Horrible service, owner bad attitude very rude, took clothing to remove stains and he said he was able to take them off, went to pick it up and did not removed anything and still charged me , I argued with him and he yelled and was very rude, I do not recommend this business.

I’ve been going to this cleaners for past 15 years and they always do a great job.

I took 9 of my Designer T shirts to this Dry cleaners. On the day that i picked up my clothes I noticed that there was makeup on my $800.00 Louis Vuitton Shirt and it looked as if my other Givenchy shirt was never cleaned. I returned those two shirts back to get cleaned again. Today I went to pick up the two shirts and discovered my $800.00 Louis Vuitton shirt missing the color. It looked as if the cleaners washed my item. I notified the owner immediately and he refused to do anything to fix this issue. I will be taking him to small claims court. He ruined a brand new shirt that I have worn once and a high quality item at that.

Cleaned bedspread...some set in stain not removed but very good cleaning.

Excellent and Memorable Service!!! We came to the area unplanned as it was our last minute decision to visit our family living in Chula Vista during the holidays. I needed some clothes to be urgently dry cleaned so that they could be ready for the event that we came for. I thought that most stores would be closed for the new year holidays, but my family informed me to check Winding walk cleaners as they have been using them for years and had seen the owner/manager working at store even after hours. So I went to the store, tried opening the door and sure enough the door was opened and he was there. I explained him my situation that I needed them urgently. To my surprise, with a smile and graciously informed me he would do it and to come back in few hours as he was about to start the load of the clothes who dropped in their after hours Dropbox bin. I came back to pick up the clothes, and was truly take aback from the quality and fast service. My suites were Spotless cleaned and nicely pressed. I am very thankful for his ultra-fast service and I would never forget this incident. I greatly appreciate that he took care of me. Anyone residing in the area, I highly recommend Winding Walk Cleaners for all your dry cleaning needs. as its been the best so far.

Picked up my clothes and noticed the white part of my black and white top was no longer white. It looks like the black has gotten on the white section and its now dark gray. I am very disappointed. I am never going back.

These are by and far the worst cleaners that we have ever dealt with. I took my suit in, which they had for two weeks, and they did nothing with the suit. They were to take in an inch on either side of the jacket, and hem the pants. When I went to pick up my cleaning, they gave me the pants back, with nothing done to them. I gave them the pants back to fix, and they said the jacket would be ready in about 2 more days. When I went back to pick up the jacket, it was a wrinkled mess (they didnt even dry clean it), and it wasnt brought in, and the pants were done incorrectly. I now need to take my suite elsewhere to get fixed, with almost no time before I leave town. I will never do business with you again, TERRIBLE.

In the past two month, six of my dress shirts have lost their top button or come back with a broken top button. Ive mentioned this to the staff and there is no explanation or offer to make the situation right. Theyre also inconsistent on the use $5 off $25 of dry cleaning coupons, sometimes they take them, other times they tell you that your dress shirts and pants dont qualify for coupon use.

Was pretty expensive to dry clean my comforter. They said they would have it ready only for me to come back twice in two days just because no one would fold it up for me to be ready for pick up, so three days later I got my comforter.......SMH.

This dry cleaning business is ripping people off. I go today to pick up my dry cleaning like i do every week when i notice the receipt said $10.18 for 2 cotton polo shirts (total bill was $29 and change). Now, i dont usually check the receipt but this time is seemed odd that it was more than the other weeks with less items. I aksed the owner/manager why it was $10.18 for 2 cotton polos and $2.25 for dress shirts. He stated that button up shorts are$2.25 and all other shirts are $5.09. I told him this doesnt make sense? He said anything not button up shirts are dry clean. I asked him, if i bring you a cotton t shirt your saying you would charge me $5.09 to dry clean? He answered yes. Than as people approaced us he said well it depends on material. Oh, ok, great,Mine are all cotton? At this point he reverted back to only botton up shirts are $2.25. Im over it, i said thank you, told him i didnt uneratand and left. Truth is i understood he was taking advantage of trusting customers. Never going back.
