Generally the office is great with returning calls. But it has been 3 weeks and no response. I have left voice messages and sent emails to Susan and Frank with no response.

I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication with this particular agency! Recently purchased a new vehicle and I’ve been calling and emailing for over a week with no reply back or call back. The app won’t let us add or change the vehicle or else we would’ve done that. This agency never answers their phone during business hours. If zero stars was a thing I’ll rate them with a zero star!

Susan, always gets me a correct answer. She is pleasant and professional. I recommend Frank Batsche : Allstate.. for all your insurance needs.

It is so good to have someone to talk to personally about insurance concerns. Thats why I particularly like this Allstate agent. It is close to home and the agents are so understanding and helpful

What a horrible experience. After switching to Allstate for cheaper homeowners and car insurance we received a letter from our bank telling us they didnt have proof of our new homeowners insurance. We called Frank Batsche agency and they said they would send it over. They also said oh we meant to call you to tell you if you dont get a new roof by july we are canceling your policy wait, what? So if I didnt call them, would I have been notified? And if you felt I needed a new roof why wouldnt you say that when we switched to your agency 2 months prior instead of threatening me after I already switched. I asked how much my policy would be if I didnt have a new roof by then and they said it would be canceled altogether. I had a roofer come out for a quote who said even though the roof is older, if we arent having any problems with it (which we werent) that we could wait probably another 3-4 years before getting a roof. I called the agency and told them what the roofing company had told us. They said it didnt matter, that their experts said we needed one and we will be canceled if we dont get one. They refused to tell us who their expert was and when and how they inspected our roof. After my spouse and I weighed our options we decided we would get a new roof now, before we had any trouble with our old roof. We also decided to switch insurance agencies because the way this one handled this entire situation was incredibly rude and in the most unfriendly manner possible. I could not recommend this insurance agency to anyone in good conscious.

Dont even bother with this place.
