Dirty, rude and overpriced. Surely there are better places to serve a military community.I’m from out a town, A military veteran visiting my daughter and her husband. I made 1 pm appointments for both of us. We arrived 5 minutes early, were barely acknowledged, signed in and waited almost an hour to be seen. A lady arrived after us and was taken care of. Yes, we told them we had 1pm appointments.When they did see us, they were neither friendly nor apologetic. My tech made a comment about how thin my nails were and then proceeded to thin them more with a drill. He spent the entire time on his phone, as did my daughters tech.We both had dips. The price isn’t listed but since gel manicures are 25.00 I thought it couldn’t be too much more expensive. I was charged 86.00 for both and I suspect they bumped the price knowing they certainly would not get a tip.I say this without reservation -the absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been

The acrylic nails were fine and lasted a good while. The top coat on my white toenails discolored and just looked dirty after a few days. Not sure why but it couldn’t be removed to look normal again so it was honestly just a waste of money. They’re way overpriced. I paid 160 without the tip for acrylics and 2 pedicures. She said my acrylics were $90. I was honestly shocked. If I knew they were going to charge me almost 100 for some nails I would’ve saved my money and went somewhere else. They should tell you how much it’s going to cost before they do ANYTHING. 2 stars just because the acrylics looked nice and lasted a while. But since then I do my own nails now.

I just got engaged and this was my first time getting my nails done in 7 months. I wanted to show off my ring 😄 I waited for an hour to be seen(which was okay because I didn’t have an appointment) but then once I got my nails done the nail tech forgot what I requested and had to redo part of my nails. Then I asked multiple times for her to put more nail polish on the part of my nail that she had left unpolished. After multiple request she still only completed 1/3 of what I asked to be fixed. She offered me 3 dollars off my $56 dollar bill because she knew I was unhappy(I got my brows done as well). I left the salon with most of the glue nail product still under my nails. I’m sure that they do have great nail techs here but I was very unhappy with my experience. The nails looked chipped and grown out before I even left the salon.

I went in with dip on my nails and wanted a gel manicure. They soaked one hand of dip off and CUT the dip off my other than with cuticle clippers and wedged it off an acrylic nail tip.The nail tech seemed annoyed I was doing gel and not dip. She was “trimming” my cuticles and made me bleed then was shocked I was bleeding. She didn’t fully cure each layer. Then charged me an extra $5 for taking the dip powder off.I was not satisfied but I’m not the person to make a scene. There’s also polish on multiple fingers, she was very rushed polishing.

I am new to Clarksville and been going to different nail shop they are the best in the city. Christina did an amazing job on my nails.

Always friendly, professional and capable of any weird nail style I bring to them. Highly recommended!

Love this place! Went in for a gel pedicure, I didn’t catch the mans name but he did a very good job. My daughter came w me and got a gel manicure, Kim was so kind and professional with her. She did a beautiful job, and treated my daughter so well! I was very impressed. Definitely going back!

I went here for a Pedi; however, the wide hip worker Felt like I could not afford the Pedi well; Im assuming that was her reason for telling me the price several times. I told her that was fine, but then she realized I had gel polish on my toes; that was another problem. She let me know that it would be an additional five dollars to remove the polish. Okay, cool, but she proceeded to remind me again of the price. I was like, look, I would like to pay for the polish removal only. I gave her $50.00 she brought me back 19 dollars. I told her I no longer wanted the service and would pay for the polish removal; she replied okay and charged me $10 to only remove polish🙄. She started speaking her language about the situation, and I was like, okay, Im leaving. Now she wasnt rough with my feet, but I told the manager/ owner (maybe) my reason for leaving, and he was very friendly and attempted to fix the problem. Still, I have zero tolerance for things like that; she stereotyped me, and she told him she had already started on my PEDI that was her reason for charging me $10. I didnt appreciate that. I would not recommend one bad apple spoils the bunch.

They were nice, charged me kinda overpriced. While I was getting my nails filed, they were quiet harsh and seemed annoyed after I asked them could the even out a nail. They filed my nail beds so roughly that I began to bleed, and you could see it. They were so rough, but you already know. Gots to see it through my boy!🤝 alcohol all up in the over-shaved nail sides cuts bleeding and burning. It was terrible. Nails were cute, for $60… no:)

OMG!!!! JJ is the best. By far the best nail salon in Clarksville. JJ did exactly what I wanted and was extremely fast I would highly recommend Paris Nails Spa to friends and family!!!

Ive been here several times for a pedicure, and have always found their service to be exceptionally good! Very sanitary, and thoroughly enjoyable!!

My friend has been to this place on several occasions and highly recommended it. She wanted to get her nails done and since I had never had a manicure before, decided to give it a try. Everything about the experience was wonderful. The people were so friendly and kind and I LOVE how my nails turned out! 10/10 highly recommend and would for sure go back again!

I had a dip manicure done and I got the deluxe pedicure and oh my were they both awesome! I am new to the area so this was my first time going to this nail salon, but I will most definitely be going back! I had 2 different techs, but they were both absolutely amazing!

I was a walk in and they took great care of me. I absolutely recommend their full pedicure. I got gel done on both my hands and feet and it looks so good. It was my first pedicure and manicure in a long time at a salon. I really enjoyed my time here. Definitely going back and recommend anyone to come here as well.You wont regret it.

Staff was very busy but worked professionally and efficiently and continued to practice social distance and good clean safety techniques. Always friendly and pleasant environment! Have been going there and taking my granddaughters for past several years!

My service was great , The Guy that done my nails name was Don , he have done them on an off a couple of times now , the last time they was done Don wasnt there and the person tried his best to get them the way I liked them,, Nothing close, but he did try. 😊 Went home to shape them the way I like them....Don was there today and my nails looks Great !! 💅 Hopefully I wont miss him again... 😊✊

I always get the best service at Paris. Julie and Don are the nail worlds power couple! They always do exactly what I want and they have SO many colors and styles to choose from. I also get my eyebrows done, which always looks 💯. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails. Id highly recommend Paris, in particular: Julie and Don.

Don was AMAZING! He corrected my really short thumb nail where the nail bed was exposed in a way that made it look like a regular nail! The American tip manicure was perfect!

The wait was a little long but it was worth it. Loved the hot stone massage on my legs and feet. And the pricing was decent.

Went here last saturday with my sister, we ended up having to wait almost an hour to be attended to, even though there were only 2 people in front of us. When we finally got to our turn, the young man who did my pedicure was absolutely amazing, he didnt talk much but I could see that he was making sure I was comfortable. The girl that did my sister was wonderful too, they took their time, didnt rush like other places usually do and did great detail. The ONLY reason that they did not get 5 is because of the wait, but this will definitely be our new go to place for pedicures.

I’ve given this place three tries now, each with a different nail tech and every time it’s bad. My acrylics will have bubbles in them, not be even, have unpainted spots, etc. It would be different if the price was cheap but no. Definitely not worth the money.

Walked in w/a friend to get both of our sets done 1st time being there. They were slightly busy no big deal was advised of wait time & as I confirmed the lady snapped back at me like I was an inconvenience or something. I could honestly care less on wait time, but it’s perception is rather u have my business or not. So sorry not sorry won’t receive my business. Me and my goofy husband came in today for pedicures, the two ladies did a great job! I’m very pregnant and can’t really reach my feet anymore, I feel like my lady really took her time to make sure I enjoyed my experience. My husbands runners feet look and feel SO MUCH BETTER! We were very pleased.

They let someone do my nails who admitted to only know how to paint. I asked them to be fixed and it was a problem. My nails look horrible. This was my first time going and the last. My nail technician also answered his FaceTime call while he was doing my nails.

So i went yesterday to get a mani and pedi, the pedi was great until he clipped the corner of my bug toe nails and today they are both swollen and have ingrown nails coming in. The manicure was good until he painted my nails, i paid extra for the gel nail polish so it wouldnt chip, by the time i got home my nail polish had bubbles and was chipping off layer by layer. They look even worse today.

The workers is really nice and gentle with you.

I’m really sad to write this bad review because the place looked nice and the gentleman doing my pedicure was great. Unfortunately a couple days later one of my toes started swelling up and would hurt when I walked. I had no clue what was going on as I’ve NEVER had this before. Went to the doctor and they said that I had a toe infection and asked if I had just gotten a pedicure and that these things happen due to unsanitary tools!

Horrible customer service and really bad quality. My nails looked horrible, nothing like what I asked for or expected. The guy doing my pedicure had an attitude and was super mean, he barley put any polish on my toes and what he did put on was not applied with care ...or skill. The woman doing my nails was cold and did not listen to me. I chose the powder dip and it just looks like a bunch of misshapen junk globbed on my nails. She kept complaining because she cut my nails to be more narrow and then decided they were too small...I paid my 70 dollars and hope to never have to see the inside of this place again.

This is my first time visiting Paris nail spa. I was immediately greeted by Johnny and he did an excellent job on my nails and took great care in providing excellent customer service and hospitality. I use crutches to move around and he was very attentive with providing me support. Holding my bag holding the door open and assisting me with payment. My nails look so beautiful. I also asked him to do a design. I told him he could do whatever he design he wanted. He exceeded my expectations my nails are beautiful he took great care with my manicure and dip. They turned out so beautiful I would definitely recommend this establishment and him to any of my friends or family. I enjoyed my visit And will definitely be returning here for all my manicure and pedicure needs in the near future.

I brought my daughter in for mani/pedi for her birthday. They were very nice to her, she enjoyed it. I got a pedicure while I waited. The man working on my feet complained about me feet to the other technician, right in front of me. He talked about how bad they were, so much the other employee came to look. They are dry and callused, but not that bad.I am an interpreter, I speak 12 languages. I understood everything and was so embarrassed. He even saved the skin to show the employee who didnt come look. I wanted to say something , but I didnt want to ruin my daughters experience. If they would have addressed it to me I would have not been so upset, but talking bad about a customer in front of them is never the right idea, even if you think they dont understand. So disappointing and upsetting. Will not go back!

Such a bummer because its a convenient location and the ladies are so nice, but they’re not compliant with health and safety regulations. :( Multiple employees were not wearing masks when I walked in, in direct violation of the Montgomery Co health guidelines during COVID. I had to ask the guy doing my pedicure *multiple times* to please place the mask over his nose (as required by the executive order) and he nearly refused to do so until I started to leave. Worst part? I’m 9 months pregnant. Please take public health seriously, Paris Nails. Yeesh.

Multiple issues with this place. The lady working on me was not nice, never said hi. What bothered me the most was the tools that clearly weren’t clean. The cuticle trimmers she pulled out had old debris in it. Not okay. Won’t be back.

I went for a full set of dip nails and a Paris pedicure. The nails on my hands were nice but they messed up the color. Now my feet, I was not satisfied at all. I still paid them because at the end of the day this is a job that they work hard for and mistakes happen. But I will not be going back. I literally have cuts all over my feet and the gel polish looks sloppy. I can’t figure out how to add pictures here but when I do, I’ll Post them

I had the most amazing experience here. The most tentative and wonderful woman tended to me. She was kind and thorough. Ive never had a pedicure that was so invigorating. I recommend Paris Nails Spa 1000%Comparing them to Venus, which I normally go to, Paris is in its own elite league.

My friend and I went for our first time last month, they helped us with picking out colors and the difference in dipped nails and regular acrylic nails. We got Mani and pedis that day. I went back a few weeks later and got my nails redone. I am actually headed back today when they open to get them done again. They were sweet and they took good care of us.

Do not reccomend. I brought in a picture of a simple two Color dip and it was horrible. Not only did it not look at all like the Picture on their website/ but the lady was very rough with my nails and they hunt for three days. NEVER GOING BACK!

First time at this place. The customer service was ok. Quiet place. The actual pedicure wasn’t great. The lady cleaned around the nails fine. No pain at all. The bottom foot scrub was ok. Could’ve been better. The polishing was not good. Polish on the cuticles. Polishes on the skin of the nails and the shaping wasn’t great. Will likely not return.

Come to see Moon, she is the best and she did my nails really good job. i loved her and customer service atmosphere here.
