Came on a Saturday late and got our AC unit going temporarily until they got part, which was under warranty. They came back Tuesday morning and installed the correct part. Very courteous and helpful at all times.

They were fast, professional. Even texted a picture of the serviceman so I would know who to expect. Fixed what needed to be fixed without an enormous bill or trying to sell me a new unit. We were very impressed and will definitely use them again!

Wonderful experience! Brad Greathouse came out initially to inspect and tell my mom what was wrong with her current unit. She didn’t really understand what was going on or how to relay the information to me...or the estimate. He took the time to speak with me on the phone and explain what was needed. He was so professional, patient, gracious and understanding of our situation. Next, the installation crew- so hard working and professional (per my mom). Wonderful work crew. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, hard working, courteous. They wanted to clean up after themselves but we refused to let them. They worked in the heat of the attic, so we wanted them to go home, cool off, and rest. They deserved it.

The service man called ahead arrived on time and did a great job with my semi-annual service. He asked multiple times if there were any questions he could answer and he left my home clean and tidy in those areas in which he worked. I don’t know how the prices compare to other companies but it seemed fair and reasonable to me. Very satisfied would recommend highly.

My cool air on my a/c unit went out last night. I called this morning. The lady that answer the phone was very nice. She said someone would be at my house sometime today. I received a call 2 hours later. Corey call 25 minutes before coming to my house. He fix my a/c unit problem in an hour. He was very professional. He kept me inform what he was doing. I have sign up for them to maintenance my a/c unit. Corey explain to me in detail what their maintenance of the unit entails. They charge me 79 dollars for a diagnostic but since they repaired the unit, and installed a new thermostatic it was waived. That was nice. Because I called another heating and air place, and they wanted 99 dollars just to guaranty that I would have schedule appointment.

They are great! Got to me quickly, answered all of my questions, friendly and well priced.

Thankfully, I got a second opinion. Your technician, Corey, came out a few months ago and did a cleaning. My unit desperately needed it and ran great until last week. We told him the breaker kept tripping and that we had water in the floor. We gave him a lot of detail. He came out and told us that it was most likely the evaporator coil and that he would have to remove the unit to get to it. He quoted us for $1800. He also put some algae strips in the pan and tried to shop vac the drain but didn’t get anything out. My husband was with him the whole time and never saw him place the strips in the pan. The unit then went out completely the next day and we called a friend for a 2nd opinion. This other company diagnosed the issue on the phone without even having to see it based off my description, the same one I gave aire Serv. The other gentlemen came out, checked the fan motor, and saw it was bad. He fixed it the next day and then checked the drain and it was completely clogged. He fixed that too. The clog resulted in the water everywhere, which caused the fan motor to short circuit. If the drain was cleared during my cleaning with aire serv then none of this would’ve happened. I’m glad I didn’t use your company or I would’ve been out a lot more than $1800 when he realized that was not the issue. Sounds like your company needs to train their employees better.

They were courteous, professional and prompt. I have no complaints other than there was small bits debris left that I had to rake up.

I will share my experience. New house construction in 2014. Theyve serviced the HVAC for 7 years now (back when they were Mortons, now bought out by Aire Serv). Condenser replaced in 2019. On July 20, 2021 I called at about 4:30 pm that the unit wasnt working. They were at the house in less than an hour. Diagnosed a failed compressor fan. By the morning of July 21 they called to give me 2 quotes: universal replacement fan (in stock) or the original equipment (could take 3-5 days.) I opted for the universal. They were out that afternoon and replaced the fan. I paid for the service. I researched that the parts warranty on most HVACs is 10 years for the original owner. I would expect the business to know this, have this information on file. So I called Aire Serv-I was told that I only had a 5 year parts warranty. But odd thing is, I had contacted the HVAC manufacturer, researched by serial number and confirmed 10 year warranty. Now-the only way to make a warranty claim is for the technician/repair company to file a claim within 90-days, and then the repair company is reimbursed and so is the owner. Aire Serv said theyd call me back. So-I am covered for 10 years - they refunded the cost of the universal and said theyd let me keep the motor until the OEM arrived. So-July 27 they come out to remove the universal and replace it with the OEM. But-guess what? The fan didnt work (the universal was working just fine) because the circuit board was bad. Really? What a coincidence that it fails during remove and replace service call. So-now the circuit board is covered, but not the labor/service call. The board arrived on July 28, and I was charged for service call to replace the circuit board. Something isnt right here. Aire Serv (then Mortons) shouldve known the warranty-even for the condenser replacement in 2019. They shouldve known this time for the compressor fan. And Ill let you make your own judgement on the circuit board. They failed to meet my expectations. I will be looking for a new company to perform the spring and fall tune up services.

I hired Morton Mechanical to simply change an HVAC duct from flex to rigid metal and move it approximately 18 in the garage. The techs did a terrible job; they only replaced a partial section of it and become rude when I told them the work was unacceptable and would not pass codes, as the building inspector required. I complained to AireServe (parent company) and allowed them to return on the condition they would send different, more competent service technicians. After I waited two weeks, they sent the same tech. Again, I called and the manager replied the techs would leave and never return to my property (to finish the job).

Great customer service and great attention to detail. Originally we had our home warranty company that was covered for a year when purchasing our new house. They send someone out twice who never really looked at your unit hard enough to find the problem...they just point and said, Yep that the problem, without looking any further. So we called Morton AireServ when our air still wasnt working properly! We used them to service and install our old ac unit at our previous home. We receive excellent care then and now! The tech was able to determine the problem almost immediately and now our air is working great! They even called to let us know that the tech is running behind (due to our now need for a certain time frame they couldnt come before) instead of just leaving us wondering when someone would show up. Sadly my heater stopped working the other day and my previous service provider was unavailable to even assess my heater for another 2 days since it happened on a weekend. I stumbled across Aire Serv of CLarksville in a google search and gave them a call. They were very friendly and had a technician out within an hour of the call. The technician was very friendly and informative. He found the problem and ordered the replacement part that day. Replacement part came in quickly and replaced with no issues. Now I’m back to enjoying my heat again. I am so glad I took the chance and gave them a call instead of waiting on the other company. I think I would still be without heat if I had. In the future, they will now my first call.

Aire Serv has consistantly given us wonderful service, and helped us keep our unit working at its best. This past Summer it stopped working on a weekend when the tempretures were in the upper 90s and they were able to come help us the next day.

Brad came in and evaluated my home with a measurement laser light. He recommended the perfect Air Conditioning unit for my home. Very Affordable!. A day or so later, they were here and installed it.I noticed later, I saw a small problem with the ducting that attached to the house. The Service Manager came out the next day with his techs, replaced the entire Ducting to the house and made it right. He said if its not perfect, he will make it perfect! Great Job, great response. He is like me. Kept changing parts. Charged me $1,400 and still AC wasnt working. Hired a different company and they had my AC repaired quickly. Problem ended up being a safety switch, easy to replace for $125. Ill never do business with this company again.

AireServ of Clarksville installed a gas package unit in our home. We are very pleased with the results. The intial consultation as well as the installation was very professional and straightforward. Questions I had after the consultation were answered in a timely manner. The weather forecast called for 90% chance of rain on the scheduled day of install. I was certain they would reschedule my installation however the guys showed up at 8:00 am in the rain and completed the job as scheduled. That showed me what type of company I hired. A company that would do what we agreed upon no matter what. Some things you cant put a price on and thats Your Word. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling services.
