I was the only customer in the store. The clerk greeted me when I came in the door. She was all business. I quickly paid my monthly bill an left. The clerk told me to have a nice day.

Do not ever ever go to the boost store by Walmart purchased a phone $135.00 didnt get a receipt was told it wasnt working well I wasnt happy with the phone wanted to return it was told no even though I got a receipt finally and I was within the 7 day policy period I was even still going to purchase a phone from them and an even more expensive one well still couldnt return it this man Nicharthe managerjust changes boost mobile companies policy!!!!

Great customer service. Never had a bad experience there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible service. Asked for a receipt for over 600 hundred dollar purchase and got a sticky note with amount on it.

Store owner is a scam artist. Buyer beware! Will sell you a defective phone and not do anything about it even if its within 7 days of purchase. Boost mobile will allow him to continue to rip off customers and do nothing about being stuck with a phone cant even use.

Bought my iPhone 7 Plus there. The lady was so sweet! I am very happy with my purchase. No other retailers in my area carried what I needed except them. I am very happy with the service! The lady was very knowledgeable about saving me money and helping my service.

My family and I stopped in to switch over and the woman working was absolutely charming. She answerd every question we had and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She spent hours on the phone with our previous providers with a smile on her face while taking care of other customers in between in a timely manner. I strongly recommend you stop in and see for yourself.

Ive had service with boost for almost 2 yrs now. The ppl there are very helpful, and gave me a really good deal on phones and phone cases and other stuff for my 2 sons birthdays. They put a smile on both of their faces. They are always nice and welcoming when I walk through the stores door to make a payment. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I went in and not only bought a new phone at a good price but was able to switch from T-Mobile to Boost with no problem. I actually decided to go to this store because I follow one of the workers on FB and always followed his posts on the deals they had and I will say the customer service was just what I had hoped! I will definitely be back in and thank you so much for you help!!

Very unprofessional. My fiance and I went to try and get new phones for the two of us.. The lady was very nice but her husband ignored the fact she needed help with their kids to be able to speak to us. He sat staring at his phone while she tried to hear us over her screaming children. Although we have a child ourselves and understand the struggle, we ended up walking out because she couldnt hear us and vice versa.

Asked for a iphone se new sercice .was asked if i have other service which makes no difference. Then was told $159 for a 5 s and i asked for a se thats on sale for $99 . Then was told only have 5 s for $159 again what is the deal go in to a boost store that looks like a head shop and only had one employee. Totaly disappointed. By the lack of proper sercice.
