Do not take your vehicle here. I was in an accident and they charged me way too much just to get it back on the road. They never lifted the fender so I couldnt preform a full turn without my tire burning through it. Absolute trash service for what you could have spent elsewhere for a reliable service. They also try to call people out by leaving said posted comments under negative reviews. This should be a tell tale sign in itself that they are NOT a place to take your vehicle for reliable service.

I have used this business for all my body shop repairs for almost ten years. They are consistently professional and final ahead of scheduled time. The most recent time I took my vehicle in, I was treated like family and the personal touch was very welcome. I’ve never had an issue and I would highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs.

I went there to get my windshield seal repaired and they had me come in the very next morning and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. They were super professional but very friendly and welcoming at the same time. They knew exactly what had to get done and didnt waste any time fixing the problem. I called all over Clarksville to to find someone able to replace my radiator. It was the dealership or Bumpus. Dealership was too expensive. When i called Bumpus, they were able to get me in the next morning and it was done by 11. I am beyond pleased with the whole team, they are quick, efficient, affordable, and I even got a call back today to make sure everything was working properly!

I had been on a road trip and ran over a shredded tire on the express way, it partially ripped the motor guard off the bottom of my car. I took it into a shop in Ashville and ask them to remove or repair. They removed it. I wanted to get it fixed as I figured it was an import part of protecting my engine. Overall, Bumpus North is by far THE BEST body repair shop I have ever come across. I have had multiple vehicles repaired by them over the last 5+ years and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure me and my vehicles were taken care of. The service was FANTASTIC! I had 10 minutes during my lunch to get in and out to drop off my car and fill out paperwork and they made it happen in 5! I originally went in to get my window fixed because it had fell into my door and was off the track, but then they called me back letting me know about a fuel smell (I already knew about). They asked if I would like them to check it out and I said yes. It was just a fuel filter that needed to be replaced, but they were enthusiastic and willing to do it for me anyway. I think they got my issues fixed within a few hours (if that). They were very friendly, and I appreciated their time and effort! They kept me well informed on time and payment quotes, and didnt do anything unless I told them to do so! Very happy! Even called back the next day to see how the car was doing.

They did fix the problem that I went in for, but ever since (and I did bring it to their attention before I left) I drove out of their parking lot, my steering has been rough and heavy like Im trying to turn a barge. The guy (Pat) said it was fine and that it was because I had been driving a nice rental that I felt there must be a problem. Im sure its because Im a female that I dont know my own car, right? Anyways, its been a couple of weeks and it still feels that way. Also, my mat was covered in mud. They did not use a plastic/paper cover.

Very good shop. Needed an entire suspension replacement and parts of my power steering arms. It took a little bit longer then I wanted but it was because of a storm and waiting on the insurance. When I got my car back I noticed my reverse camera was in mounted, and there was a weird clicking sounds I took it back and they took care of my wasnt anything mechanically wrong with my car it was something to do with the tires but regardless they were more then happy to take care of me and made sure I left happy. I recommend you visit this shop!

My car was in the shop for about a month and I’ve had the same issues ever since.1. My car had a missing driver’s side cowl seal when I picked it up and was told that it was ordered. After months of calling every other week and going up to shop twice, I just called and asked what the part was called, so I could order it and put it only myself. The problem created by the lack of car part was that when I went through the car wash was came in around my windshield and I would have random water on my dashboard after heavy rain. So after putting on the missing car part yesterday, I noticed that it wasn’t lined up with the windshield, but neither was the passenger side cowl seal. So I went to the carwash and all this water poured in from the top of the windshield only. So I went to look at it and the entire windshield is not seated properly. So there’s about a quarter inch of space. The seal that’s supposed to keep the rain out is not touching the entire windshield. I also got a mouse in my car that came through the hole where the missing cowl seal was supposed to be.2. My passenger side low light headlight has flickered on and off and I’ve taken it up there twice to get the dimmer switch fixed, and last weekend the headlight went out again.

Took my Kia Stinger here to get repairs and they did an exceptional job. They kept me updated with every thing that was going on. Looks like new and they cleaned the car inside and out. I am very pleased with the outcome. Let’s hope I don’t need to come back, but if I do this is the shop to go to!

This is a great body shop. My insurance sent me here the first time and I love them. My car got hot twice within a month. They did a awesome job and kept me informed the whole time.

During a busy day I had to stop by Bumpus to have them take a look at my sons car. The gentleman at the counter, (sorry I don’t know his name), but he’s bearded :-) walked out with me and took a look at my son tire and rim. He said he didn’t see any damage just that the wheel cover was bent in so he popped it right back out. Let’s just say, this was the best 10 minutes of my day. Thanks Bumpus, you’re the best.

Had my 2017 STI brought in through insurance from a guy who hit the front end in a parking lot. I’ve heard many body shop horror stories but these guys were the complete opposite of that.Brought my car in on a Monday, got a call Tuesday with the quote, and picked the car up on Friday. 1 week! These guys killed it and had my car back to me in no time. They even washed and detailed the car to a pretty good standard. Nothing but good things to say about this place, I highly recommend!

My car was involved in an accident in 2016 and my insurance company used Bumpus as their repair shop. Fast forward to now , June of 2018 and the part that was replaced had shifted down so I brought the car back to the shop. The wonderful gentlemen at Bumpus took a look at my car and they fixed a few screws and I was out in 15 minuets. I highly recommend Bumpus to everybody.

I had some minor body work to my car and to my wheel. The damage looked horrible though. They updated me every other day on the progress of my car. The work was amazing!!! Honestly one of the best if the best Auto Shops in Clarksville. When a local business you trust highly recommends another local business then you know that you will be getting excellent service. I will say this I have been to other shops around the United States and if you are not wanting to pay for quality and a great price for the workmanship then go somewhere else. If you want cheap work then Bumpus is not for you because produce quality work. If you have a problem talk to the personal or owner, they are all approachable and will work with you. The owner and personal that work at Bumpus are not only the most professional people that work hard and are devoted to there customers but they are the more selfless shop this side of the Mason Dixon Line. I would never go anywhere else in Montgomery country as long as the people and service stays the same which I know both will. I personally went there to fix a clear coat issue on my Dodge Truck and was impressed how smooth the process was and how amazing my truck came out. Also just recently I was involved in a hit a run in November of this Year and went again to Bumpus same great service. The shop will always stand by there work.

I had some body work done there and they did great. The paint and the body was phenomenal. I also had a broken window and still have glass in the floor board and a trash bag on the window and they cleaned it all up and put a plastic piece over the window. Would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I were super impressed with this shop! Our insurance sent us here to repair damage from a minor accident and Im glad to know this shop is in our network. The whole staff was friendly and professional and worked with us on our intial scheduling conflicts. We dropped the car off on Monday and it was completed, ready for pick up on Friday. The work was great on the fender and they even washed and vacuumed my car which, for a pregnant mom of three, was like a gift from the heavens. We were sent text updates every step of the way and very much included throughout the entire process. While we hope we wont need to, we will only be using Bumpus Body Shop for any future body work. We highly recommend this team and location. The guys have pretty awesome beards, too.

I bought and aftermarket Rear Bumper and hood for a 2011 civic that I took in for painting. I had not removed the hood from the box and assumed it was in new condition. They called me the next day to tell me that the hood was dented and scratched pretty bad but they could repair it for an additional charge. Since it was new I told that I would just pick it up and send back to amazon. I picked it up within 15 minuets and drove away. Once I got home I noticed that the box didnt look like it had even been opened. I opened the box and there was no damage no scratches nothing but a fresh primed new hood. They tried to rip me off of over 245 dollars. Buyer beware at this place.

This shop sucks, do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else. I do not understand how USAA still recommends this place. Just to name a few. Car was week late, got called several times when the car was still not done, poor quality, I can still see where my car was hit, they will try to get away with the bare minimum, my car interiors where disgusting full of dust which Im still trying to get off my leather seats, i had to go back several times only to point out flaws and poor work they did in my car. Not to mention I took my car home with missing parts after they have it for near a month. Just dont do it.

Do not ever go to Bumpus. They will take advantage of you especially if you dont know much about cars. I went there for having 2 large dents on my car and they said it was $2300. I looked at the paperwork they gave me and gave it to a friend who told me they were charging me for extra stuff that I wouldnt need. I took it to another body shop back in St. Louis and it was $1900 and only took 3 days instead of the week and half bumpus said it would take. I went there again today for a broken tail light and another dent. They said it was $950! I looked at the paper work and it said that they needed to repair my roof and remove the glass from my back window. The car that backed into me isnt even high enough to reach my rear window let alone the roof! I took it down the road to Maxxed out and they said the same repair was only $450 and again would take 3 days max than the week and half I was told again.

I was sent to this body shop by an insurance company to fix my bumper. Went to pick up my car and the work promised was not done. I was told he called but I never called back. I have voicemail and most certainly would have called as I was anxious to get my car. The bumpers dont marry up on both sides (they did before the accident) and when I complained I was told that it was a body kit and that was the best they could do but that I could bring it back. Considering I would have to be without my car again, that is difficult for me to do. We have used the bumpus shop by exit 11 and they did a much better job. Im very disappointed and wont recommend this shop to anyone.

I was sent a text from JOSH early morning telling me my car would be ready today and to take the rental car to enterprise and have them to bring me to the shop to pick up my car.. I went too the shop the car was not ready it may be ready Tuesday are Wednesday but no where near ready for today. I was livid because of what I rearranged to make this possible.

They took care of my vehicle asap even it was kind of expensive they did a good job on it.

The work done here at Bumpus North is substandard absolutely terrible have taken my car in here 3 times. There is no attention to detail. They do a piss poor job. Never will I take my car here again. They take no pride in their work and make excuses for everything that they messed up on or didnt fix. Joshs customer service is horrible. Will report them to the Better Business Burearu. I have no idea why USAA still recommends them. Theyve gotta be held accountable someway somehow otherwise theyll keep doing piss poor work instead of taking pride in what they do and making sure its done to standard as if it just came out of the factory.

They never even have the courtesy to call me and let me know they’re running late on the repairs and when they gave me my car back the rim was still scratched, and now 1 week and a half later my car won’t even start!!! Why wouldn’t u even Check to see if all the electrical is working properly before handing the vehicle over to the customer especially if the damage was on that side of the car!! So upset!!!
