Meridian has been my personal insurance company for many years and also has most of my extended families insurance. They offer great value and options plus A+ customer service. Three wks ago the wind blew shingles off the roof. I thought it was just a minor detail until my contractor suggested I make a call to our agent. I sent an email, immediately he responded with an adjustor/inspector to arrive quickly, handling details with his name, phone number, and then asking for feedback after he left.
