I just finished my 12 months lease. The property management and property manager Tracy are both awesome. The apartment I live is very nice , cozy and clean. Liberty home is a very nice, quiet and clean neighborhood. Thanks for all awesome liberty home staffs.

After a 12 month lease with Liberty Homes I have no complaints! It has been made a nice and peaceful stay Also, the people, staff, and animals are very friendly. I would recommend them, as they are near local restaurants, and right across the street from Fort Campbell! Thank you Liberty Homes!

The property manager is great, and the apartments are pretty and clean. I wouldnt say it is the cheapest move in, but there is a park and decent parking! They allow pets, and the floors are in great condition. It is quiet at night, and close to everything you could need. It is right on the border, so youre in two places at once basically, which is cool. They also provided the washer and dryer in unit, and I really appreciated that. Tell them Breanna and Trevor sent you because overall it is a quiet community and youd fit right in.

If youre stationed at Campbell and youre not going to live in Nashville, I cannot recommend this place enough. I lived here for roughly 2 years.I can get to and from the 1BCT footprint in 15 minutes or less. Being able to come home after PT and during lunch is great. Never had an issue with infestations. The landlord and maintenance were always prompt with all fixes I requested. They accommodated me twice, under short notice, when I requested to break the lease for deployment and ETS. Right across the street from the Oak Grove PD so dont listen to anyone who thinks its not a safe place.

Very rude emails are sent to all residents, they threaten fines for the littlest things and dont bring a pet here because they will go back on their word about the lease. Emails say things like we will gladly fine you as well as We wont tolerate behavior as if they are a day care not property managers.

I have been living here for 4 or 5 years now i have been through several property management changes, and it just get worse and worse. I have had management come into my home when i told them they couldnt, i have had free ls on my account for things i didnt do, i had had fees for claims of dogs in my home that i dont have. This place is a mess i would not recommend at all. Now that i am moving out because my lease was ending they extended my lease without my permission and or my signature. This place is extremely shady.

Very quiet place to live, and the management is terrific. Very attentive and promt responses to problems. Price is great compared to most to surrounding area.

I love it here! When I was looking for affordable housing I was so discouraged at what was available for my budget. My resourceful son shared with me the ad for these apartments. I immediately noticed how clean and well groomed it is. I’ve been here for almost two months. The staff is friendly and they have an efficient system for maintenance. It’s quick and easy. Imagine that! I feel I made a very smart choice.

I have been here since February of 2019 and my experience has been more than horrible. Few years back I had a property manager try to screw me over and get over two grand out of me. Little did she know I had done my research on the laws. I moved out of there with nothing to pay and nothing on my renters history. Looks like many people here at Liberty Homes are experiencing the same issues. If you plan on moving here please please please research your laws in Tennessee as a resident or you will get screwed over. Also their maintenance does not do maintenance. They will tell you they can not fix it. My apartment was not complete when I first moved in. I ended up fixing things myself. Definitely getting a house after this experience. It is not worth it.

I absolutely love living here and I love our new Property Manager Shakonda too! She works harder than any property manager Ive seen. Shes always available and genuinely cares about her properties and residents!!! The maintenance team is superb also! Theyre very reliable and friendly. I can honestly say this is a safe place to call home!!!

Im honestly surprised with some of the comments I am reading about this place. My husband and I relocated from Alaska and was in a hotel for almost a month due to trying to find a house off post. I came across this complex online and it had fairly good ratings. Requested a tour of the apartments, we were shown several units and also was shown the unit that they had renovated to give us an idea on space. We ended up deciding on the one nearest to the office. We were explained everything and did all the paperwork and because my husband has excellent credit our deposit half off. Not to mention we are military so we were locked into that special they were offering. Everything went smoothly in my prospective and we were able to move in right away. And they gave us a paper where we would right down any damages in the house before we moved in like youd do usually do for military housing. And whenever we needed maintenance they came and helped right away. Only thing I was a bit dissatisfied with and it really isnt a big issue, is the washer has a broken lid and rust on it. But no big deal, still works like it should. Other then that we really dont have any problems here. Maybe one with our upstairs neighbor who was playing loud music so late at night but we settled it with them. Weve been here for at least 8 months now and never had issues. Our neighbors even knocked on our door when my husband left his keys in the lock to inform us it was there. And another plus their pet friendly, which was a blessing for us.

We just relocated here from Michigan. It has been a great experience thus far!! Thank you Shakonda Cloud for everything! You have made this transition very easy for us! Gods Blessing to you for all that you have done to make where we moved to a safe, and clean place!!

I’ve enjoyed everything about my move here. Great friendly office staff & maintenance guys -really quick to fix what is wrong. Only thing stopping me from giving the 5 star review would be that the dog park gets treated like a potty area. Can’t take your dogs there when no one picks up after their dogs.

I toured this apartment and it was a decent apartment so I figured it would be good for the time being until my wife and I could get a house. I took out a cashiers check in the amount of $700 for the security deposit and gave it to a woman named Nicole who was the leasing consultant there for Liberty Homes. Later that night, my wife and I discussed it over and decided we no longer wanted the apartment. The very next day, we went back to Liberty Homes and asked for our deposit back. Nicole, the leasing consultant, refused and said the deposit is non-refundable. She didn’t give us any documentation stating that their security deposits are non-refundable nor did we sign a lease or any type of paperwork for that matter. She claimed that she did inform us of the security deposits not being refundable but she most certainly did not. Mind you, she called me yesterday after we gave her the deposit and she said to me that the deposit was supposed to be $750, not $700. So the deposit wasn’t even valid because it wasn’t the correct amount and she still refused to give us back our deposit. I asked to speak to her manager, which I have a right to, but she refused to contact her manager and refused to provide me with his/her contact information. I called the police and when they arrived to talk to her, she even told the police that they didn’t have any documentation stating that their security deposits are non-refundable. The Police officer informed me that It was a “civil issue” and I had to take them to court. My wife even later on called her and informed her that what she was doing was completely illegal and she responded very rudely to my wife and demanded that we take them to court. I am an active duty service member and have been completely robbed of my hard-earned money by this place and we will most definitely be taking them to court. Please be careful and aware of this apartment complex. They are very rude and unprofessional and they do not have any documentation regarding their policies or deposits. I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone. Especially not my fellow service members. I hope this review helped those that are still seeking a home.

I have been calling about my deposit for months, finally got in contact with the lady in the front office, they lied and said my apartment was trashed at move out (I have proof it wasn’t) after I let them know this, they blocked my number. Would not recommend.

My experience was amazing. This company has truly put my mind at ease with possibly relocating to Clarksville. The staff is very professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them!

Had section 8. did application, paid half the security deposit, was waiting on Sharonda to do her part for a month and half till right before voucher expired she never did , was never in office never answered phone and never emailed back. I was calling and emailing everyday. I have two kids she was well aware a 2 year old and a newborn who had been really sick. She waited to very last minute and said she wasn’t excepting section 8 and didn’t want to rent to me and that she was giving me my money back and I would have it within a week . I had to wait another month to get it . Do not rent here . Not because of just me and my experience . Don’t ignore the signs because there are several bad reviews about her and this property

Change is always hard for anyone. But when change is to improve habits, appearance, and standards of living it can cause tenants to speak ill-will. I would want someone to manage my properties that has a standard. If that standard weeds out the bad tenants, thats fine. In due time, this will make room for the ones who want to live within the confines of rules and regulations. Great Job of setting high standards.

I would definitely rate this place a zero if I could.... The management suck ! They’ll charge you any little money they can ... What property manager charge for leaving trash outside your door? Great property manager she was easy to talk to and she made sure that my residence was ready when I needed it. This is a great place to live

It was better when Byers and Harvey managed. The people who recently purchased those apartments are more greedy than b&h. They are charging and over charging for everything. Front office is disrespectful and useless. They will put a charge on your account with no notification on explanation as to why. If they dont want to talk then you will be ignored. Stay away from here!!!!!

I’m here in Clarksville and I’m a 1st Time home owner. My property manager has made sure that she lets me know everything I need to get done right away, and she has been very reasonable with me no matter what the circumstances are.

I’m a tenant out here. And what the negative reviews are saying are very accurate. Management and the property manager has they little friends leaving positive reviews for them. When it’s nothing positive about this place. You see multiple UHaul trucks out here a week. What does that tell you? Cause they are rude and don’t know there jobs. Haha this is funny they got people leaving reviews that don’t stay here to bring up they ratings.

This place is horrible. We didn’t have problems when Byers and Harvey was over the apartments but since the new company took over, it’s horrible. They are coming up with rules that are not in the lease and the woman is the property manager(Shaconda Cloud) is harassing us. She’s added charges to the account that’s not supposed to be on there. She sends out emails after the fact that she’s been confronted about a situation. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and when asked a question she can’t give a straight answer. The maintenance came and threw away some of our property and she doesn’t want to replace nor give us the money for it. Stay away from this place!!

The quality of the neighborhood has gone down. The apartments are manageable but the nonsense is ridiculous. Management sees only what it wants to and just worries about the mighty $. Maintenance does a good job at cleaning up the messes left for them and keeping the area together.

Used to be so much better before the new manager shakonda came in. She will find any little issue to charge you money. The other reviews on here are true stories!!

New owners and new management are making positive changes to this place.

Rules are in place for various reasons. Liberty Homes Apartment have implemented several Rules when management of the Property was completely switched. Rules are to protect the tenants and the property.Liberty Homes Apartments are in the process with many upgrades to include the quality of the tenants. Liberty Homes have zero tolerance for those who break the rules, violate their lease agreement both Byers & Harvey and or Liberty Homes Lease and those who feel the need to be to disrespectful and use profanity towards mgmt. There are concequences when these rules are not followed.As the New Property Manager of Libery Homes Apartment I pride myself with following the rules given by the New Management and make sure the rules are implemented to protect the property and the Tenants who are following all the rules.

Seems like the people doesnt like the new rules or like doing things their way for too long. The management is trying to have the tenants to do better with the property to have a better quality and pride in your place of living.

Great place to live!

We moved in with a whole over the shower, broken AC that took a week to get fixed . Maintenance is good but the apartment agency doesn’t have great customer service they over charge military residents while staying there and after moving out .
