I was recommended this place by a friend of my wifes. I went there and was very impressed with the quality of the equipment. I researched a little before going for my custom build, and they had the main parts I was looking into getting. The lady was very friendly and she helped me pick out the build I wanted. It was ready early the next day, and they showed me how to operate it before taking it home. I had a couple questions that I ended up calling for, and she was very patient in walking me through them as well. I give this place 5 stars and will be going back from here on out.

Great customer service and quick turn around time. Brought them my laptop to add a memory stick and David had it done in about an hour. The price for labor was very affordable as well. Myly helped me when I picked up my laptop and was so nice and helpful answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them and come here again for my computer needs.

Just because someone has an accent, doesn’t mean they aren’t professional, knowledgeable, or CAPABLE of doing an outstanding job or service. I have been to this establishment and they really went out of their way to help me when I was building my very first PC. Unbelievable customer service. They even had an m.2 to usb adapter which apparently no one has in stock. Also I didnt know there were two kinds, having never messed with m.2s before, and they went out of their way to make sure I got the right one. They clearly know their stuff.

I expressed interest in one of their GPUs. The GPU had a higher price than the MSRP, but thats how it is these days (early 2021, high demand, low supply). They sent me an invoice with one price, but they later revised the total, and so I ended up paying just 17% over MSRP. The same card on ebay and Amazon go for higher prices, so I was quite happy. Ive just checked Amazon, and the same GPU goes for $234 more than what I paid for at Best Deal. I visited this store years back (laptop ram), and I was happy back then, too. Ill start making Best Deal one of my go-to PC places.

Called to ask if they had services for repairing Macbooks. The man who answered the phone said they did, but then rudely interrupted me as I was explaining the problem saying that they dont repair Macbooks. What was the point of all that? If they are this rude on the phone, I dont want to be a customer, nor should you. Try MPC Electronics instead. They took my macbook and were friendly. Customer service wins over any deal. No matter if its the Best.

This was the last straw for my son looking for a gaming mother board and when we called at 530 PM the woman we talked to was to close at 6 but she waited on us to drive from frys that day and SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGABLE in what she was talking about .if I could give them 8 stars I would!!! Brought my PC to this business with Windows 10 error 0xc000021a. They would not help me with problem and gave diagnosis of bad hard drive. Estimate to repair was $49 for hard drive, $109 for new Windows 10 and $95 labor. I found a fix for error on the internet and fully updated my installed version of Windows 10 - hard drive works fine. Bottom line: dishonest business.

I came here because it was to my house. Oh I shouldnt!My son was doing homework and put a pen over the keyboard on his laptop and then close it up breaking the LSD screen.I bring it to Beast Del Computer Services and they charge $190 for replacement. (I found out later HP will charge $220 for the same thing, so not really the Best Deal).They put a New LSD screen with burned pixel, when I mention, they said is Normal so, its normal to sell you LSD with burned pixels and they wont replaced it.But that is not even the worst part... they may change my hard drive for a broken one. They give me back my computer not working I have to buy DVDs on HP for recovery system and found out the hard drive was broken. There is no connection between broken LSD screen and a Hard Drive but this guys just dont accept.So, save money and go with someone else... your manufacturer or even Best Buy. definitely YOU CANT TRUST ON THEM.

As far as I can tell same prices youll find online for most parts, really nice people, helped me replace my CPU cooler twice, and didnt even charge me the second time it got all messed up! If youre not good with computers or if you are like me and youre worried youll mess some of the more tricky stuff up like the power supply or cpu would definitely recommend going here!

I came into Best Deal Computer Services for an estimate cost on a LCD screen replacement for my Gateway laptop. The guy could not give me one up front. He told me I would first need to pay a $35 fee for them to take my computer and do a diagnosis on it, if I decided to get it repaired there, there will be no fee, if I didnt then there would be a fee. Kind of confusing...? Anyways, its $80 for a replacement screen on amazon and someone was charging me just $40 to install it for me. Which seemed like a better deal to me. Not a good place if youre trying to repair a laptop screen. Thumbs down..

Best Deal Computer is an awesome, old school computer shop (I say old school because I used to read their ads in Computer Edge). I was impressed by the amazing job they did recently building me a gaming PC (The rig was absolutely beautiful, with all of the wires hidden, etc.) Basically you select what components youd like and they build it for you at no additional cost. In addition, the monitor I purchased from them did not include a DisplayPort cable, so they traded me a DisplayPort cable for the VGA and DVI cable that did come with the monitor that I did not need. Simply incredible customer service!

Just a side note: When you take a computer or any electronic device in for repair. Most places will charge you a fee to diagnose the problem. TIME IS MONEY! You cant really expect someone to to spend hours trouble shooting your computer,, FREE! Often times the issue you thought it was, turns out not to be the problem at all. This is especially true for Viruses. Most often time its not a virus. Repair shops are not in competition for your money, they are in competition for your business as a customer first. I own and operate a afew computer repair busineses. There are a few cheaper satelite repair shops. But! I deal only with quality parts, and quality service. No aftermarket parts or generic BS..IJS

The service i received was very poor. Lack of communication, no specific repair time. I gave them my computer and it took them 2 weeks to tell me they could not fix it. I felt uncomfortable asking when they were going to be done, Only to get a poor attitude response, I dont recommend them to anyone..Sorry!
