In 2013 my car was hit by a very bad hail storm. I took it to a Caliber Collision in Temple, Texas. They repaired the car and replaced my roof. This came with a life time warrantee. My paint began rusting and the doors were very noisy due to missing Q pads. The manager, Aaron was very professional and took care of the issue. He placed me in a rental car at their expense and redid what was done incorrectly and discovered other issues and fixed them. I am very thankful and appreciate of Caliber Collision. I never went without a vehicle and they did an awesome job. Thank you Caliber Collision.

Caliber Collision did a great job on my vehicle and I was impressed with their work, though it was delayed several times.When working with them for payment I made very clear that my insurance had paid me more than my deductible and that I should probably owe them more. They said I didnt.Got a call from them this morning, three months later, to tell me that I owe them that money now, and that Im overdue! Even cheerfully telling me that I can pay it over the phone anytime!There are plenty of other bodyshops that do similar work. Ill go to those next time.If you work with insurance on a daily basis and dont know what a customer is talking about when they tell you they owe you more money.....maybe you shouldnt be working with insurance

Took my SUV for service after someone hit my door. Very professional, customer service was excellent, timely work and was finished promptly. When we got the SUV they even cleaned the inside and vacuumed the whole vehicle. Great work and customer service skills. Treated my SUV as it was their own. THANK YOU SO MUCH

The quality of the work they did on my Lexus was great! They ordered the part and called to let me know, then scheduled the appointment all within a week. They were very helpful in working around my schedule for the repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Got rear ended on my way to work a week and half after I bought my car, I bring this up because Prices/Caliber Collision has officially had possession of my car longer than I have. No one calls back when they say they will. It took them a week and half to even touch my car and it was my insurance to give me the update, not the shop. And wouldnt you know it...the pushed back the day it was estimated to be done by another week. Well it is now two weeks after that, and I still have no car. So almost a month...to fix a rear bumper. They are using the excuse that they had to wait for parts from Ford, but I ordered something from China and got it faster. Oh...and they are pushing back the date, yet again, surprised, Im not! I havent even seen the quality, and frankly, after reading reviews under Prices I am not confident the wiring around the back bumper will be correct. Even the job they do is perfect, the quality is not going to make up for the lack of response or the time. But what do they care about getting something done in a timely manner...they get paid for the work regardless!**Update: Got my car back. Didnt even look at the ambient lighting. Their excuse when we plugged in the computer, nothing came up and then followed up with if Ford can confirm it is not working due to the collision, bring it back and we will get in touch with your insurance after I told them we would just take it Ford...the driver side fender is still slightly popped out, and the back hatch does not close cleanly. I feel like they didnt care about the quality of work...or how well they treat their customers. Even with the lifetime warranty, I seriously doubt I would ever go back.

The guys and gals at the Clarksville location are a fantastic group of folks. My experience with them was started with a wreck. They fought with my insurance company to have my truck fixed properly. They won ! My truck looked fantastic when it was done. I went back to them twice more to have them install aftermarket items to the truck and this next week the wife’s SUV is scheduled to have some issues taken care of.I highly recommend to all to take your vehicles to them for repairs !!!

The proffessionals here really know how to take care of their customers. They give great estimates and fair prices. I have a 3 year warranty on parts.
