Sorry for the low quality photos because it does not show how truly BEAUTIFUL these nails are. I’m literally obsessed. I haven’t been able to have nails for the past year due to working in a factory, so this is the first time I’ve been to a nail salon in a long time. Larisa did an amazing job. I let her decide on the different tips, the addition of the glitter and the way the diamonds are. I do not regret that at all! I had such a boring short square nail in mind when I went in and came out with probably the best set of nails I’ve ever had. The environment was great, all the other employees were just as nice as Larisa, there was laughter in the air. Just overall a very good experience. I booked online 30 minutes before my appointment time and they had me in a chair as soon as I walked in the door. I would recommend this place and especially Larisa to anyone who is looking. I definitely will be coming back.

Yari is my new fave nail tech! She made suggestions on the shape and design, never before has anyone cared enough to do that. Better yet, I love my new nails! Shes got a customer for life. She was so caring and personable that Im taking my mom. ❤

I went here on Wednesday the 30th. I made an appointment online for my service and showed a reference photo. Most of the ladies were so sweet and I did research for nail salons. I booked an appointment with Larissa but when I got there somebody else took me due to her still being busy. She was still working on her client when I had left. This place was quite unprofessional as most of the staff was wondering around, the woman I got to do my nails would do one or two things and then wonder away for a while then come back. Then wonder away. Most of my nails are uneven with bumps in the acrylic. On my right middle finger the acrylic is built up so much that you can see it. Very obviously. I tried to talk to the tech during the appointment and was ignored just about every time. At one point I had 8 nail tips cut and two left full length while she wondered off. The nail art looks amazing but the acrylic is so bumpy. As she was finishing up with me, her next appointment came in and she started to rush. Some of my fingers are still sore. And if anybody was wondering, I came in with no polish and no acrylic on my nails. My nails were just regular natural nails.

Love Top Nails salon. Koi is always on point. Wont go anywhere else. Extremely satisfied every time. Everyone is so pleasant all the time. Thanks Top 💅

My spouse and myself had a pedicure here, and it was a wonderful experience. The place was clean, we did not have a wait, and the staff was friendly. One of the biggest issues I have with these types of establishments is the clean factor. However, here that was not a question or problem at all. I had my toes painted with gel polish about 4 days ago.. They still look just as fresh as the first day I had them done. Not one time did they cut me or my spouse when cleaning up our cuticles. I will be utilizing their services again, hoping the nails are just as beautiful as my toes!

Koi is a Nail Wizard! After 5 different nail salons and expensive disappointments, I am SO happy I found this place. If youre looking for someone who can slay ombres with all different color combinations, hes your guy.

I am a guy with a hip injury so I have trouble with some personal grooming however Evonne was the sweetest, nicest person in working with me and I will go back to her regularly!

I went as a walk-in and they were incredibly busy but still squeezed me in. I got an excellent top nail pedi and the atmosphere was incredible. Very nice ladys and just an overall great experience. I highly recommend and I will not go anywhere else after that! Best around for sure.

2 days after my manicure 2 nails peeled right off. I am on vacation so I went and had them fixed.5th day of my manicure all 8 nails the girl did peeled right off. The only 2 nails that look good are the ones she didnt do. So frustrating when you pay 5.00 extra for a french manicure gel polish and it doesnt even last a week. I clearly wont be using this place again.

Yery was AMAZING!I went in with the worst set of hands Ive ever had. My gel polish was chipped, parts were so thin that 2 of my nails had split across & broken at the quick, and my cuticles were so overgrown I couldnt even push them back.Yery looked at my hands, asked what I did for a living (Nurse AND dog groomer, plus crafting hobbies), and told me she had just what I needed to fix my hands... Less than 45 minutes later, I had 2 tips that matched my length & thickness, cuticles softened & trimmed back, and the colored powder dip that was thick & strong, but completely natural looking.My hands are soft, no longer hurt, look amazing, and it was done quickly/efficiently for $48!!!Yup - polish removal, thorough manicure, 2 tips & powder dip for less than $50! Oh, and did I mention I called at 10am & they fit me in at 10:30?Excellent experience!

HONEST REVIEW:First time coming here and overall I had a good experience. There was bit of a wait, I’d say over an hour long.Other than that the people are friendly welcoming and friendly.Koi did my nails, he was patient and took his time perfecting my nails which I really appreciate it.Total my nails were $55 with a +10 tip. I was a walk in and didn’t expect for them to squeeze me in but they did! I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The work they did on my nails is not even comparable to any other nails salon I’ve been to. It was my first time there and they listened to my requests and my nails came out the exact way I pictured them in my head. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done.

By far the best salon around. I’ve never left disappointed! They’re clean and so sweet. All of them do great work. It’s well worth the wait!!! I get the dip powder overlay, they last and never pop up even after a 3-4 weeks of having them.

Ive lived in Clarksville for just over a year and have been to a handful of nail salons (that says a lot because Im a loyal and consistent client). Top Nails was by far the best use of my time and money. I booked a 1:00 appointment an hour prior and not only did I get in on time, I was also out in 45 minutes (dip on natural nail). This was great because I hate taking hours out of my day for a single service. I highly recommend making an appointment, even if its short notice. I will definitley be going back.

Mai was very UNPROFESSIONAL I was explaining something to her and she was talking over me & she was being very abrasive and hostile about the situation. I went back trying to get my nail fixed and I was told I had to make an appointment just to get my nail fixed, and my paint started chipping after just 4 days of having it. I will not be returning here bc she made my entire experience very unpleasant and this was my first time coming here too.

This was my first time trying this place && they were booked up for the day && I didn’t have an appointment (Recommend making an appointment first) && Khoi was free and available && I was so thankful because he did a wonderful job on my nails he took his time although they were closing soon && he was very neat && nice made sure my nails were all evenly shaped he even cleaned up my cuticles. I would definitely go back to him , I will never allow anyone else to touch my nails as long as I’m here in Tennessee. I’ve been here for 3 in a half years now && no one has ever satisfied my nails the way he did ! I dont like leaving negative reviews but sometimes youve just got to. I got my nails done yesterday, I went in for a new set of acrylics with 1 color top coat. Was asked if I wanted gel, and politely declined, Im an introvert and dont like confrontation, but when my nail tech approached me she said they didnt have matte black for normal polish and had to upcharge me $22 for the gel color. I agreed thinking well gel should be better hence the upcharge being so high. 24 hours later I have two huge chips in the tips of my nails and realized my nails were bumpy and not smooth. They are cute from a distance but for the $60 I paid and gel that is supposed to last for upto 21days, and not even having them last for more than a day is highly disappointing. I certainly to this nail salon because of the great reviews, and now im here to leave an honest review. My experience wasnt great and I wish Id never spent that much for some chipping gel nail polish. If you choose to go here stick to a normal polish that wont chip after a day. Save yourself some money and se heartache

I always go here. No where else in Clarksville will ever have my Busniess. Mai , Yary & khori all all amazing. They have been doing my nails for years. No matter what design I come in with they make sure to get as close as possible. I recommend this place to all of my friends and new associates I encounter who inquire about my nails. Hands down this is the beat nail shop in Clarksville.

They did a wonderful job my nails have never looked better...I drove 2 hours to get to them and I will go again and again. I also received a pedicure...pure bliss...my feet are so soft...and that massage chair...omg....real hands could not have given me more joy. My daughter got her nails and feet done as well she is very shy about her feet and they made her feel comfortable he nails look like she went to a store baught a painted ombre nail and glued it on. They are that perfect.

Will be my regular salon! Mai the owner did my nails and I only get them 1 time a year, but will be doing them regularly here. They allow behaved children which is great for moms like me who never get alone time! My baby girl was welcomed very much and loved that Mai has conversations with clients rather than only doing nails. And very patient! I smudged a nail and she fixed it for me. Thank you Mai! They are a very busy salon I beat the crowd today by a second!

I’ve been living in Clarksville for almost two years and I have finally found a place I will continue to go to get pampered. I hade made a list of three nail salons to check out and this one was first on my list. Overall I will continue to go. Amy took really good care of me and was very patient with me; because I can definitely be indecisive. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere oh and clean. 🙂

My first time going here, and it was an awesome experience. My nails look impeccable and April did an amazing job. She made sure every nail was perfect- even redoing the ones that weren’t up to her standard. Super quality service & the shop is owned by a very lovely lady named Mai (sorry if I didn’t spell it right!) I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

This is a great salon no matter your nail needs or age. My 19 year old daughter gets intricate, stunning nail art on perfectly shaped long dipped coffin nails that look straight out of a nail magazine. I like a manicure with gel polish, and it makes my hands look so young and healthy. I have a special needs 16 year old also, and they are so sweet and accommodating with her for pedicures and manicures. It really is precious. I wouldnt be able to take her to 95% of salons out there, but at Top Nails she can enjoy pampering like any other girl. I was in there yesterday, and I watched one of them soothe a baby for a mom whose nails were wet still. Theyre kind, super talented, affordable, and just a true pleasure to do business with.

The place was really hot and humid. The nail tech gave me the tool to scrape off my own gel polish which I’ve never experienced in the last decade I’ve been getting gel manicures. Very rude people; my nails look good but I will not be back. There was a pile of someone’s old fake nails sitting next to me while she did my manicure - gross. There are plenty of other places around here that are much better, don’t bother with this place.

I really enjoyed the pedicure and manicure I received here. At no fault of their own, I waited a long time to be helped. This was only because I didnt schedule an appointment... Because I read reviews saying you didnt need to. Well, maybe if you want to wait over an hour you dont need one... But I recommend making one!!! However, it was worth the wait. Color selection is decent enough and prices are great. I didnt feel like my nail tech rushed at ALL, she really took her time which I liked. I will definitely be back.

I love this nail shop. I visit at least twice a month. They have great customer service, no long lines, and the salon isnt noisy. They offer free wifi, complimentary beverages and a great experience. They prefer appointments but do accept walk ins.

I read reviews prior to coming and I am SO GLAD I did not listen to the negative ones. This was my first time here and it was such a good experience. I have not had my nails done in 15 years due to my profession but now I have a desk job. The owner (Mai) did my nails and was very friendly. I was unfamiliar with all the new things going on with nails but I explained to her what I wanted them to look like and thats exactly what she gave me. On such a cold day outside, it felt good to go into a welcoming place. I will be coming back!!

EVERYONE in here is professional, kind, and doesnt great work. Always polite and inviting. When you walk in someone is always smiling and greets you. This is the best nail salon hands down. No one is rude or turns down clients and are happy to give you whatever service you need.

Last month, I had the privilege to visit Top Nails and its luxurious atmosphere as well as outstanding service. The salon is like a home away from home for me. I live in California and have been to many nail salons but Top Nails is exceptional because of the top knot customer service. They helped me with my ingrown toenails and without pain. Thank you everyone at Top Nails for making me feel welcome. Your dedication to your hard work is truly appreciated. I miss you guys now that I am back to California. This is the only nail shop I will go to. My first visit Mai treated me as if I have been coming here for years. Let’s not forget she does it exactly how I want them. I go over 3 weeks to get my nails done, and when I go in for a fill they still look good. I will not go anywhere else as long as I’m living in Clarksville. If you want nice nails come give them a try.

This place was great to me and my friend. I took her here as a birthday present. We got a pedicure and our eyebrows done. The lady that took care of me was great. She was very friendly and talked to both of us. She spent some good quality time giving me my pedi. The pricing is not bad at all and they have many options!!! The only thing that I felt needs some change is the nail polish selection. I am big on vibrant colors. Its been almost a month since I was there and the nail polish just started chipping off. I do say that this is the best place I have found and will continue to use them.

Went to get my nails done yesterday and had my husband run in to make sure that they could do a full set on me since being a diabetic I have to be careful with who I use and they was able to and I was lucky enough that we got there in time as they had a spot free to go ahead and do my nails and thee was the absolute best and sweetest ever....They ended up having to tell people to come back since they was closed which I would expect any salon to do that as they do have families they want to go home to be with.... But i will definitely be returning there for all my nail needs in also like that they offer you a soda or wine to drink.....

I got my nails done here for my prom & graduation. They do an amazing job and are very affordable!! I will return, just on a weekday not the weekend when it is not so busy.. They were very crowded both times I went and it took me HOURS to get my nails done. When I went for prom, they started on my full set and went to give two girls a pedicure while I was sitting and waiting for about an hour. I hadnt even washed my hands yet or had my nails shaped or filed down yet, just pressed on. I was very upset, but they just did such a great job and for a great price. The service my first time is the only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating. When I went back for graduation, it was still very busy (obviously everyone was getting their nails done for graduation) but they were a lot faster this time.
