I had an item to return to the sender. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Basically all I needed to do was to hand off the item and return/shipping label and the employees packaged everything up for me. I was out the door in no time. First-rate service!

I have had a mailbox at this location for both my business and personal needs. The store is very well run, and the manager Misty is great. She will always greet you with a big smile and take the time to help with whatever shipping solution you need whether is shipping something fragile or trying to figure out a confusing return policy. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They also offer a notary service which is super convenient.

Although I have UPS stores closer to my home, I try to frequent this store solely. I am always greeted with a pleasant and friendly hello. The wait time is always minimal and a sincere apology is always given if there is a wait. Misty and her crew provide nothing but A++++ service.

The agent who accept my package was friendly and helpful and confirmed the delivery date. The package was mailed over the weekend via 2 day delivery and sat in the facility and did not process until the weekday. Then it arrived late! I called UPS customer service and there it nothing they can do because they have suspended refunds. I have not had the experience of a package not arriving at the stated date especially with premium payment for faster delivery. Very disappointed. Beware your package may not arrive at the stated time this season!

I live within a block of the Blue Ash UPS and refuse to step foot in the store. Instead, I drive my packages to this location. You couldn’t ask for better customer service! They smile, treat you with kindness, tape packages for free, and are more than accommodating... while this seems basic, this is not the experience you will get with the UPS in Blue Ash. Thank you to the wonderful workers at this location for being so amazing!

Shipping packages is definitely BETTER HERE. The store is clean, and the staff is just incredible. Theres friendly chit chat, and Misty the store manager is amazing!!! This UPS store actually strives to help every customer. I normally go there to print out forms, and also to ship. Every time I see the store manager or any other employee actually helping other customers which is becoming more rare - unfortunately. We just moved to town from out of state, so virtually everything we own is in boxes...including our printer. I explained I have a prepaid retail return, but wasn’t able to print the label at home and would it be okay to print it here? The response? We can, but the owner charges $3.99 to print a label. What!? The shipping is less than the cost to print the label. Thanks for the warm welcome into town - don’t expect us back.

Ive been in and out of this UPS often in the last week with many Amazon returns and they have been so kind and patient scanning my phone for each one (of like 20 packages!). Misty is the person you want to see to brighten up your day! Shes so cheerful and welcoming even at their earliest hours helping you complete a mundane errand. I highly recommend this location!

What makes this ups special is Misty, shes been there 17 yrs and is super knowledgeable and helpful! Usually no to short wait, i have used this store for shipments and notary services though they do offer all the normal ups services like postal boxes, copies, etc. I find UPS overall offers fewer things than FedEx (at least for international shipping) - that is nothing related to this particular location (which is great) but rather overall ups services which is why i dont knock down the rating.

I had to make some returns and don’t have a printer for the required return labels. I called ahead to see if they could print the labels for me at the store, and was told they can, but the usual policy is $3.99 per label.When I got into the store, an associate opened the door for me (my hands were very full). I was greeted by another associate, with whom I spoke on the phone. The kind woman promptly attended to me, and even offered to waive the usual $3.99 for a label. A surprisingly pleasant errand!

Oh my goodness… Customer service is not dead! Misty was incredibly helpful and friendly...Especially after having worked here 17 years and only missing 2 days ever. This woman deserves an award for her dedication, tender heart and friendly smile...No doubt about it.

I normally go to the blue ash UPS store since it is the closest to my house but I recently found myself in Kenwood and saw the UPS store there and decided to stop. The store was actually very busy but the staff was so on top of it I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was out of there in no time and really felt good about leaving my package with them. Even though the store was busy they were very efficient. The managers name was Misty and she was amazing. I watched her manage to make a connection with every customer she talked to and I really felt like my business was so much appreciated by her and the other staff member working. I will be coming back to the kenwood one from now on.

This is location is close to my home so i have used it a few times. So i have a couple issues with UPS and this location...1) I always print my postage online using paypals shipping calculator. It can accurately quote USPS shipping however UPS always increases their rate after i purchase the postage. Normally it amounts to 5-10 extra dollars. Which on the RARE occasion UPS is cheaper than USPS i take that into consideration (sadly). I created a UPS account, talked to customer care, and linked it up with paypal yet their service continues this bate in switch tactic.2) I believe this location also needlessly charges and adds to my postage. I had a package wrapped up and postage already printed. All they had to do was scan the package in and throw on a truck yet somehow nearly a week later i get an additional $12 charge with it claiming the package was not adequately boxed. I contacted the buyer whom received the item in good shape and still in the original packaging i shipped it in. USPS never has issues with my packages and Im regularly receiving feedback about how well my items are packaged. So to make a long story short, to ship an item i was originally quoted on at $25 ended up costing me $40 (dont forgot they tacked on a few extra bucks after i printed postage).UPS has totally disappointed me. The company and this store know they can just blindly charge your credit card and get away with it. When you open disputes on paypal they tend to side with UPS. My case was closed but its been escalated further. I also attempted to open a BBB case against this location but go figure you can not actually find this listed on their site even when searching for The UPS Store 1696 and plugging in their address.Not only am i pulling my private business but also all the shipping i do from my full time job. I think Ill look up Fedex next time.Its a sad day when you receive better service from the post office. Tell me again why UPS is in business?

Super friendly and quick staff!

Neither employee was busy, and yet they were so incredibly rude to me. Wouldnt even let me ask a question. I was told you were independentally owned, well let the francise owner you lost a customer today. Had a night and day experience at the UPS location on Cooper and Kenwood. I will drive the extra distance for the service I received there.
