TRACY did my nails and I am in LOVE. This is going to be my forever nail salon. She was so sweet and delicate with my hands and fingers for my RA. They are so clean and beautiful in the store and very welcoming. Come here and come see Tracy! You will not be disappointed.

This place is amazing!!! The lady who did my nails was very nice and she did a very good job with making sure my nails were even. She got the color all the way back to the cuticle (which is something I appreciate) and did a precise job with applying the powder. When she was using the tools she was being gentle and wasn’t running the drill all over my fingers and it didn’t hurt at all (I’ve went to a place where they weren’t as kind to my fingers so this another thing I appreciate). Overall amazing experience!!

While sitting here waiting to get my nails done I thought I’d write a review. When I first walked in i asked how long the wait would be… they told me only5 minutes. It’s now been 40 minutes and they haven’t apologized nor told me why it’s been 30 minutes past the wait time they told me I’d be waiting. Any other time I would have gotten up and left but they are the only nail shop open right now so I just decided to wait. Safe to say that today nor any other day if I decide to come back, will this business EVER get a tip from me. Will update and let you all know how the acrylic goes.Update: I’m back to show you guys how the gel acrylic went… let me just say it was absolutely horrible. The sides of almost every nail has lifted. After having me wait 45 minutes last night once they finished with my nails it was 20 minutes before closing so maybe they were rushing. I’m going back up there today as soon as they open to have them redo or to get my money back. Will update on how it goes.

Love my nails! I didnt get anything fancy done, just a shellac manicure. Butthe nail tech did a great job and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Will definitely be back!

I go to this salon often and as of lately I’ve been very disappointed. I went to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday and after leaving I noticed my eyebrows were burning more than usual. When I got home I noticed I had a burn mark on my eyelid from the wax. I’m not sure how that happened or why the wax was that low on my eyelid to begin with. But it’s painful and ugly and I am not happy and would not recommend getting a wax here. I should also note that when getting your nails removed they stick a false nail under your nail to remove your acrylics which is not the proper way to remove nails!!!!

Don’t ever, ever, ever come here. I came here and got a full set I took them off and I now have a nail fungus, and I won’t be able to get any acrylic until it’s all healed up. They do not clean their tools, they’re very rude. They do not care about you, only your money. And they over charge on EVERYTHING, I reached out to them to show them my nails and they didn’t respond and then blocked me. Crazy, right? Never go to them.

DO NOT GO HERE. The man who did my pedicure didn’t do everything the pedicure included. He painted my toes and rubbed some lotion on my legs. He didn’t scrape the bottoms of my feet, which is why I go for a pedicure. I had to ask if he could add another coat of nail polish, because you could see through the polish. The lady who waxed my eyebrows was so rough, overall I’m very unsatisfied with my services. Do not go here for pedicure or waxing. 0/10 recommended.

Never had a worse experience. I asked for a thin ballerina shape and long and I got a medium thick coffin shape. Then I asked for this specific design but with pink, he put the wrong base color on me which made my nail bed look like I was bleeding. Even though it felt like I was bleeding because I’ve also never had someone be so rough with me. So instead of the design I had to end w a solid color because the base color wasn’t even what it was in the picture. Here’s what I asked for and got. Oh and my nail sizes don’t even match, some are bigger than the left.

I wanted to get a manicure/pedicure and found this place. The people that work here are kind and attentive. My pedicure and manicure have lasted over 3.....3 weeks!!! Heaven ‼

Absolutely horrible!!! Tina did my dip nails and my pedicure she over charged for my pedicure I asked for basic ($30) she charged me $45 she only massaged one of my legs, she CUT ME and made me bleed multiple times on toes and nails! I’ve never had a technician be so rough! I asked for a design on my toe twice and she just left it blank and rushed me out of the pedicure chair. She only gave me a sticker as my nail design because she didn’t even wanna do a hand design on me. She used her own nail to push back my cuticles not even a tool no cuticle oil or anything it hurt. We had an appointment for two adults nails and toes and two children nails and toes spent over 200 dollars here to be treated like this? Do not come here ever!! Tell your friends, neighbors, everybody do not come here !!!!

July 3rd I had A bad nail job done from another shop up the road . I came To luxury and Tina was even shocked at how they looked . She fixed my nails and I could Not be more happy and satisfied . Thank you . I recommend luxury nails.

Unprofessional and not clean. The gentleman that performed my service was sick with some type of allergy or cold and he did not wear a mask. Nor did he have gloves when he perform the service and I had to ask him to put on gloves. The salon itself is not very tidy. The gentleman that perform my service stopped three times to do other things rather than tending to me as his customer he rushed through the entire process. And was extremely rough one performing the service do not go here especially if you’re from out of town. Also I’m not even sure that they use the correct cleaning products.

I would like to say that this place is a great place to get your mani and pedi. I got mine done last night and they were friendly, clean, and efficient with everything. They gave me a great service and good environment. I would recommend this place for people who live in the area.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years. Sarah was always so attentive and did a great job. The last three times I’ve been in, Sarah wasn’t there. Everyone has been rude and has sent me out the door rushed with poor quality nails. Uneven filing and incorrect shape. I will not be back. They laugh when you complain or ask to fix it. Terrible customer service these days.

I just started going to this nail salon recently for a change, and I will continue. I love the staff and how friendly everyone is. Tina does my nails every time and does a fantastic job!! She can do really any style/look you want, and it looks amazing! She is so friendly and fast!! They have definitely gained a lifetime customer.

This was my second visit and I don’t think I’ll be returning. Pedicures both times have been perfect, but the manicures are horrible. My nails are definitely not how I expected them to be plus the tech got polish everywhere. The job was not neat at all and the shape wasn’t great either.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The guy was too rough with cutting the cuticles (and didn’t get everything, didn’t even scrub my feet to get dead skin off) and I had to tell him to lighten up when rubbing my legs. I’m sure I’ll have scrub burn and bruises. I will not come back. Definitely was not relaxing.I also watched them laugh at a customer after she left

Came here for a pedi & mani with my friend. She got a pedicure and mani and I was getting a pedicure and dip nails. However I only got my nails done. We were in and out in 28 minutes. Her pedicure lasted maybe 10 minutes and the paint job was terrible, as was her manicure. The color she told them didn’t match the color they picked. She said they were rushing and it was the worst pedicure she’d ever gotten. My dip nails I asked for thin and a browny mauve color, instead I got baby doll pink. They are thick and uneven. He didn’t even clean my nails. I had gone on a hike that day and had dirt under my nails. Never cleaned that out either so now there’s dirt inside the dip powder. Absolutely was not worth $30 & $45.

This place is great 😊. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Every time I come they are always polite. Alex is the best hands down, he always get my nails right together. And it’s not overly crowded. I definitely recommend coming here.

Had a horrible experience never returning i asked a certain way to do the acrylics as they have in examples and they were rude changed my colors out didnt get what I wanted lady mimicked me was highly aggressive and they over charged me 75 dollars and I think they dont clean tools theyre stuff stank so old im in pain I highly do not suggesting this place at all warning guys also they did a horrible job for what they charged me I have cuts on lower nails part

Tina is my go-to gal... She knows what I like and she takes pride in what she does. Kudos to her...Plus, while being serviced...you can sit back relax and sip on a beverage...if its available . Please inquire on day of visit...P.s.....just slow down a bit while using the drill.. that is for everyone who is a nail technician.

I came in wanting a basic pedicure and full set. The pedicure was not even a pedicure. The water was boiling hot, he didnt clean under or around the nail bed my heels are still rough and he massaged my feet for an uncomfortable length of time. Like my foot was going numb. The full set was the worst ive ever gotten. They are thick, lumpy, crooked and the wrong shape. I told the girl that they were a bit thick and she seemed irritated that i was asking her to smooth them down. I told her i was u happy and she did not want to smooth the lumps or file down the thickness. They charged me 30 for pedi (ok, average) and 50 for my globs of acrylic they called a full set. Save your money. This place is the worst place ive ever been.

It can be very difficult to find someone who does a good job of this -- I know from experience. I give this my highest recommendation to anyone looking for an excellent, reliable nail salon.

Alex does a great job with my nails every time I go there. When I make an appointment hes always on time and the prices are reasonable too.

My experience was only subpar. The lady who did my nails did a great job, although tried pressured me into getting gel polish when i had made it clear multiple times that I wanted regular. They were not very friendly either and did not ever try to have a conversation, and laughed at me when i requested to fix polish on my pedicure that was applied improperly. I have had good experiences here in the past, but was overall disappointed in their lack of friendliness and attention to detail.

First time getting a pedicure and it was amazing. I went all out and it was worth it. You’re feeling bored just know Luxury Nails is the spot to go !! Also ask for sara she’ll make you feel welcomed.

I got horrible service. The guy I had do my toes did not scrub my feet like normal pedicure. Did not cut my toes barely did anything to my toes. Horrible service all the way around. To get a pedicure he touched my legs more than my feet. I get done at the same time and sat done 5 mins after her. He kept looking everywhere but at me or what he was doing.

I haven’t had a pedicure since Covid began and I was reluctant, but I really needed one! They require masks and have hand sanitizer outside the door, so you can use it before entering the salon and also when you leave. The whole place is very clean and I noticed they have certificates stating that they’ve done Covid-19 training. I felt very comfortable. Not to mention, it was one of the best pedicures ever! So relaxing and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely return

My friend went and got her nails done here yesterday. And within 24 hours 3 of them broke. They were all uneven and crooked went to try to get a refund to have someone do them right and they told us they don’t do refunds they just “fix” them. In my opinion I’d rather not waste anymore time there. Super rude when we asked about the services needed. Do not recommend going!!

They did a beautiful job. I was a little shocked at final bill. I took my daughter and niece. Three pedicures and two manicures...mine a refill... was $330. It just seemed a little high to me!

Went in for my first post deployment mani pedi. Pedicure was great but I payed $65 for a full set that was lumpy and uneven. The tech only used an e-file and did not buff or smooth my nails. This was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend their salon.

Sara did a wonderful job on my nails. The young guy did amazing with my pedicure. I highly recommend the aloe vera jelly pedi. It is sooo refreshing and fun! The jelly is so much fun i felt like a kid. I cant describe how great it felt. The massage chair put me to sleep as i was very relaxed. The ambience is truly professional, upbeat, sanitary and worth it.

Great experience with a manicure with gel paint and design and pedicure. Staff was very nice and courteous. I was offered something to drink several times and was given the opportunity to just relax. Sara was my nail tech and she did a beautiful job!

Went to Luxury after horrible customer service at 1st Nail Spa. Me and my spouse were greeted as soon as we came in, not long after that we were called to the back for our pedicure. 150.00 bucks later I’m still smiling from ear to ear! Thank you Luxury Nail Spa for GREAT customer service and Ms.Anna for recommending the aloe jelly pedicure!
