Trey was absolutely AMAZING, I never seen one individual multi-task so well. He was the only one in the store and had a full store of customers and was very professional and having a good time with all his customers... we was in the store for hour or so and it was well worth the wait he did AMAZING job.. Verizon really has a STAR..

Noah did a great job. Our first visit was on a Tuesday evening the was unexpectedly busy. He handled multiple customers and completed our new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra set up. Problems with the store wi-fi preventing us from using Smart Switch in store(Spectrum outage, not a Verizon issue). He made an appointment to help us before we left for a week long vacation. At our appointment we picked out Samsung Gear watches to pick up later. Noah was patient with our questions and double checked all our discounts and promotions as requested. Thanks for a great tech experience!

If I could give them a 10 I would! I worked with the manager And she was such a great help! Going to Verizon wasn’t supposed to be the highlight of my Saturday but they made sure it was!! Do not go here to get any additions or upgrades if you are a Verizon customer. Although this company is a retailer that is aloud to make changes to your bill (per Verizon) Verizon cannot change any of the mistakes made to your account on their behalf. Ive paid twice for a phone they entered as an incorrect phone. I never received the promotion that I followed all guidelines to receive and after phone calls with Verizon and this company nothing was done to fix it. Im just stuck with $100 increase to my bill They claimed I would see charges come off that have and will never happen and no one could fix or change anything. I would find an actual VERIZON Store so you could skip all of the inconvenience that comes with dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. Ive been a Verizon customer for almost 10 years and have never had an issue until using a retailer like this one!!

Stopped in to trade on an old phone. Josh the store manager helped us and he was hands down THE best rep I’ve ever worked with! Very knowledgeable without pushing into the newest phone and cared about what we needed in the functionality of the phone. Great experience! Thanks Josh! The other employees were super professional and sweet while we were there so personable!

I have had very good treatment after this store. All the gentleman and ladies have always treated me with respect. They have always respected my feelings and helped me with every thing I needed. From helping me picking out phones to phone cases. So Im very pleased with them for they work very hard to pls their customers. Im one of these ladies that has to have her phone protector on perfect without spots it bubbles on the screen, so they have worked 15mins before to make sure Im happy. So I will always stay with Verizon 😊👍

Last year I went in and asked for iPhone 6,7,&8 and all were out of stock. They then said the phone plan I wanted was not available. I immediately went to the Grove City location and purchased the iPhone 8 with the exact phone plan I wanted (which Circleville said did not exist). Today my husband and I went back due to my phone breaking. I informed the store attendant that I have insurance through Verizon, or at least that when I purchased the device I asked for insurance. He confirmed that I did have insurance and gave me directions on how to file the claim. When I got home I typed the website he gave me, which was some sketchy sales website. When I found the correct website I filed a claim, which the store attendant assured me would give me a new phone or a phone repair. My claim was quickly denied and I was told that I do NOT have insurance (as I was led to believe that I did). I spoke with customer service for both the insurance and Verizon and discovered that the store employee had mislead me. I called the store back to let him know that I do not have insurance -- at this point I found out that he KNEW I did not have insurance and tried to add it onto my account to cover Verizons butt before I found out. He was also rude during the call and wanted me to come back to the store.

I really think the woman who waited on me yesterday should get a pay increase. At least enough so she can buy a personality. She was cold and rude, but I think thats a job requirement for Verizon counter persons.

Ive made 2 trips into this store. The first time I was distracted and stressed because Id dropped and broken my business phone. Although I was treated nicely by the salesman, I was completely taken advantage of. I realized that when I got home that night. I was furious. I gave the store a 2 star review for that visit, mostly because I liked the phone I got.I returned to the store a week later, ready for a fight. The store manager was there and I began explaining what happened. A man walked up who overheard what was being said. He was the district manager. Hed read my Google review and had some idea of who I was. He eventually took over the situation and did everything possible to make it right. I appreciate that. Unfortunately, at this point nothing can make it entirely right for me. I just want to be able to buy a freakin phone without having to be on guard. I will be unlikely to go in there again. This doesnt mean you shouldnt.If you do decide to shop there you could have a much better experience. But, I think its wise to remember that not all people are going to do the right thing. Keep in mind that you are dealing with salesmen and that theres always the chance that you got the wrong salesperson, one who will recognize your vulnerabilities and exploit them. However, this is true anywhere you go where people work in sales. It is worth noting that while I was working with the district manager I overheard the manager selling a woman a perfectly appropriate cheaper phone. He could have easily done to her what was done to me, but he didnt. He did the right thing.So, it was basically me hitting the wrong guy on the wrong day the first time, and the right guy on the right day the second time.

The store is very was very clean . The staff was very knowledgeable and nice. I would recommend stopping in to let them help you.

I lost my phone at the Pumpkin Shownd I thought I lost all my pictures. My process started with Harriet at 1 800 Verizon she was so helpful and was very kind and calmed my fears of someone getting any info from my phone, she was so nice and immediately suspended my service. My next process was the Circleville Verizon. I cant say enough kind things about Adam, Nick and Caleb. They were very personable, explained differences in the phones and Adam said if possible he would do his best to get my pictures back. Not only did he get everything ready on the phone for me but he also got my contacts and pictures. They certainly are great representatives for Verizon. Words cannot express my gratitude to these 3 young men. Thank You again guys ..You deserve raises and so does Harriet!

Came through while I was in town to check on how to make my bill more affordable while adding a line. Spoke with Adam and he helped me by taking the time to show me some of their promotions. No representative has ever taken the time to do this before so I will not go to any corporate locations anymore. And if you are not on the go advantage program, youre doing it wrong. It will totally save your phone

I arrived on a Friday close to closing time and Tyler stayed over to help me. My old phone was freezing and I need it for work. Tyler Cruz did a wonderful job assisting me as I am technology challenged. 2 thumbs up :) I definitely will be back.

Have been helped by Stefan several times. Once when I was going round and round about a Hot Spot he talked to me about all the different options with buying the hot spot or turning my phone into one. Has always been very friendly and always offering alternatives to try and save me and my family money on plans and phones. Its nice to see a company actually care about people instead of the bottom dollar at the end of the day.

On August 19th I went into the store to get a replacement phone since I pretty much destroyed my current phone well before my contract was up. I walked out with the Note 7. This is my second phone from this store and both times I was in and out with all my questions answered and a product I liked. My wife also upgraded her phone a couple months ago, and she was very pleased with the service and quickness. Unlike other stores we have visited in the past, no one tried to sell us more than we wanted and they even followed up days later to make sure we were still satisfied with our purchases. Very disappointing. My husband just bought a new phone about 3 weeks ago from this store. It was supposed to be very difficult to break, he has insurance on it, its less than a month old, and its a pretty expensive phone. Well the speaker apparently got a hole in it. He took it in today to see about getting it fixed or replaced and he was basically told tough luck. Now he has an expensive practically new phone that he can barely hear people on and this store refused to help him at all. Its very disappointing that you go in here and spend your hard earned money and then they refuse to stand behind their products that they claim as indestructible. I wouldnt recommend wasting your money here.
