My psychiatrist is horrible. She doesn’t listen to what I tell her, discredits my experiences with medication side effects, doesn’t call in refills, and has a rude disposition. Front staff are rude as well. Planning to switch somewhere else ASAP. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.

Great service from people who care. The help they provide with the Safe School Helpline is awesome. Helping kids and doing great things. Good people

I worked here and they have no concern or care for there EMPLOYEES, staff and clients. Underpaid and they do not care if you are discriminated against within there own facility .

You have doctors who every single month do NOT call in refills for mentally ill teenagers and then they go through withdraws. You have people calling to ask and the doctor still wont do it! She should loss her license!! This is insane

I was an employee around 2006 and worked under a culture of sexual harrasment at one of the residential locations. I contacted HR who referred me back to one of the perpetrators, it had hhappento others is my understanding and two co workers knew about cause I told them. It was a daily thing! One of the top operations managers a female even blew me off about it. Wish I knew then what I know now due to my youth fear backlash etc. and all these low lifes bring exposed, it stopped after I had to leave the job the perpetrator some how got my phone number called me after I no longer worked there and threatened my career?? really..this IS a true story its all in my book Im writing about my experiences and adverstites experienced at some of these prominent social service agencies in Cincinnati the need to be exposed.....

A family member cannot get his diabetes medicine, or his ibuprofen. Always told they will qet it for him in a few minutes but never do.

Bad service nurse are not professional and they do not return phone calls to patients nor to your pharmacist only out to get a dollar in there pocket bad customer service would not recommend
