I had a wonderful experience today getting the new iPhone 13! Stephanie, the manager, did an outstanding job at assisting me and making this a smooth process! 10/10 recommend!!!

Went to switch from Verizon to the Firstnet wireless. I called and spoke to Stephanie to check on hours. When I arrived I was greated by Caitlin and Stephanie. I understand that Caitlin has only been there 3 days, but she and Stephanie were both great and very helpful. Not to mention that I saved a bunch of money by switching! Recommend them both!

I had the pleasure of going to this store twice this week one for help setting up my phone and the second for setting up my phone to pair to my vehicle. While I was there I had meet the store manager Stephanie she was so knowledgeable of her job and extremely helpful and I really appreciated her taking her time to help me out so if you in the area and need an AT&T store look for Stephanie she’s the best now I know why she’s the manager thank you Stephanie for your help and being the best part of AT&T :)

I pulled in at 5:30pm...c0vid hours are apparently until 6pm. The store is closed. There is no one inside. I just got talked into switching to ATT at a Target...and that salesman lied about the phone and cost! Seems to me, Im making the right decision returning the new phone and CANCELLING my account!!! Terrible service!

Ordered new phone from the Circleville AT&T around 10:00am. By Noon I received an e-mail stating phone was ready for pickup. After a 30 minute drive to location, there was a hand written sign on the door saying “out to lunch, be back at 3:20”. After killing 2 1/2 hrs, I arrived back at store. Sign was still on door. After 4:00pm, a female worker pulls up and opens door. Not once did she apologize for being late. I have never seen a business close for lunch on a Saturday from Noon until 4, when the store closes at 6pm. Store itself was dirty and not organized. I would avoid doing business with this location if at all possible. 1/2 Star.

Im giving mixed reviews here. Stephanie was great. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, she was the only person scheduled and the place is backed up with customers. Not sure if they need to hire more people or just schedule more people.

Went in very unexpectedly with a buddy, Stephanie helped me out. She was very helpful with everything getting it all set up even down to putting screen protectors on. Great Customer service 10/10 would most definitely recommend coming here for anyone looking or just needing help!.

Left work early to visit this store before they close at 6 bc of Covid hoursI arrive shortly after 5.20pm and found the store was locked up and no one inside and clearly closed for the day.What kind of retail business closes almost an hour early for no reasonI deff would not recommend going to this store

Stephanie was so nice & helpful! My mom and I came in the upgrade her iPhone X and give me a new line. We both came in wanting iPhone 11’s, assuming it was going to take hours but it was quick and painless! (Other than the spending a small fortune there.) She was so fun to talk to and joked/laughed with us and the other customer in the store while staying professional. Definitely will come back whenever she’s in.

The sales person was the best!!

Stephanie helped my family with a huge phone problem. She worked with us for an hour fixing a situation that was supposed to be handled correctly by the phone salesperson but it was not. She was very helpful and conscientious of the amount of time we had because we had to move our daughters into college the same day.

Drastically needed a car phone charger...pulled in and they were closed!!! But Stephenie was nice enough to open 20 minutes early so i could get on my way. Without that charger, my phone would have died, and I would have gotten lost. Thanks again Stephenie!!!!

I love AT&T, but the service my family and I had at this authorized retailer was horrendous. Dj, which is the store manager of this AT&T authorized retailer, that tried to help us. If we had not had Dj, I think that it would have been a better experience. But only one person was working at that time; it was Dj. Typically the workers at this AT&T authorized retailer are outstanding and always have smiles on their faces. But Dj, the store manager, was rude was not willing to help my family and me out with creating a new account. The store also stunk, and there were boxes everywhere. But I know that everyone has bad days, but the stores smell and overall look was gross. I know for a fact that if I went to the Chillicothe, AT&T would have helped and made it right. But the AT&T authorized retailer in Circleville is a lot closer for my family and me to travel to.If you are looking into switching to AT&T, I will do it! Just travel the extra time to AT&T in Chillicothe, Ohio. The service is fantastic, and they are always willing to help!

Talk about a customer service experience Jared was like an AT&T wizard waving his wand and creating magic when it came to getting me their best rate plan at a discounted price and HBO max for free! Then Jimmy and Stephanie came galloping up like majestical unicorns and helped him show me how cool At&tTV was and how much money it could save me compared to the Cruella of entertainment also known as Spectrum!! Eeewww!!! These is the only place I’ll shop at EVER again!!

Went to Circleville Ohio AT&T today. DJis an exceptional employee. He went beyond helping me. I had been to the Chillicothe store earlier today but left unsatisfied so drove to Circleville. DJ acted like he cared and helped me so much. Wish all employees was like him!!!

While the customer rep was friendly during the sale, the tone completely changed when there was an issue. I was supposed to receive my device on Wednesday the 3rd or or Thursday the 4th. I decided to go back in the store on the 4th when I found out via the tracker I was not going to get it tillIat least the 8th. No attempt was made to help me in the slightest. They gave me a number to call knowing I had no phone. Really disappointed that no one was willing to help with the matter and was only given a sorry as a response.
