I went here to get my pants altered. She did them really fast and double checked my measurements. Good thing coz I wouldve ended up with high waters. She had them ready when she said she would. She also double stitched my hems for added durability. Ill be coming here for all my future alterations.

I LOVE this shop! Ive gotten the best work from them. Theyre honest and affordable. Altered my clothes as well as a bedspread. I even went in for a dress that I thought needed to be altered, they said it didnt, and showed me how to zip it up with help. I will go to them as long as they are open.

DO NOT BOTHER!!!! THE WORK IS NO LONGER WORTH THE PRICES . I have been a long time customer. I have taken over 10 formal gowns here for the Hem shortening as well as straps, having the waist taken in. Many different things, Im only 410 110 lbs, so an XS still needs alterations. I was in a wedding this past year and the Hem was not done short enough, I was tripping over it the entire wedding, in the same shoes I wore for the fitting. I brought another gown in last week, went to pick it up today on the date it was supposed to be ready, It was not. They told me to come back an hour later, I was able to swing by a few hours later, tried my dress on and will be taking it to another location. Ive already spent 65.00 on alterations for a dress I paid 52.00 for. The Hem is fine on this dress, where they did the straps does not sit on top of my shoulders, but more towards the front, where you can see the line if facing me .I had the hips and butt brought in to be more form fitting, beautiful fit around the butt, but for some reason they didnt bring in the waist to hip area at all. So at the waist is form fitting, then hip area is baggy, then butt form fitting again. Im confused, why werent there any adjustments in between? The underneath piece was not trimmed where they brought it in so you can see a lot of bunched up fabric when the dress is on. Horrible... You lost a very long time customer today.

These ladies are spectacular! Ive been here to get my dresses alerted multiple times. They are very attentive and give you wonderful customer service. They make sure they know exactly what it is you want. O highly recommend them for alterations. We had a small mishap with a dress that wasnt properly alerted. They fixed it at no extra charge and made sure we left happy.

The ladies at this establishment are really nice to you. The prices are a little steep in my opinion. As far as the timeline to get something done, I had them do a full suit and it took them less than a week. The modifications did have flaws so I do recommend trying it before leaving. They will fix anything that doesnt look right. Will probably be back again, but I do wish for the prices to be more accesible, then again other places near the area charge the same.
