Big inconvenience when they don’t update their hours of operation. The hours changed May 1st and it’s almost August!!! Very upset 😠

Rude employees and terrible service every single time. Ill happily drive an extra 10 minutes to ship anything from now on.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Terrible service! Kelly has an awful attitude that permeates the entire store and is reflected in the attitude of the other employees. They refuse to mask and when I called to ask about masking, I was told, What does it matter? Take your business somewhere else. Just stay home and dont come to our store! Incredibly rude and inconsiderate of the public.

I seriously could not believe how insanely rude this woman was. I came in to drop something off, and she said she was already closed since it was after 5:00. It wasnt. Then she started raised-voice yelling at me saying she had work to do - even though she was walking out the door as I was walking up to the place.This experience gave me no confidence that she or the business was capable handling a simple drop off, so I told her I wanted it back. She at first refused, even though it was still in her hand and we were still in the doorway. I repeated I wanted it back and she threw it at me and said ok fine - bye!I wish negative stars were possible.

NO STARS! The girl, oops, forgot to scan a UPS label on a large, valuable box...hence no tracking and it never got delivered! Someone is having a nice Christmas.Tried to call & no answer, also cant leave a message! Tried to email with no response! They open late & I work. Any suggestions?

Kelly whom runs the business for Mike(owner) is awful at customer service. One of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Seems like she is on another planet everytime I talk to her. She forgets to order products, when they are out and then when you call to inquire to see if they are in yet, she tells me, Ive spoke to Mike and ordering your card board in is not at the top of my priority list. I have also spoke to Mike and he has my/Kellys backing!An absolutely horrible job by the owner here as well. Completely surprised by his actions!Not a care in the world to follow up with the customer and inform the manufacturer is out.I asked for Mikes contact Info to address the issues with him and she starts cursing at me.I definitely wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone.Box Place on Colerain Ave is a much better option.

The worst place ever. Dropped off an overnight delivery at 1130 AM on a Friday so it’ll be delivered Monday morning. They never handed off the letter to fedex. When I called to ask about the letter, they told us we must’ve dropped off after 5PM. Never again. Can’t believe they’re still in business

Extremely nice staff and clean storefront. However, Ive gone here several times to get quotes on shipping things and their prices are extremely high. On each occasion, they told me that shipping by USPS would be much higher. NOT TRUE. In fact, they tried to show me a screen which showed prices for USPS and UPS.When I went to the USPS store, my shipping cost was much lower than what they tried to tell me. Either their shipping documents are old and outdated, or they are lying to get business.If you need to ship something, I would suggest skipping this place and go to a dedicated USPS or UPS location.[UPDATE 8/7/2014]: Received an email reply from (owner?) trying to justify their actions. Said all third party shippers quote higher prices to justify the overhead costs of running their business. What a joke.

Website say passport photos are offered. Went to the store. We dont do them. If you need a passport photo, dont try here. Fix your website PostalAnnex+.
