The reason I am giving you this rating is because I sat outside your store for half an hour and nobody approached me even though it was business hours. There was no door no visible entrance or anything. I also called multiple times and there was never an answer

Im a reviewer, because I also depend on revíews to help me make my decisions on which businesses to shop. We came into Leo in early July 2020 w/our non-responsive 2011 MacBook pro laptop. We thought maybe it would be the battery port but we were not 100% sure. Leo went ahead and gave us a $25 quote fee and proceeded to check out our laptop. We actually found out that there was corrosion on the motherboard due to liquid damage. We went ahead and changed out the motherboard and got back our laptop within a few days for a very fair price. I admit I was a bit skeptical but Im very glad we chose him and happy with how everything turned out.
