Ive called last week no call back yet call today they picked up the phone and hung it up now Im waiting on Janet Brown to contact me.

I am going through a rough situation with my previous landlord. A friend recommending me to this organization after they helped her, and Janet has been very informative, nice, and timely in her responses. It is very much appreciated.

I spoke to two employees of HOME on the phone, and was very pleased with my experience. I was advised on my rights as a tenant in a clear and understandable way, and both people answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They were obviously knowledgeable about landlord-tenant law and knew the steps I needed to take to protect myself as a tenant. After receiving bad advice from Legal Aid that has been confirmed as wrong by 3 lawyers, I was very pleased to find this organization.

The woman assigned to work with me was very professional and very knowledgeable of landlord/tenant laws. She was extremely helpful is helping me with my issues as a tenant ad taught me things as well to prevent future occurrences! I am highly pleased with this service!

Latonya spring wasnt much help to me at all .I had a discrimination situation around 2016 with Cincy rents . I was told about this company and was told to call and seek help. If you look at the reviews for Cincy rents you will see others call out Misty for her unprofessional behavior towards tenants. We lived in a building where we wasnt welcomed plus it was scary haunted . This lady latonya called my landlord and called me back and basically victim shamed me. all of a sudden i had no credibility she was on the landlord side about her counter complaints. me and my fiance did our part in everything .we was just looking for a fair shot and latonya isnt here for helping tenants shes about covering up for crooked slum lords . She downed me and never called me back why do she have a job still

Highly recommended for everyone who are in need of equal housing opportunities, including foreigners. Latonya is a very nice and professional lady and I had a great relive after talking with her.

They are very helpful...I had a good relationship with LaTonya Springs from 2009....

They are very helpful when dealing with Landlord housing issues ..They just need to believe the people who call them for help more instead of the people youre calling to complain on...There could be more coming out to investigate also...
