I went to my first service, the service manager was by the car and didn’t believe it has clear protection film till he manually checked the inner edges!! It is simply a perfect job!Thank you

Our new cars finish was nearly destroyed when parked in a hotel parking lot adjacent to the train tracks. The car was covered with a hardened black tar substance all over the exterior and windshield. These good folks were able to remove the substance and underlying stains. It is back to looking good as new. Thanks for your prompt response and amazing work!

0 stars. If I were you, I would not trust taking a vehicle here. I took my brand new 1 of 11 GT350R here because I heard of all the great reviews etc. However, it was determined that this organization will lie straight to your face and try to hide something instead of working with you. I had my car in for full PPF and the original estimated time frame was one week. One week passes by, the team said that Paul (owner) was sick and will get to it next week since I requested him to work on it. Fair, I understand life happens. Keep in mind, I had to keep reaching out to receive an update on my car. They would never reach out to let me know where it stands. You would think with spending $6000 on PPF that would not be the case, or at least I know other organizations that would handle it differently. 2 weeks passes by, they say that they are still working on it. It’s now the 3rd week and east side said they would forsure have it back by the end of 3rd week. So I’m patiently waiting, very understanding customer (which I shouldn’t have been). When the day comes of when the car was supposed to be back to me, I reach out to see what time they were gonna be here. This is when they decided to tell me that the windshield cracked the day before and said the windshield wouldn’t be in until the following week. So I asked for the name of the company they’re looking to use to replace the windshield. I called the glass company and it turns out this happened earlier in the week and the glass company actually came out to eastside auto spa and Paul was trying to have some cheap glass put in the car (without my knowledge or permission) of which the glass company thankfully denied. I am thankful for this glass company because they basically tried to cover this up without me knowing and have something replaced on my car that I OWN without my permission. With this being said, after all of this eastside finally ordered an OEM glass from Ford since the first shady option didn’t work out. The glass company I chose charged double the labor of a regular car due to the rarity and time it was going to take being careful. Paul had Eric come out to my residence to confirm it took the amount of time that was listed on the labor estimate from the glass company.. All in all, this is not how to run a business. They are liars and will try to hide anything that they can. If they were just honest and told me the actual day it happening instead of trying to hide it, then we could of came up with a solution - things happen. But instead, they lied and looked to cover it up. I never like to leave negative reviews but this is for all of you car enthusiasts out there who are thinking of taking their car(s) here.

Ive been bringing my cars to Eric for close to 15 years for a reason. His eye for detail, quality, and professionalism is heads and shoulders above the competition. When Eric and Paul teamed up, I knew things would only get better and they did.Ive brought numerous high end cars to Eric and Paul over the years. Why 5 Stars? This is the place where other detailers take their cars to get detailed. Eastside Auto Spa corrected my paint, installed a clear bra, and ceramic coated the entire car. The clear bra is flawless and hard to see where it ends because Paul goes further than other shops by putting in the extra effort to make sure its perfect. This is a TOP notch shop with an extremely professional staff. A very welcoming place.

From purchase, all of our vehicles go straight from dealership to EAS for correction, ceramic, and clear bra. Oh, and maybe a set of wheels when necessary. My details range from brand new vehicles to original paint that is 26+ years old.Be Warned: NOT ALL DETAILS and DETAILERS are the same. If you are seeking the best of the best, this is your place. If detail means an automatic car wash, high level vacuum, this is NOT your place.

The level of talent and product knowledge is unsurpassed. Have had multiple vehicles done by Paul and his team and couldn’t be happier. The paint correction always comes out like glass, the coating work as described and the clear film has saved multiple hoods and bumpers. Haven’t used the enclosed transport but it’s a nice option when warranted. Definitely my go to for detailing in Cincinnati and surrounding areas.

I took my vintage 1848 Ford to the crew and it came back marvelous. The detail and sensitivity they had with my car was superior. There’s result is definitely worth the price point.

You need PPF or ceramic coating done these are the guys you need to call. I have had two vehicles done and the work is amazing. Highly recommend!!!!!

East side auto spa did a fantastic outstanding job on my 2020 dodge charger they did PPF film on the front of the car and they were very prompt and courteous picked my car up on a flatbed trailer took it to the facility brought it back spotlessly clean and did it in a very timely fashion

I have a long review as I have a lot of good things to say about Eastside Auto Spa, but if you were to read anything read this: Paul & Eastside Auto Spa are treasures in the auto detailing business. If you need anything from simple paint correction to full paint protection do yourself a favor and call them.After having an extremely poor experience with another local detail shop trying to get my car paint corrected, paint protection film (PPF) applied, and ceramic coating I was recommended Eastside Auto Spa through my mobile detailer.I emailed Eastside Auto Spa with my work request and Paul replied promptly, after hours at that! If that wasnt impressive enough, one thing Paul said that put my mind at ease and made me realize theyre the real deal is they have enclosed transport to their shop if needed. While I didnt take up the offer its definitely necessary when you take delivery of a new vehicle and dont want to drive it before paint protection film is applied. Since I have already driven my vehicle on the roads I didnt think it was necessary, I could have taken extra precaution if I wanted since they so kindly offer it.In one week Paul and his team did a phenomenal job paint correcting my vehicle, installing paint protection film, and ceramic coating it. Their passion for auto detail really shows through their workmanship, communication, how clean they keep their shop, and products they use. My in-law bought a brand new GMC Terrain. She wanted all of the factory paint swirls and corrections done. She also wanted some type of protection for the paint as well. Attention Google! This place is amazing however it is not a car wash which is what it is listed as when I looked up car wash near me. It is amazing detailing place that does a wonderful job! However, I was in search for a self-service car wash oh. So, if that is what you were in search of dont drive all the way there and find out the hard way do not listen to Google on this one!

Paul and his team did an amazing job with my car! Very happy with the work they completed on installing my clear bra and performing an Ozone clean and a steam clean. They went above and beyond and coordinated having my front windows tinted to match the rest, in house while it was at their shop. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for the best paint correction, ceramic coating and clear bra install in the Cincinnati area and surrounding tri-states. All I can say is WOW!

These guys hit a homerun. Couldn’t be happier with the paint correction that Paul and his team did. Even went above and beyond by applying film protection to my front windshield pillars as they are historically scratch prone. These guys are awesome! I had ceramic coating applied to my new GMC Denali. This is not like typical coatings from dealerships. They spent all day making sure every inch was covered and applied properly, along with my clear bra. I would recommend their services to anyone look for a top notch detailer in Cincinnati.

I dont usually write these, but I felt I needed to after my experience. I had a full front PPF done on my new car. Flawlessly done-- very happy and at a good price. A month later, the front headlight in my car went out and the dealer had to replace it (I lost my PPF on the headlight with the replacement). Paul was nice enough to listen to my situation and reapply a new film to my headlight at no charge. These guys are the real deal and theyll be getting more of my business in the years to come.

Just took my white Focus RS to Paul for some TLC and Im thrilled with the results. They corrected my paint, applied G-Techniq Crystal Serum on all body work, G-Techniq C1 to all exposed plastic cladding, and Flyby Forte to all windows. The car looks better than it did the day I bought it and the protection from these coatings should keep it that way for years. I came from out of town and Paul and his team did a great job getting all that work done in a single day as promised. Couldnt be happier.

Paul was super nice and went out of his way to offer me a ride to a nearby movie theater since I was from out of town. He ordered the aftermarket wheels that I already had picked out from Tirerack and installed them on my car. He applied Opti-Coat Pro to my car (Tesla Model S) and wheels. Highly recommended!
