This carpet cleaning company is unethical and unprofessional!!!!!They scheduled an appointment with me to have my carpets clean at 10:30 AM. They called me at 9 AM and said that they were on the way and will be at the house at 9:30 AM. I left my work early and got there at 9:37 AM. Nothing against the workers but the person who handles the phone calls (most likely the owner) is very RUDE. He needs to learn how to run a business ethically and professionally. When I got to my house, the cleaners were there but the owner told them to leave. He then called me and said that he was going to charge me an extra $20 because I was 7 minutes late when really it was his fault. He also wanted me to pay first before they started to clean my carpets. WHAT A SCAM.I wish I should had review this company first before considering them.

Paid additional $35 for deep clean; left odor in carpet. No deodorizer regular cleaning. A total waste of money.

Do not recommend Dollar carpet. They recommended deep cleaning but spot and dirt did not be cleaned at all. However they mentioned it improved 70%. What does mean 70% ? It seems alsmost same before and after. However they are not interested in the customers unsatification. Just paid and will never using this company any more.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I used these guys. The job they did was terrible and the carpet still remains the same. I do not recommend this company and will never use their services again.

Im very disappointed and very upset Gustavo and Eddie are the two man who we spoke to about cleaning our carpet and we told them we saw a promotion they have online for $95 to clean your whole house so when the guy came he said it was $110 and that we had to print the coupon, that is false advertisement ,what made me very upset was that never did they say to print the dham coupon and if so they should have said in their webpage print to validate this special offer .Also our carpet looks the same as it was before he came the only difference is that our carpet is wet now , I will never ever call them again and I want everyone to know . What kind of service they provide. Our carpet doesnt even smell clean 😡😡😡😡 .i didnt feel like the customer matters to them at all .

I have a no solicating sign on my door and got a coupon flyer from this company. I could legally sue them! Will be calling them Monday morning

Left a big puddle of water right in front my stairs! and not to mentionthe guy was rude!!!!!

They left it stink. Lied that when it will be dry bad odor that they left will go out. They asking for more mney. Leaving my carpet desyroyed. Somebody needs to sue them and close that damn business. They destroying apartments carpets.

Dollar Carpet Cleaning is a disgrace. They left a flyer on my door so I gave in & I called schedule an appointment for the following weekend. They came by did their job it was very brief I noticed some stains before they left and mentioned it to him which they said would go away when it dries. 2 hours go by 5 hours go by 6 hours go by still the same stains. I called and made a complaint they had a guy come out and check the carpets and I was supposed to get a report back in the mail but I never received but nothing cane. Bottom line is, do yourself a favor do not contact these people for any of their services. You will be wasting your money and your time.

Did not call before coming out,would wait 5 mins until I got there, then left, called office said they could come back, but would charge fee, I think they are flakes, so dont bother, call someone else.

I was told one price over the phone also tried to negotiate the price that they gave me over the phone but they didnt want to help me and work was not the best I guess thats why there call dollar carpet the name says it all not recommend for business

These guys send brand ambassadors to illegally enter gated apartment complexes with hoods up and backpacks on to pass out flyers. When I asked him to leave, he blatantly ignored me and carried on walking through the complex. Rude, trespassing.
