I went to this place for the first time a couple months ago and had my hair cut and colored by a girl named Hannah Powell. I was super nervous because I have never colored my hair before. She was extremely sweet and understanding. I showed her my Pinterest inspiration and she absolutely nailed it. I ended up coming back and putting more color into it!! I already have another appointment with her to add more. I loved my experience with her so much that I asked her to do my hair for my wedding. I highly recommend this salon and Hannah, she took her time and made sure I was consistently happy and comfortable through out the whole process. I think I found my forever salon and hair dresser!

The best haircut I’ve had in years! They were meticulous with the wash, and did great layers and thinning out (which is rare to find because no one seems to believe just how much hair I have). They also curled my hair at the end, all for just $35. I’m only here for work but I wish I could come back! Next time I’m around, I absolutely will.

I recently had a massage, facial, pedicure, and manicure. They were all exceptional with well qualified and professional employees. It was beyond wonderful. Highly recommend this spa I will return

Came in looking bad and left looking worse. They would not give me the haircut I asked for because they didn’t think I was sure of what I wanted because I was pregnant??? Wanted to be blonde and my hair looked the exact same color when I left. They said they did a color correction but that wasn’t true because I had a color correction done the week prior. My hair is still brown and my haircut was not the haircut I wanted. The manager with long blonde hair was EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Tried to say that my hair looked great just so I would pay and get out of the salon and had a smart attitude with me the whole time, I still ended up paying 96$ for something I could have done myself. There was no color service done because the color looks the exact same and the haircut was not done the way I asked or wanted. I do not recommend this place at all.

Last weekend I had my hair done at Paragon salon by Tina Marie. She did a beautiful job and I was with happy with the result. Salon is very clean . The staff are very cooperative and kind. I highly recommend them.

I returned to Paragon after many years for my hair cut and color. Stephanie was my stylist. Absolutely loved what she did for me. I will be back!!!

What an unprofessional place, my girlfriend who is a very passive person had a huge problem here. She had never been before and called to make her appointment, she told the person what she wanted (to lighten her hair) and the person said that it would be an appointment for coloring her hair. When she arrived she was told very rudely by the stylist that the type of appointment she made was only where she could darken her hair. She then had to show pictures to the stylist of what she wanted and was told that her hair already looked like that and she couldn’t help her. They offered absolutely no resolution and just said they couldn’t help.She has never had such a negative experience at a hair salon and I’m amazed this place gets repeat customers if this is how they treat new people who want to change their salon.If you’re looking for a new salon I would recommend staying away because there’s a high chance you show up and they can’t give you what you want for some reason and they will have wasted your time.

The day before my daughters wedding my one gel nail broke. I am staying at the beautiful Netherland hotel so I went down to the salon to ask them for help with a repair. The women at the front desk LIED and said they don’t do gel mani cat this salon. Way to help out someone in need . A mother of the bride is going through enough the day before her only daughters wedding. I will never use their services .

Great place. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Holly is an amazing hairstylist and Stacey does a great job on nails brows, make up and waxings etc. I highly recommend this place

My mother (lives out of town) & I went to Paragon (downtown) for my wedding pedicures. We both ended up with toe nail fungus (neither of us have had a fungus or athletes foot before + had no other overlapping activities with our toenails so we’re positive we got it here). I’m sharing because this is more than a hassle or inconvenience, we both have to take oral medicine that requires frequent blood tests and a dr to monitor for 3-6 mo. so pretty scary & felt the need to share.
