I love the pharmacy they always have my med ready and in stock at all times and the worker there are really nice talk. genova pharmacy is the best pharmacy ever i will not be going to any other pharmacy..

This place needs a makeover the overall visual isnt pretty.The staff is great and definitely made me feel comfortable but its getting past the visual to make it to the staff that was tough.

I would not personally recommend Gateway for people trying to get help but Deaconess health check with Brian Bell I would get 5 stars they are the most helpful doctors office around and the mental health part is very helpful also

They are so amazing! They do so much more that drug and alcohol help. I dont have an issue with either I just dont have mental health coverage and Talbert has been amazing to me over the last 2 years. My case manager Jincey is so amazing!

I’ve been with talbert house for many many years an when i first started i was a complete basket case. It took about 7 or 8 years an a lot of different meds but they never gave up on me an they finally found the right balance of meds i needed an thank you talbert house for hanging in there with me all these years an i’m finally at peace with myself an it’s been almost 30 years now thank you all of you at talbert house

The doctor was very professional, and seemed to care. The counselors however... well at least mine was not very knowledgeable or helpful. I could have gotten better advice from a 1 900 psychic reading line.🤣 even if youre on time for your appointments youll usually end up waiting at least a half hour.

I walked into the office a little late, after having left a confidential voicemail to my therapist explaining my situation. After checking in and expecting the therapist to ask me to reschedule, I took my seat and waited. Only to overhear my therapist, the person Im supposed to open up to and trust, speaking rudely to the secretary about my CONFIDENTIAL voicemail. This is unacceptable.

This place sucks they gave me a therapist named Kai she spoke broken English didnt understand half of what I was saying I ended our first session early and demanded to see someone different after continuely calling and leaving several messages with her supervisor took her 5 days to finally return my call and gave me an appointment for 2 weeks later.And the office ladies very very unprofessional the whole place is. I took it upon myself to make an appointment with GCB got in next day very professional at front desk clean and friendly and the therapist was nice understood me I could understand her. Over all they offer more than Talbert house ever did an I was there for years. They have way more connects when it comes to housing and things like that. Go to GREATER CINCINNATI BEHAVIOR much better atomisfere than Talbert house they SUCK

This is such a process here. 2 weeks to wait until you receive medication, on top of nearly 3 hours of paperwork. Wow,I could overdose by then. Just saying.

They are infested with BEDBUGS they have an exterminator come every week to spray and their staff is messy and rude.

Its not the best place but when youre going through things bars drug rehab they try to help you and not criticize but its just another way of being in your business so if you have a problem definitely try to stop doing drugs
