Very unprofessional. Communication is horrible. My AC unit has been out since Saturday. Maintenance was suppose to have it fixed Tuesday and yet we are still without AC. Me and various neighbors have seen the guy cruising around the complex neighbors instead of trying to fix the problem. Everyday it has been “ ill finish it tomorrow” it’s pathetic. If you can not do the job then just hire someone to do it. The office staff has not been communicating well with us either(minus Courtney) knowing we have a small child in the apartment. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Well, I cannot say enough nice things about the office staff. Prior to moving in and after, they have all been over-accommodating and super friendly. My agent, Ciara, in particular went above and beyond in helping me, since I had not been in an apartment since college. Courtney and Liza were so friendly and answered all my questions at move in. The maintenance staff have been wonderful as well.I’ve visited the pool once found it to be well maintained. The gym is a great space, too although I dont use it very much as I should.The grounds bring a smile to my face each time I drive home. I absolutely love the long drive way.I’ve recommended Autumn Winds to others, primarily because of the friendliness of the staff but also due to the high quality of the apartment and my personal sense of safety.

Autumn Winds Apartments is a wonderful place. It is managed very professionally! I have never had any requests that weren’t met in a very fast time frame. Any request I’ve made was taken care of within the day. The office staff is exceptional and eager to please all tenants! The swimming pool is beautiful and top notch. The staff takes the extra precautions regarding Co-Vid 19 to ensure the safety of all tenants and guest! The grounds are well kept and lovely! Autumn Winds is a great place to call home!

I’ve lived at autumn winds for several years now, never had any issues until recently and was very frustrated by the most recent problem i encountered with the air in my apartment. after some misunderstandings and miscommunications, Kevin, in maintenance, stayed well after working hours to ensure my repair was complete before the weekend began and Lyza, the property manager contacted me directly to discuss and resolve my issues, and honestly responded in a way that had exceeded my expectations after feeling so disappointed with the way things seemed to be going. they made me feel valued as a resident after i had just about let my frustrations take over and i truly appreciate the drastic turn around.

Just moved in last week and I already feel at home. Management is awesome, everyone is so nice and fun to talk to. I love it here. I would definitely recommend living here. You won’t regret it.

My family and I love living here! We just PCS’d to Fort Campbell and this place already feels like home. The open grassy fields make it the perfect community for walking our dog. The ladies in the office are all soo friendly and they love giving my pup a treat every time we stop in.

Our move to Clarksville from out of state happened on fairly short notice and is temporary. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon with no idea where we would live, but we had a short list of possible apartment communities. As it turned out, Autumn Winds had the only unit like we wanted available for immediate occupancy. Deanna, Lauren, and Lyza bent over backwards to make it possible for us to move in that same weekend. We appreciated their efforts.Weve been here for six weeks now and couldnt be happier. We are within several miles of my husbands work project as well as all the restaurants and shopping opportunities we could ask for, but the location is still surrounded by green spaces. Having to be gone from our farm where we have lived for the last 35 years, we were unsure about apartment living, but we are enjoying it very much. We regularly see groups of deer and wild turkeys on the property and appreciate that the buildings are not crowded together. We also got our wish with our apartment situated so that we can see the sunrise.Autumn Winds grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Our apartment was super clean, freshly painted, and everything is in working order. As weve lived here for a while now, we have also discovered how quiet it is; we rarely hear sounds from the surrounding apartments. Weve also been enjoying the well-appointed fitness center located in the community building, to keep in shape for the hiking we like to do on the weekends, of which there are many opportunities in the area.All in all, we cant imagine living anywhere else - friendly staff, lovely and secure grounds, good price, bright and cheerful apartment - Autumn Winds has everything we could wish for.

Ive recently been inquiring about apartments and this place is TOP NOTCH! They have been very responsive and quick to answer any questions that I have about the community. Moving is stressful, but these office ladies make it sound like a breeze! Amelia and Liza are very attentive and pleasant to speak with.

If u r going to show videos they need to do completely and correctly and I think audio would help to see what we are looking at.

Please scroll and read other reviews as it appears I am not the only one to have problems with this complex. Autumn Winds advertises their pool and the gym on their site, it has not opened so far this year. I have requested an opening date since early May and up until last week, I was told by a member of the local office, You will know when we know and they blamed COVID. I began to request, in early May, a reduction in rent due to the fact the amenities were not available to the tenants. I was informed by a member of the corporate office on June 17th that the amenities ARE NOT a part of what is included in the rent. You only rent the unit. She stated the amenities are merely a bonus and do not have to be open. This complex DOES NOT offer a buyout option!! YOU and YOU alone are fully responsible for finding someone to take over your lease and they have to approve them. It appears several people have had this issue after reading all the reviews!! This complex is the most expensive I have lived in and by far the WORST to work with. I have never had any problems anywhere I have ever rented or lived. This is the first bad review I have ever written and was well earned. I have two children in the military and if you are military, please beware and read through these reviews.

Its a very active and safe aria to be the community is very welcoming and its a very peaceful place to be.

To know them is to ABSOLUTELY love them! The manager Laura and Deanna are such amazing people to do business with! Not only do they go the extra mile for their residents, but they genuinely care about their business partners/venders as well!!! BEYOND pleasant to work with. They know how to get the job done correctly the FIRST time. I urge anyone to please check out this lovely place. The property is gorgeous on the inside and out just like them! I LOVE working with the staff at Autumn Winds! They are so easy to talk to and will do anything to help. The complex is so beautiful as well. They do a great job at trying to keep all residents involved and offering lots of things to do like their community yard sale, a vendor fair, and a fall festival just to name a few! Great spot for single professional or a geographical bachelor. Close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. This jewel is tucked away to avoid the overload traffic in the neighborhood. Gated community with an added feature of a 24hr access to the fitness center. Not a very big gym but equipped with everything you need for an intense workout. It has close and easy access to the interstate. Conveniently about 45 minutes from the Nashville Airport. I leased a one bedroom with washer/dryer and it serves me well. The staff was courteous and extremely responsive. Superb staff. Ask for my friend, Deanna.

We absolutely love this property and their management team! The office and maintenance staff are always super friendly and easy to work with, you can tell they really take pride in their property and that their residents are very important to them. Cannot say enough positive things about them! They are conveniently located to great shopping and restaurants too!

Cute setup but let me just say if your looking for safety or security getting in and out those gates are like Fortknox! its over kill..honestly the prices are ridiculously high see it for yourself. Other then that if you want to pretend to live uppity check it out its definitely in a great location...I just need more Bang for my bucks!!

The staff is very friendly and very approachable. Every interaction I have with them is pleasant and they know all of their tenants by first name. The apartments themselves are well kept and nice for the price. The area is also very convenient for dinning, shopping and pretty much everything else. You can’t beat it.

My first year has been extraordinary. The professionalism Lyza,Lauren, and Deanna have shown throughout my stay has exceeded my expectations! This place has become our home! My children have made great friends and we feel like we are part of a wonderful community. Patrick and Ray do a fantastic job maintaining the property and they are beyond polite and caring about our home. We use the party room often for our events and we have so much fun!!! The apartments are nice. A bit too pricey I have lived in nicer ones in Kansas City and there it was almost the same price. I work for the military and travel around and I got orders to move out of country. Because I am a civilian working for the military my orders are not accepted by this community. I got in touch with corporate and but they do not have the time of day to call or email me back. I was told that they will get back in touch with me to let me know to do or take care of on my orders so that I could get out of the contract. I gave my notice back in October and they tell me now in March after Ive already left that I could get somebody to take over my apartment. As this is only the second apartment that I lived and the last apartment complex I had no problems leaving with my orders maybe they should have told me this earlier. I would not move back to this Apartment Complex ever. Maybe Steve Kenney companies should have gotten in touch with me and not make it feel like I am not worth their time and only there for my money. They had a five month notice that I was moving but did not make an effort to re-rent the apartment or show it one time in five months and according to Tennessee law they are to make every effort to try to find another renter for the apartment. I guess the rest that I wrote about corporate does not matter since I was told they would get back in touch with me and never did.

I really do love living here! My dog can be very skittish, but my building is always quiet and there are a lot of green spaces so I can walk her without running in to too many people. The buildings and grounds are also always well maintained!The best part, though, is the staff! Theyve always been so nice, and you can tell that they go extra lengths to have activities and extras for the tenants, so I feel like were really appreciated.

We have really enjoyed our time! Being a military family, relocating can be quite stressful and Autumn Winds was very accommodating and helpful during our transition. The staff takes pride in what they do and go beyond reproach in comparison to other property management companies. The pet-friendly environment and amenities are great attributes. Ive lived at Autumn Winds going on two years now & its been an absolute delight. I moved to the clarksville area from NC in 2017 & had not even seen the complex before I moved in. I researched the complex online & did the entire application before I even saw the complex.Deanna & the others at Autumn Winds treated me like I was a member of the family from the first day I moved in. They have so many different things for families & residents to offer. I moved my mother to live with me temporarily after she lost 90% of her belongings from the Hurricanes that hit South Texas two summers ago. They welcomed her & made her just as welcome as they did me.If you are looking for a great area to live with a professional & warm living environment I highly encourage you to give Autumn Winds a try. I promise you wont regret it.

Just moved in a month ago. So far everything is great. Ashley in the office has been a great help, and is quick to answer all questions. Everyone is very friendly in the office whenever I go in there. I like that it is a gated community, and that its very quiet. I havent had any bug issues which is a plus for me. Just hope it stays like this during our time here. I will keep updating my reviews in the future while living here.

I lived here for 2 years and loved it! Our 3 bedroom apartment was big and I never really felt short on space. I have a lab and he really liked the dog park and just all the grassy area that is around the complex. My favorite thing is that I always felt comfortable there. I would definitely recommend!

My experience here has been extraordinary. I first moved form California and I did everything over the phone very promptly and without problems. I got all the things I was looking for: quiet, view, space,etc. The ladies in the front office have always been a super huge help whenever needed and at a drop of the hat are glad to help. My living experience here is wonderful. I have everything I could want in a home in the center of town.

My husband and I have been living at Autumn Winds for almost a year now and we love it! The apartments are very nice, inside and out, military friendly, and the gated community is also a huge plus. The residents that I have met are very pleasant, and the dog park allowed me to meet a lot of people when we first moved here. We also love that the apartment complex is very dog friendly and includes a dog park and multiple dog clean up stations. The stuff even gives my dog a treat every time I bring him in the office! All the girls that work at the office have been awesome! They are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Whenever I call for maintenance or just have any questions they are extremely helpful and quick to have maintenance come fix any problems we have had. They are also quick to let us know if there are any issues with our rent and give us up to a week heads up if there is any maintenance being done in our apartments or on the building. Overall we have had a great experience with Autumn Winds and highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for somewhere to live in the Clarksville area!

The location is great, I feel like the rent is a bit high, coming from Dallas, TX you can get much nicer and upgraded apartments for the same price. The reason for the 2 stars, we needed to move states due to work, and our options are find someone to take over or continue to pay rent. I’m not interested in paying double rent, as I’m sure no one else would. Everywhere else I have lived has you pay an extra month and that’s it. I have had 2 different couples come to fill out applications, neither was approved. They make it impossible and don’t help you at all.

I have had the pleasure of living here for 3 years. Tenants have come and gone, and most of the staff is still the same! I have always been greated with a smile and treated well by the staff. The grounds are clean (except some people that dont pick up after their pets like they should).It really is a great community, with a good location.My only downside is that the property company itself doesnt do much for the renewing tenants. They would rather give incentives to new people, but not those there for years. But that isnt the hired staffs fault, they do what they can to keep us happy!.

My move in timeline shifted two weeks earlier for reasons beyond my control. I communicated this to the staff and they were very accommodating. After my early move in, the maintenance staff was very prompt in addressing a couple of cosmetic work orders. The staff is very professional and straight forward when answering questions. Located near Wilma Rudolph for shopping and under twenty minutes from Fort Campbell. Nothing but a pleasant experience so far!

I love that the front office can accept deliveries, plus they are SUPER nice and have that good Southern charm :-) Pet friendly and military friendly too. Tons of parking!

I was a resident for only 3 months, but I was blown away by Autumn Winds (excuse the pun). The staff bent over backwards to help get me settled into an apartment the same afternoon that I showed up. Even when I had to move out sooner than expected, the staff was helpful and friendly. The apartments are surrounded by great running routes, and Clarksville’s Winery is just down the street. It is very easy to use I-24 or 101st Airborne Division Parkway to get onto post…about a 20 minute straight shot in the mornings before PT. If I’m lucky enough to get stationed at Campbell again, I would love to live here again.

I lived in Autumn Winds for a year. Nice place, simple and close to everything. Only issue I had with them was when I was moving out. My military orders came in a little late and I had to pay for a hole additional month without me living there. Which for me is completely ridiculous.... No efforts whats so ever where made to satisfy my situation. So, careful when you move out....

I have lived at Autumn Winds for almost two years now. Seriously, such an amazing community. The gym is always clean and available, the pool is a blast, and the Rec room is great for parties! Plus, if something is broken in my apartment, I send a request and within 24 hours it is fixed. Such a relief for someone not handy like myself! My favorite has been the dog park though!!! I have made so many friends at Autumn Winds because of the dog park. I seriously couldnt have chosen a better place to live!

The owners and employees are all excellent, professional and very friendly! Easy to work with and will do everything they can to help with anything you need. We have have had a few minor maintenance issues during our stay and everything has been fixed professionally and without delay. The price is excellent for the area and compared to similar nearby apartments. We moved from another local apartment complex and pay the same for rent now with an extra bedroom, extra bathroom AND free cable. The electric and water utilities have also been very reasonable so far (around $70 and $30 a month on average, respectively). They are very pet friendly and a great, safe and fun place for furry companions. We have had a great experience so far and would highly recommend the Autumn Winds Apartments for anyone looking for an Apartment in the Clarksville area!

My family of 5 lived at Autumn Winds for 2 years and absolutely loved it! Im not even sure where to begin, but the apartment was the perfect size for us and the bedrooms and closets are alot bigger than what I would have expected an apartment to have. We rarely had any issues, but when we did, maintenance was very quick to take care of it. The grounds were always neat and they were always improving things. The pool and playground got alot of use from my children and it was great having a clubhouse to use for bday parties. The office staff was like family to us, my children would have to run in to say hi every day after they got off the bus and we still visit occasionally. They are always giving back to the residents too. While there we attended several resident parties, such as Christmas, Pool parties, even an ice cream social for the end of the school year! Its a pretty quiet community and we always felt safe there. Another great thing is the area its located. Its very convenient to the Hospital, Dr.offices, shopping, and several restaurants. In fact we loved it so much we decided to build a house around the corner.If your looking for an apartment, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Beware of Autumn Winds! You will not get your deposit back! They will find ways to screw you over and end up making you pay. A week after we moved we got a letter in the mail saying we were getting our deposit back. The next day we got another one in the mail saying we OWED money to replace the carpet! In every apartment complex they are suppose to replace the carpets anyways after a tenant leaves, they just didnt want to pay for it! If I would of known they were going to scam us then I wouldnt of bothered renting the carpet cleaner and solution to make it nice before I left. They also have mice and our dish washer NEVER worked! Neither did the trash disposal. It would clog up and smell so bad! I had to call them numerous amounts of time to come fix it. Not to mention the bath tub always got clogged so the water wouldnt drain. Same thing with the bathroom sink. Called numerous times about that to. This place looks nice buts its deceiving. We only stayed a year and its way over priced! Oh and they never cut their grass! Whoever does their landscaping sucks! Our bushes in front of our porch was so big we couldnt even see anything when we wanted to sit out there. I wouldnt recommend living here.

Ive thoroughly enjoyed my time here. If I werent taking a job elsewhere, I would stay here for as long as possible. The folks in the office are great to work with and helpful and friendly.

I moved here from a larger house in February 2014, and I have nothing but good things to say. The office staff is and always very courteous to me and my children. The maintenance team is always around and gets the job done quickly. The only issue I have is not with the staff but some residents drive too fast for the neighborhood (even with a posted 15 MPH)

Lived here for a little over 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about the property, staff, and my time here.Property. The pricing when signing my first lease was better than the market rate for a similar style. Of course the rent increased upon signing my second lease. However, the rate was still great/competitive when compared to the area. The amenities (gated community, pool, clubhouse, fitness area, car wash area) were great and well maintained (with a select few occurrences of the gate being temporarily out of order). I did not use the dog park, playground, or on site garages, but I’ve never seen those areas in a bad state.Being close to I-24 allows you to travel to the KY area or to Nashville with relative ease. About 1.5-2 miles away from Wilma Rudolph Blvd (a major strip in Clarksville with great shopping, good restaurants). The surrounding area is becoming more popular and more businesses are opening. There’s a local coffee shop, gym, Korean BBQ, pizza chain, and cupcake/dessert shop within 1 mile. Tennova Hospital, a local Clarksville Police precinct, and fire station are all within 2 miles of the property as well.The staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and understanding with any and all matters. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request (change light fixture/bulbs, broken microwave handle), I received help in less than 18 hours.I have nothing but great things to say about this property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or to move back if I return to the area.

Ive lived in Autumn Winds for about a year. What attracted me the most was the gated community and the walk in closet (I live in a one bedroom). When I first moved in there were stains on the carpet and a few cracks in the corners of the wall but they have you fill out a sheet of broken things when you move in so youre not charged with it when you move out. Online, for the one bedroom, the floor plan shows a walk in closet, a pantry, and plenty of space between the kitchen and living room for a small dining set. First off, there is no walk in closet, just a wide single-rack-closet with an overhead shelf for extra storage. There is also no pantry. What shows as a pantry is actually where your boiler is kept and only maintenance has access to it. And as for the space to put your small dinning set? Well, youd have to put it in your living room, buy a rug, and make the layout work. Also, and I think this was a HUGE flaw in their design, but they have put bedrooms from one apartment to another back-to-back. With the walls being as paper thin as they are neighbors can hear everything you say or do making any nights with a significant other a bit awkward and even more so when youre on the receiving end.In the summer you would really have to watch out for wasps and spiders making themselves at home on your balcony or storage space. In the winter? Good luck, because the apartments become incredibly drafty and its going to cost an arm and a leg to keep the place heated. This winter was one of the worst and it didnt help that my heater wasnt working properly (neighbors were apparently having the same problem). I was lucky because maintenance fixed mine but the couple across the hall was told after having theirs fixed three times to, just turn it up some more.When I moved in the dog park was an honest joke, three dogs would make it too crowded. Earlier this spring however they made it nice and big which is great, now my dog has plenty of space to run and play and wrestle. Most of the other dogs are friendly, minus a select few.The maintenance staff is great, they usually come the same day to fix your problems, if not they definitely come the next. Watch out in the summer though, they will do inspections or come to change filters with only a days notice and if youre not there or just sleeping? Well, thats okay, well just invite ourselves in!A.W. also no longer offers free WiFi and cable but when you go to sign up for WiFi they only allow Charter or AT&T dial-up which sucks since a one bedroom (with a dog) is 820 a month (they also dont offer utilities, unless you count trash, which I dont. Also, no recycling.) and its pricey enough as is. It does come with an alarm system which you can set yourself but if you want it truly protected you would need to call a security company. Honestly, I wouldnt because A.W. is so quite and in my whole time here I have never heard of anything like theft happen. Its a really trusting area in terms of safety.

If I had to do it all over again I would never live here.

Always have good experience. They do things for you that other places make you think are a hassle. I like that they try to go out of their way to help you.

I will write my review when I turn in my keys on November 30th. READ THE FORM LETTERS and ask for all of them before you pay a dime. Ill give you that little advice to begin with. Who rates these apartments - the staff? Keep every thing. Write things down and date them. This is a great practice - because having dates and times and emails, etc., keeps things in check for you. This will probably be deleted immediately but its okay, I have notes and emails and letters. Good tenants - we do not matter. YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL.Mahalo,Jen

CAUTION MILITARY! This place takes full advantage of service men and women. Knowing the demand for short term leasing they jack the rent up to double of what you would pay anywhere else in the area for a house. Not only is the rent absurd, but the fees they tack on over your stay. Expect a nice warm welcome to get you to sign the lease. All fake smiles and laughs. Until you actually move in. Staff live on site, and look out for anything they can find to fine you for. Expect to not get that deposit back either because the mandatory cleaning fees upon moving out are close to 1k. This place is also one of the cheapest made apartments Ive ever lived in. All appliances are trash. And good luck if one breaks, because itll take them weeks to fix the problem. The gates are a facade to make the place look fancy and secure. When in fact theyre open most of the time. The grass gets cut once a month, and the place has roaches. The pool gets cleaned once a season, work out room equiptment is disgusting. Save yourself hundreds and look anywhere else, because this is the most expensive place to live in the area, and the apartments are a joke. Shame on the owners of this establishment for being high class slum Lords. PLEASE DONT GIVE PEOPLE THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN BUISNESS.

The staff are always very friendly when you need something and the office is welcoming. Maintenance guys are awesome and very knowledgeable.

O.K. but pricey for apartments where you can hear your neighbors arguing.

I lived here for one year by myself and loved it. For starters, the complex is located right off I-24 which was a great advantage for someone always traveling between Kentucky/Tennessee. The staff were on the top of their game, always responsive and hospitable. Maintenance repsonded to requests within one business day. I accidently broke part of the blinds and they responded the next day with a new set, free of charge. The apartment I stayed in was adjacent to the pool and clubhouse, so the short walk to the gym/pool was another bonus. The only negative thing I would have to say about AW is that there is no community laundry room. Each room comes with laundry hook-ups but you would have to either rent a washer/dryer (~$30/month) or bring your own. It was not a huge deal, as there are plenty of coin laundry mats within 10 miles. The convenient location, great value, responsive maintenance staff, quality of ammenities, and quiet atmosphere within each room, make Autumn Winds a great place to live!

Awesome leasing office staff and professional maint. crew. Been here since August and am renewing my lease. Its super close to everything in town, cant beat the location. Only down fall is its a little pricy, but the move in specials are a steal for what you get!

Had a brief stay here, but they were really kind and professional with everything! Highly recommended!

I love living here. My husband and I are minutes from both of our jobs and we love coming home to our apartment here at Autumn Winds. We get alot of use out of the pool and their fitness center. I would defintely reccomend living here. Great place to call home.

This place cons you out of your damn money! I just moved out July 27th, and I already have my bill for move out. Let me just say $355.00 for a dirty apartment! I paid a profession to come clean my house before I moved out! And $60 for two blinds I can buy at Walmart for $10?! And carpet damage maybe if matinace would get off their ass and actually try to resolve a problem there wouldnt be damage from rain!they also said we still owe them $118.00 last months rent... It was paid in full upfront theyre bullshitting. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here! Theyre overly priced and they dont even have update appliances.
