Went here to get my fingerprints done for a job, and I had made an appointment online. I went in early before my appointment time, and the very nice guy, Josh, at the counter took my fingerprints without hesitation. The process was seemless and the customer service was excellent. If you need fingerprints done or a package sent, this is your place!!!!

Went in for employment ID verification. The young lady working was knowledgeable, quickly and friendly. The business was nothing to speak of in looks but offers Amazon pick up, mail services and photo/slides to digital services... Which Ill be coming back for.

I had to ship a package and get fingerprinting done for a job I was applying for and I was blown away by the friendliness and efficiency at the Village Post! All my questions were answered and I left feeling fully helped and satisfied. Even though this business is further from my house than other shipping locations, I will keep coming back to the Village Post because of the exceptional service! Thank you!

Terrible customer service. I want to support local businesses, but I will not be returning here. I needed to ship a laptop and I had the shipping label. Just needed a FedEx box. The man working took my laptop and put bubble wrap around it (never said there would be a charge) and brought it back out since there was extra room in the box. A new worker came to the computer, I assume the owner, to ring out the order and tried charging $5 for bubble wrap around a laptop. This was work related and I asked if they could bill the account that created the label. When he said no, I said okay, I’ll ship it without the bubble wrap. He proceeded to take the laptop out and told me to go somewhere else to ship it. And how do I expect him to make any money if he doesn’t charge. I went to FedEx and they gave me a free laptop specific box and I went on my way with no issues.

I have been using the The Village Post in Newtown for all my mailing services for the last few months. I will never go back to USPS! Their service is top notch. Mark and Bill are very friendly and will get to know you on a first name basis. They have a wide variety of services and I have been very pleased renting an address from them!

We were looking for someone to take an international passport photo on New Years Eve (not able to take off work easily) since we had the day off. The Village Post was not only open normal business hours but Mark went above and beyond by calling his support team to figure out if he had the capacity to take a passport photo for the exact dimensions that we needed. Thanks to him we got the passport photo that we needed and had been putting off for a couple months. Cant recommend the Village Post enough. Unfortunately passport photos arent something you need very often and we wish we had more business to give them! The best we can do is give them an awesome review. Thanks again.
