One word for this company: WOW!!!I had the pleasure of working with Carlito (the owner), and he is awesome.I had not had my carpet cleaned in four years. When he arrived he did not even whince. We had a great conversation about the carpet cleaning business and what it takes for a provider to do REALLY a good job. He also offered up some great tips for good carpet care between cleanings as well as the recommended amount of time between cleanings if you have children and/or pets. I was particularly grateful for the pet tips and deodorizing product info! I only have fur babies (2 dogs; 3 cats).He has been in the industry a long time and knows what it takes to provide stellar service.If you want QUALITY AKA Carpet Service is the answer. He took his time and did an INCREDIBLE job!Goodness, if I could only post 20 Stars!!!

I was about to replace my carpet but decided to wait until covid situation is done with, instead I called A. K. A. to get my carpet clean. Fast reaction time, I messaged on yelp and they respond in much less than 5 mins! fees are very reasonable, and the work is exquisite. i have used their offerings almost three hundred and sixty five days ago and booked them again next week. i have never had the need to look elsewhere for carpet cleansing. No complaints, they provide outstanding customer service.

Carlito runs a great business. He is prompt, professional and does an incredibly thorough job. I was recommended from a friend whose carpets and couches always feel fluffy and clean (even w young kids and dogs). She whole heartedly endorsed Carlito and now i see why. I texted the business number, immediately received a response and booked an appointment for that weekend. He communicated his arrival time early Sunday morning and got to work.
