I appreciate their returning my call. Two other companies did not, one of which I spoke with for info and called them again the next day to book service but got no call back, and tried their website to book and that failed. Redbox was helpful and able to place dumpster even closer than we anticipated.

Great, excellent customer service! I had called around all day to find the best price , Here !!They never once continuously called me like the other places did , to get my business. Friendly staff, to the point , I know them on first name basis. Chris and Kyle were very easy to talk to and I was able to explain my needs ! We had a problem with the location of the dumpster, because I was not there when it was delivered. That problem was no problem and fixed within an hour ! They sent a nice, friendly, handsome driver out ( I’m married😊) to move the dumpster. If you’re on the fence about who to choose, I’d say you won’t go wrong with Redbox+, and I’ve been in business for over 20 years , so I know good customer service !!Blessings 2021

Absolutely great company. When I called or text for pick up, they were there the next day. Needed a dumpster picked up, but also another dropped off and they were able to do both in under 30 minutes.If you need an affordable dumpster for clean ups, this is the company to use.

My experience with Redbox+ of Cincinnati was excellent all the way around. Great price compared to competitors, very professional in their communications, and drop-off / pick-up was a breeze. Our home is located on a private drive 17 wide, and then our driveway is 90 degrees from that. Dave, the driver handled maneuvering the dumpster into our driveway with amazing precision. Not a single tire on the grass! Thanks Redbox for the excellent service.

My experience with Redbox Dumpster Rental was smooth and they were able to beat everyone elses price by a pretty good margin. They got the dumpster exactly where we wanted it.
