff, but amount of staff and honesty of how long it will take is neglected. I plan for my nails to take 1 1/2 hours for dip and wait time. Here it is 44 minutes and still haven’t been seen. Left sad today because nails not done and wasted over 40 minutes getting high on fumes😁. Is this normal?

Me and my friends went to this nails salon and were very disappointed in the costumer service. There’s nothing to tell you how much things cost so you have to individually ask about each thing! And they also continuously tried to convince us to get gel when we didn’t want gel and made that clear in the beginning. Both my friends got acrylics nails and they did a horrible job and cut one of my friends fingers! And they got the acrylic all over both my friends hands! They only had one person in there who slightly knew what they were doing so out of the four ppl in there (there was only one other costumer) my friends had to wait for their nails to be done my one person while the other workers just sat around! Was made to feel as if they were trying to get as much money out of us as they could! Don’t go here! I’ve been to almost all the nails salons around here and this is definitely the worst!

Was satisfied with the service. They did a great job. A little too pricey but it was worth it to say the least.

Went very fast! Though awful quality! I got normal square acrylic nails on and they came off in 5 days just fell off. They painted them very fast and the paint was see through and acrylic nail was lumpy! Absolutely a waste of money! Don’t go here and do t recommend!

Great service! Enjoyed my pedicure and I felt pampered! The only thing that I didnt like was that the nail technicians throw the nail clippings on the floor! Thought this was tacky!

Had the full pedi-mani again, $70 plus $14 tip. Gel nails last forever when they do them here. Ive been three times in 6 months and I dont want to try anywhere else. The shape is nice, the edges well cared for and my sparkly french tips were perfectly rounded individually by hand.

Called to verify they offered service I wanted, was told they did, when I got there they didnt, and denied saying they did but admitted phone call. Then said would be a few minutes it was 2.5 hours before they started - by time I realized, it was too late to go anywhere else - almost 4 hours before done, and what I settled for, since they didnt offer what I came for, was poor quality. Will NOT be returning

So the two stars is for the “manager”.This guy is “nice” but he’s such a micromanger! Doing everyone else’s job, getting in the way, making me and my friend uncomfortable. When he wasn’t bother the employees or customers, he’s sitting in the corner like a lazy butt on his phone: WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING TO BE SERVED.Now the employees ARE SOOOOO SWEAT! They’re nice and pleasent. The place is kept really clean and the chemical smell wasn’t that bad. Prices weren’t bad I thought.Overall would have been a good experience but the manager needs to take a chill pill.

Best in Clarksville TennesseeAsk for Hong, she is the best. The pedicure to die for. Attention to detail. Her massage will put you to sleep. I always try the different relaxing exfoliating, dry skin, hot rocks etc, everyone has its own uniqueness. Love the different nails offered. One of the best features, they offer the no drll, or not as much, yet you still can achieve a long set of beautiful nails.My husband loves the perfect job they do at waxing. They also offer relaxing facials, several to pick from, but yet to try, I am soon! The only down side, its tucked away in the newer shopping center by Lowes for viability, however an upscale new salon with great owners, offers you a chose of drinks. Happy customer here to stay!

I have been trying to find a good nail salon I really like so I decided to try this place because it is close to me now.The worst nail salon I have ever been to! My nails are real and long and I like the dip powder so my nails arnt harmed.All I needed was tips on my pinky’s since I broke them and the dip power removed and a different color put on. It took 3! Of the nail employees to try. 2 of then didn’t speak any English. The First Lady didn’t speak any English so I don’t understNd how she is suppose to understand wht I want. They had to get another lady who works there to come over and tell her. Then she breaks one of them!!! I had to put a tip on that one, then she files my middle finger on my right hand so far down she had to put a tip on it to Match the others.I was annoyed and didn’t want her to do anymore so a man came over and he filled my nails down so far I have no length on them to even get an almond shape which I came in with in the first place.Now I left with 2 extra tips I didn’t need because they ruined my real nails and a round shape and short as natural nails I have been trying to grow out. I also was suppose to get and paid for a manicure. The only thing they did was use the buffer drill to get off my Cuticles. No little oil, no lotion, no hand massage no talking, nothing!!The worst place I have been to.

Best place in Clarksville I have found! Very clean!! I’ve been about 4 times and I only use Lihn, she’s definitely the best in there and speaks great English. $65 isn’t bad for a full pedi with regular polish and a full mani with gel.

Pedicures take priority over manicures so expect to wait a while. One of my girlfriends noticed the same thing. They also went up on price on my dip manicure because I declined gel polish which didnt make any sense to me. Me and my friends are going to try Emilys now.

Love getting my nails and eyebrows done here.
