Reliable and good customer service

DO NOT COME HERE!First of all, they charged $150.00 to dry clean my wedding dress a week ago.I came to pick it up and they were charging me $180.00 m, BUT THE DRESS WAS STILL DIRTY!They said they tried 3 times to clean up the bottom, but no success.I said I wasn’t going to pay for a half clean dress, plus they told me they said $180.00 back then, such a lie!!!!But when I insisted I wouldn’t pay $180.00 because that wasn’t the right price, they said they would give me “$50.00 discount”. SERIOUSLY????Bad bad quality service and they literally lie to you!Very disappointed.

I left my suit set for pants waist lengthening and dry cleaning on Saturday around 3 pm. She show me with a ruler 2 lengthening was possible. My father passed away on Sunday, and they are closed. I called them at opening on Monday and asked them to find my suit because I needed to fly out. They found the suit and said it will be ready at 12:00. I walked in at 1:00 and saw her busy rolling my suit with lint remover roller. I thank them very much and paid without qustion $29. $14 for dry cleaning and $15 for alteration. When I tried on my pants at home, it was the same. Nothing was done. Also I doubt dry cleaning was done because of time line and no smell and her rolling lint roller. I got the real alteration done at another place for $25 rush job. It fits tight but I can button my pants. The owner of another place thinks alteration wasnt done the first time. I know for fact also no alteration was done..

Affordable place for simple clothing alterations, but I havent used their cleaner services. Parking is tight in the shopping center. It seems like the business is ran by the owners (a couple), but it seems like there is a strong language barrier; the lady (possibly wife) hesitates a lot when answering questions about prices, turnaround times, etc., and has to consult everything with the husband, which takes longer to get a straight answer and get out of there; and then they speak in their language, which makes it even more awkward.

The alteration jobs are done correctly and when promised, however, the prices are kind of high. I may not be correct but I feel that $25 to do the hem on a dress is a little elevated, specially if the length is already being provided.
