I needed to replace my touchscreen on my laptop. It was completed in 2 days and the customer service was excellent from the beginning to the end. My son in law says if he ever needs repair work, he plans to come here as well.

Very professional and knowledge staff. 80$ for a diagnostic on my 8 year old PC that suddenly wouldnt even make it to the BIOS screen. They let me know my motherboard was the issue so I could replace it myself which I appreciated.

Un-assembling and re-aasembling a pc was harder than I expected 😅 i took it in and it took them to 2 business days to give me a diagnosis and fix it

They used to fix my MacBook back in the day when I used to go to Southwestern I went there for a total of three times when I had it every time they returned it with a satisfactory job completing exactly what needed to be done. Now I need to do some data recovery with some files I prematurely emptied from my trash bin on my new MacBook Pro. Will be going back very soon‼️💯

I took my laptop to Phase 4 for a Keyboard replacement and to remove the adware that I desperately tried to get rid off myself to no avail. I was very happy with the price I was quoted and the time frame I was given. The price turned out to be exactly what I was told and the repair time was exactly as I was told as well. Phase 4 did a wonderful job and I will be bringing my desktop/gaming pc in as well as any future problems I have. I highly recommend Phase 4 to anyone, especially a SWCC student like myself as they are directly across from the campus. Thanks Phase 4!!
