I was rear ended one day and while filling out my claim this location was a certified business to fix my vehicle. It took a little longer than anticipated due to vehicles needing repair from the previous snow storms but I was receiving frequent updates on the status of my vehicle. It had to go to Nashville for a little bit due to the amount of vehicles needing repaired. My vehicle was repaired and almost as good as it used to be. Im very grateful for their commitment to my family!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Impossible to get ahold of, their automated message system just hangs up when no one is available. They told me that that would work with my insurance to get a rental vehicle and they did not.

The manager Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable. His mannerism is exemplary of how businesses gain business. He is personable, friendly and concerned.Since leaving initial review **** had car repaired pictures indicate *minor* issues at pick up, recommendation is to find alternate body shop for your repairs *** will update if/when concerns are appropriately managed

Been here before when a tree fell thru my wifes car. Good people but we had to bring her car back a few times to get electrical issues fixed. They are friendly and helpful if recommend them

My experience with Service King Clarksville (east) was fantastic. From the estimate, to scheduling the repair, to the completion of the job they were nothing short of stellar in their service practices. They were fast, very professional, and I walked out the door rather amazed at how easy getting the repair done was for me. THEN, I was greeted by my truck having been completely cleaned inside and out! Whoever did it did a WONDERFUL job. My bumper looks flawless, and I really could not recommend them more.

Service king is amazing. Unfortunately someone dented the tailgate on my truck less than a week before I deployed. I called around to many body shops and was told there was no one anyone would even get me in for an appointment before I left much less do the repairs. When I explained my situation to the service king rep she was understanding and amazing. She got me in the very next morning and the guys got my tailgate fixed by the end of the next day barely 24hrs before I left. I was super excited to store my truck knowing it was fixed and saved from rust and water damage for the next nine months. Can’t say enough great things. I will always use service king in the future.

Got there early for an estimate. I was looking up their phone number to ask them to come out. They beat me to it! He took pictures of the damage, the corners of the car, the odometer, and the VIN. Had the estimate within an hour. Nice work!

My whole bumper the results are just incredible loved the service and the communications they kept in contact with me weekly letting me know what was being down to my car faith was very nice and sweet and funny will come back again. When compared to my other experiences with auto body shops, Service King made sure that I felt taken care of and appreciated. They always made sure I was informed of where they were in the repair process of my vehicle. Hands down one of the best auto body shops here in Clarksville TN.

This review is written 6 days after picking up my vehicle, damages were noted and taken back to location 13 hours later, also a professional opinion has been obtained. I STRONGLY encourage and advise you take pictures and video of your car BEFORE leaving it. Completely document the ENTIRE car, from door jambs, under carriage, roof, interior, seats to windshield. I have (had) a beautiful flawless, 23k mile SUV. Unfortunately, it was vandalized in an attempt to take DVD players, R window replacement, minor R door repair and R rear window is ALL my beauty needed.A very long story short, I left my car in Craig, David and Brads care with very explicit concern, I want my car as BEAUTIFUL and well kept as I had it before the vandals. My car was kept for 29 days verses 5 of estimated, MANY unexplained miles, painting the ENTIRE vehicle ,w/ exception of front bumper and rear hatch, all safety features disabled, most likely from MASSIVE crack in front windshield exactly in front of sensors, scratched plastic panels, the list does continue, however I cannot disclose at this time. I can only advise others to help avoid the devastation one would feel w/out proof.HUGE SHOUT OUT TO CLARK HOWARD,ATLANTA CONSUMER REPORTER, whom many years ago reported on body shops, advised to take pictures, videos and document as much as possible. Small shout to me for taking the advise and doing my part to help others avoid catastrophe. Please dont regret not taking this advise later. They simply reply Theyre not sure but they didnt do it, while youre holding the proof in your hand.If I only had a dollar for the 6 days I have heard that.

I took my car there to be repaired a year ago. A couple of months later I thought I had a new light that was installed by them was out. No big deal; I will just change the light. I then realized very quickly that they charged my insurance company for a new light harness but just spliced the old harness and put a different lighting piece onto my car. I bring it up there and I get told that I will get a call back from them and I will be told on what they can do about it. I got a call two weeks later saying I have not forgotten about you and I just wanted to keep in touch. That was the last time I heard anything. My heat was also taken out and they were suppose to fix it too. I was told to take it to the dealership. Why should I when I just paid you guys to fix it. This is a rip off company. I tell everyone I come in contact with never ever go to this place. Now I have to dish out even more money to get my heat fixed because they refused to fix it. If you want good service and your car fixed right; go anywhere else but here.

I went to this facility and received excellent service. Craig was very helpful, trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. He also helped me solve my problem. He identified the root cause fixed it which led him to solving my problem. He started working with me 5 minutes before they were supposed to closed. In all I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and associates.

The last 2 times I have used them over the course of 2 years, there has always been something I had to finish or fix. After our 1st Accident I had to install a fog light bulb after it was never installed. And most recently they didnt reinstall a splash shield in the front of my truck and in the rear they didnt install the correct clips for my rear facing camera/truck emblem. Besides their constant message ever few days of when my truck would move from this notional point to another and waiting 3 weeks to get it in the shop, everything went ok. Attention to small details are definitely overlooked. Then after asking to be removed from any following messages, they asked me to leave a review. Too Easy Fam!!!!

Took my car to this location after getting work done at another location earlier this year. The manager Craig was awesome. He told me I could come in the same day and when i arrived he personally looked at my car, got on the ground in 40° temps, and added some clips to fix the issue. He also informed me if it needed anything else to come back and they would further inspect/fix the issue. After being given the run around, with no call back from a different Service King location in my area, I was happy Craig took the time out to look at my car and fix it. Will definitely recommend and use this particular Service King in the future. Thank you for such great customer service.

I was not pleased at all. My truck was dirty when I got it back. They didnt match the factory texture of the paint. They didnt fix all the damage. They didnt do the body work right. They left primer and swirl marks on my truck. A total nightmare. Now I have to take it to another shop to fix their mistakes. They only reason I gave them 2 stars is because Ken handled everything in a professional manner. I will not return to service king

Run away from this place as quickly as you can. Have a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali. Got hit in the rear end of May. Service King replaced the rear lift gate. Almost $4000 dollars later from Ins Co. picked it up and two weeks later in a thunderstorm water leaked in the inside of the rear deck glass. Took it back, they ordered a new third brake light and stuffed it back in with a lot of black sealant[jerry rigged] to make a very long story short , 5 appointments and 7 trips later it is 20 times worse. Was told by Craig that they might not be able to fix it. Letting my Insurance Company handle it. After more than 2 months and no resolution, run fast and hard from this place. One more thing , yesterday Craig tried to play me on a phone call. That guy needs to be fired.

If you want rude customer service that is inherent to being in the South...come here. They cant think out the box for the customers need, rather want everything done via insurance to get the most payment out, even if its just a side job for a basic estimate.

Very unhappy with repair. When I first picked up my vehicle in middle of December I noticed the back bumper paint didnt match the other repaired areas. When I said something about it Brent told me to take my vehicle to Ziebarts and spend $150 to get it waxed. Then about two months later I found corrosion in an area were they painted and along the trunk leading edge. They never kept me informed about my vehicle repairs I had to call them and email them. They used nothing but juck yard parts that were corroded that they cleaned up so I had to take it back for a third time and this time I was dealing with the manager. The whole time Ive been having trouble with the trunk lid fitting properly. When I took it in for they could readjust the trunk lid and clean up more corrosion Graig the manager is the one who tried to adjust the trunk lid to fit. When I told him it still didnt fit he rolled his eyes and kept trying to adjust it while the hole time blowing smoke up my back side saying even new cars are not always adjusted to fit. All of the times I have taken it back for them to repair or repaint it has turned out worse than before and they still didnt repaint it right. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE unless you want your vehicle back in worse shape and worth less in value than before your accident. Brent and Griag are very untrustworthy cant believe a word they say. For example Griag said that they put a new bumper on but if you look they put the broken junk yard bumper on and charged the insurance company for a new one. Dont Ever go to this shop you will regret it
